The National Archives Were Ordered to Keep Silent About Biden Documents Investigation
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer asked the National Archives why they had posting after posting on their website about seeking missing documents from Trump -- but has said nothing at all about the documents seized from Biden. The National Archives General Counsel Gary Stern answered he did prepare a press release about recovering documents from Biden, back in November 2022. Presumably before the elections. But he says that someone he refused to name ordered them to keep silent about the matter. This order could only have come from Merrick Garland or Joe Biden, Comer says.The National Archives was blocked from informing the public about the initial discovery of classified documents at President Biden's former DC think tank by either the White House or the Department of Justice, The Post has learned. The shocking revelation, confirmed by a source familiar with the matter, has led to allegations of a double standard in how the National Archives and Records Administration and the Justice Department are prosecuting the investigations of Biden and of former President Donald Trump for allegedly mishandling America's secrets. Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) revealed on Tuesday that Archives general counsel Gary Stern, in a closed-door interview, said he could not tell lawmakers who had ordered the Archives to keep quiet and not put out a press release announcing the Nov. 2 find at the Penn Biden Center. "There are only two people that could have given those orders, and that's either the Department of Justice with [Attorney General] Merrick Garland or the White House with Joe Biden," Comer told Fox News' "Hannity." "So it shows right there that this Department of Justice and this White House is interfering with this," he added. ... My appreciation of the female foot is based on esthetics. No, really: The sweeping curves and contrasts in color and texture are fascinating, as if I'm looking at a beautiful sculpture. The erotic thing, no, not so much. I've dated women with average and less-than-average feet in my view, and it never affected me, but a graceful foot just adds to the whole package.

We worked at same company and had great ins. plan. She had just gotten free lazic and so did not hesitate to go for for her foot.
Dr. saw the great health plan, and decided to BREAK some of her toes and fuse the bones to prevent future problems that might happen in 30 years or something.
She came home with mangled feet. Now I liked her feet before but that is not what bothered me. I was so angry that she was so stupid to let this creep Dr. do this completely unnecessary procedure that I would fume every time I saw her feet.

1500 is painful. The guidance I received is for a bunch of different classes of heart ailments. Low sodium (1500 mg), in my received literature, was only specified for heart failure (damage already done, muscle is marginal), to reduce BP and limit effects related to elevated BP. When I queried doc about my specifics (no BP or cholesterol problem), she relaxed that to 2000 mg, and minimal otherwise.
On reading some heart healthy cookbooks, it says active, healthy 2300 calorie/day should be about 2300 mg Na/day, 1500 if you have high BP issues.
It also recommends black, middle aged and older people for that 1500 mg Na/day regime. American Heart Association Low Fat, Low Cholesterol Cookbook, Forematter.

The ability to withdraw consent was one of the things that made our system so effective. With one really huge exception, this process worked well until the permanent bureaucracy and then the total merger and usurpation of the elected officialdom. There is no means to withdraw consent anymore. Law to constrain and evict malefactors? What law? Elections to throw out elected officials? What elections? A free press to check the excesses of the government by exposing and humiliating them, forcing the law to act? What free press?
Absent a codified and consistent system of withdrawing consent, there is only way to do it, and it involves actual revolution rather than the regular, ballet of psuedo-revolution that are elections, court rooms and newsrooms. With the ability to withdraw consent peacefully gone, a non-peaceful withdrawal becomes inevitable. I don't know when, but it is the path we're on.

Anyway, this is why I absolutely hate the GOP. Biden was a known quantity for 50 years. MBNA arranged a sweetheart deal on his house for him. His family have grifted off Joe's name for the entire time he was a public figure - including his time as VP. Not once did they make a real effort to unseat the guy when he was a Senator. Not once did they make this info available when Trump was running against him. His colleagues in the Senate- Ds and Rs - knew all this, and said nothing all this time. They're not even saying anything about it now, in fact. Not one R is saying that they knew he was crooked. Not one.

Gets difficult when getting into earlier civilization as to what the 'law' is but legal positivism is what caused this situation where it is based more on the authority of the office than real 'justice'.
UK in a similar situation developed a bifurcated court system--a Court of Equity centered on the chancellor that rectified injustice in individual cases and a Court of Common Laws that used individual cases and precedent usuage to create law going forward.

I do too. He was all for their actions until they killed a cop. Although the scene where the Magnum Force guy machine guns an entire pool party without any sort of explanation was puzzling. Who were these people and why did they all have to die, even under their code?

In Blue Steel, the disarming isn't emaculating so much as a return to status quo. The gun empowers a woman, especially a woman cop, to be the physical equal of a man. Removing that tool puts her back into physical inferiority. It's disempowering but the sexual connotations or 'gelding' is not present.
And I don't think Jamie Lee Curtis has a lady penis, though she did marry a Brit. She MAY have been intersex but I'm assuming that would have been addressed surgically in infancy.
I think she's cute.

He made his star as a western gunslinger, so I don't really think he 'ran' from Harry. He still shoots bad guys in later movies.

They did, but they didn't always follow it. They were not supposed to sell drugs, but most of them did under cover. They were not supposed to go after civilians or family of mobsters, but sometimes they did anyway. They were not supposed to kill a "made" guy or a boss, but did anyway. They were not supposed to fool around with another mobster's wife, but they did anyway.
I mean, they had rules, and they more or less followed them, but the number one rule "my money and power" overruled pretty much everything else.
These days I dunno if they have any rules any more.

Sure, but the government designed to protect those natural laws has failed (or abdicated, or deliberately subverted - pick whichever you want) and no longer holds itself as subject to them. That removes most avenues of recourse and nullifies the government as legitimate on its own terms. It doesn't mean they go away or fail or whatever, but it does mean that it cannot be changed without a total change of the underlying game.
