The Morning Report — 1/10/23

bolsonarodeport.jpg

Good morning, kids. The crackdowns continue on the Brazilian people who have been inspired, not by Donald Trump as the running-dog lackeys in the media and the evil scum who feed them their lines insist, but by Thomas Jefferson himself.

“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

They have seen the future of electing – or in this case installing – a communist stooge and his ilk, and it is Venezuela. Go to any house organ channel and virtually everywhere else in the formerly free world and the condemnation of the citizenry is both venomous and at maximum volume, as the rush to legitimize and fete this piece of shit Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. In fact, the other stooge, Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants has invited him to the White House, presumably to shove him in front of Congress and a few billion in lucre in his pocket just like Zelenskyy. Meanwhile, the calls to deport the deposed former president Jair Bolsonaro back to Brazil, where no doubt he will be Epsteined shortly thereafter, are growing.

The parallels to Trump, the MAGA movement, and the Big Lie-cum-pseudo religion of the myth of January 6th, 2021 are obvious. As for Brazil, just before Lula's installation, the Brazilian Supreme Court "temporarily" banned firearms from being carried in the Federal District. As the great Milton Friedman once said, “Nothing is so permanent as a temporary government program." The first thing that every Leftist-Socialist dictator (BIRM), from Stalin to Hitler to Mao and all the rest have done the minute they take power is to confiscate all firearms.

As an aside, and some good news for a change, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has declared the ATF had zero authority to issue a bump stock ban, and has tossed it. No doubt it will head to SCOTUS since, as we all know, unelected bureaucrats in their mind and the mind of the Democrats and their RINO remora do have the absolute authority to issue edicts that control every aspect of your life.

And that really is the essence of the struggle, isn't it? Will we have a society where we are free to live our lives as we want to and see fit, within a very limited framework of laws and rules and more crucially, the ethics and morals we are given by our Creator (along with our natural rights) that keep us in line, or one where we are to be treated as perpetual children? Or more like sometimes useful livestock only to advance the whims of the self-styled elites, or Ubermensch 2, NEW-New World Order Boogaloo?

Meanwhile, in another part of the forest, surprise surprise! Look what they found in the offices of some Biden Think Tank (please pardon the hilarious oxymoron):

CBS News reported that the approximately 10 documents were found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington.

The files were discovered by Biden’s personal attorneys when they “were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C.”

The attorneys said that the information was found in a box with other materials that were not classified.

CNN reported that some of the classified materials that were discovered included top-secret files designated as “sensitive compartmented information,” which means that the materials include highly sensitive information obtained from intelligence sources.

I seem to recall an FBI raid on the Mar-a-Lago residence of Donald Trump, where supposedly a cache of similar documents were being kept. At the time, it was reported that there were ultra sensitive nuclear secrets co-mingled with Barron Trump's porno mags and Melania's unmentionables. Of course, all of that was utter bullshit and whatever documents were there were either declassified way before Trump was overthrown or completely benign and legal for him to possess.

Yet, speaking of unmentionables, I give you Sandy Berger's BVDs, the ones with the overstretched waistband, old urine stains and skid-marks along with documents that proved his ex-boss' criminal malfeasance in dealing with Islamic terrorism in the run-up to 9/11. The result was a wrist slap as well as a concerted campaign to label anyone who even mentioned this as a smear merchant.

So, Lavrenty Garland's DOJ and Christopher's FBI will be "probing" this incident. Probing, in this case is defined as hiding, shredding, stalling, deflecting, obfuscating and, just before the clock runs out in '24 (God forbid '2 ultimately declaring a nothing burger. Not a Sandy Berger.

Psaki-psircling back to the media, if you want to know how totally corrupt they are (if you don't already) here is a prime example:

CNN reporter Jamie Gangel said Monday on “The Situation Room” that reports that President Joe Biden had classified documents from his time as vice president in his personal office was a political gift to former president Donald Trump.

Anchor Wolf Blitzer said, “In that ’60 Minutes’ interview Biden did on September 18, 2022 about a month or two before these classified documents were found in his private office here in Washington, he said, ‘How could this possibly happen? How anyone could be that irresponsible? That’s what he said then, and then they discovered these SCI, these very sensitive classified documents at his private office in Washington.”

Just to clarify, Woof-Woof is referring to Biden blasting Trump for having sensitive documents in his possession. Back to the show . . .

Gangel said, “Look, I’m sure that he meant that. And it also looks terrible in hindsight because here you go, there were classified documents. Here’s what we don’t know. We don’t know how they got there. We don’t know who packed them up. Those are things we’re going to have to find out. We need to know what’s in these classified documents. Yes, they’re Top Secret, but how sensitive is it? Are there sources and methods? Is it contemporaneous information that could be dangerous or sensitive right now? So those are the things we have to find out. Those are the things the Justice Department is looking at.”

Funny, but I don't seem to recall Gangel et al being this circumspect about the documents allegedly found at Mar-a-Lago.

She added, “There’s a big political side to this. This is, let’s assume for the moment, that it was accidental, a mistake. This is the kind of political unforced error that I can’t believe Donald Trump hasn’t posted about yet. He will be shortly. It is the definition of a political gift to Trump and the House Republicans.”

You get it? The issue is not a vice president criminally and irresponsibly stashing top secret papers, or the nature of the papers, etc. etc. The issue is political – specifically how will this hurt their leader in ways that they cannot deflect and protect him?

Yes, of course this is political, but correct me if I'm wrong but this Gangel broad is supposed to be a straight reporter, NOT a pundit. The hypocrisy, along with just the slimy malfeasance, is radiant. But such is the state of conventional news media.

Worse than that, beyond taking it on their own initiative to protect their friends is that beyond any shadow of a doubt, they are actively collaborating with this junta and its allies to silence and destroy all voices of opposition or any messaging running contra to the party line. Even to the point of criminalizing those voices via the law enforcement apparatus of this government as we saw with the Loudon County parents and the NASB.

Now, it's Facebook and other Big Tech outfits as Big Brother:

Internal communications obtained by Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry show that the White House lobbied Facebook to censor Tucker Carlson and others for expressing skepticism about the COVID-19 vaccine.

White House Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty wrote an email to an unnamed Facebook employee on April 14, 2021 complaining about posts that were negative towards the vaccine appearing prominently on Facebook.

“Since we’ve been on the phone – the top post about vaccines today is [T]ucker Carlson saying they don’t work. Yesterday it was Tomi Lehren [sic] saying she won’t take one,” the email stated.

“This is exactly why I want to know what ‘Reduction’ actually looks like – if ‘reduction’ means ‘pumping our most vaccine hesitant audience with [T]ucker Carlson saying it doesn’t work’ then… I’m not sure it’s reduction!” Flaherty added.

This is clearly related to the Biden White House’s frustration that Facebook wasn’t rigging its algorithm enough to ensure that such posts were censored from being seen by a large enough majority of Facebook users.
The Facebook staffer responded to the email by assuring Flaherty that the company was “running this down,” meaning acquiescing to the censorship demand.

The communication was unearthed in response to a lawsuit filed by Landry and Missouri’s AG Eric Schmitt seeking to determine whether the Biden administration coerced social media networks to censor content related to the 2020 presidential election and COVID-19.

The files once again prove that Big Tech censorship was carried out at the behest of the government, meaning it was a direct violation of the First Amendment.

And Big Brother Big Tech is now actively censoring any news and information in support of Jair Bolsonaro and the Brazilian people attempting to throw off a tyrannical, illegitimate regime.

Could the Founders ever have predicted such overt, egregious violations of our rights? In a way, yes, since they specifically mention the right of the people to throw off a gov't that has become dangerous to our freedom and liberty.

But the problem now that I see is that there really isn't a particular set of steps to stop this madness. Where do The People go, who do they sue, who gets punished, what is the actual legal path to address these absolute Constitutional violations? We know Congress won't do anything. We know judges will hide behind "no standing" skirts. We all know it's happening, but what are we to do?

Beside the point. The President can declassify anything he pleases, and can possess anything he pleases. There was no crime at Mar-a-Lago.

This is *not* true of the VP. He does not have that authority. So if Biden was in possession of *anything* classified, it's probably criminal. Was it an honest mistake because of the flurry of activity around moving? That's very possible. It's also irrelevant at this point.

There are two standards for classified material:
1. The Clinton Standard: you can have whatever you want and distribute it wherever you want and there is no crime involved regardless of legality
2. The Trump Standard: you can have nothing and distribute nothing and there is always crime involved regardless of illegality

Which standard applies to 'ole Joe? As if we need to guess...

In the power struggle that followed the death of Stalin, Beria was iced out and then killed. After that, he was purged from the Soviet public record, to the point that they removed him from the USSR's official encyclopedia. He was not only eliminated, he was unpersoned in truly Orwellian fashion. He was purged from history.

No such fate awaits Garland. We play forever, without even the pragmatism of the Soviets. Garland will get a stamp someday. So will Fauci. He won't even be repudiated like Lysenko was.

"We're one of the more populated states and we're a growing state. We're also a state with a lot of tourism, sports and otherwise. And so, unfortunately, I think that drives some of this activity," West said."

She went over a point and everyone nodded that they had it, and she said 'ALL TOO EASY.' in the deepest voice she could manage. I say all this to get across just how awesome this lady was.

She spent some time going over how to take historical evidence. At the bottom of reliability, she said, was first person accounts- because it is very hard to tell the biases of the writer- and it is going to be choked full of their biases.

A long read from the Washington Times from a couple of days ago reveals a lot more details on the Clinton perfidy in selling out our nuclear secrets to China. Well, it's much worse than even I thought:

Another Los Alamos nuclear scientist, Wen Ho Lee, was investigated by the FBI in 1999 as a suspect in the loss of warhead secrets.

Lee was charged with removing magnetic computer tapes from Los Alamos' X Division, where nuclear weapons are designed. According to court papers, the missing tapes, which were never recovered from Lee, contained blueprints of the entire U.S. nuclear warhead arsenal, including the exact shapes and dimensions and the materials used in design and construction.

Blueprints for ALL our nuclear weapons. Sigh. Very very worth a read.

I'll argue that a 'divided, voiceless, gaslighted' majority isn't a majority at all. I repeat my continued examples of major sports leagues, Disney and Chik-Fil-A continuing to exist - and, in fact, flourish - because this 'majority' does not have the will or the stamina to boycott them out of existence.

It's the same as my response to the boast, [i}"we've got all the guns!" - having 20, 30, even 500 million guns on your side makes no difference if you're not willing to use them.

A purported majority would not, IMO, boast of its existence due to the extraordinary amount of vote fraud needed to beat it - it would boast of existing because of the vast number of leftist institutions and people it has driven out of existence and into suicide.

YMMV.

Lies, damned lies, and statistics. Sooner or later, to maintain the charade, every daily local temperature, rain or snow amount, humidity, everything will be called a climate record. Because the weather people will always find that the temperature or rainfall on (pick a day of the year) exceeds the reading on that day in some previous year.

It's BS data. Just as 200 years ago when no one knew Mount Everest was the highest mountain, 200 years ago no knew the precise weather conditions on 99.999999999 percent of the Earth's surface.

He was supposed to be Joe's heir, and the one to reach that final accomplishment. It would have cemented Joe Biden's legacy. There defense was overpowered, the offense had nothing and the team was demoralized early and often. They were outplayed, outschemed and outcoached at every level. It was embarrassing.

It's like they watched no film and had no clue what was coming. They put no pressure on the QB and let him do what he wanted. Their offense did nothing to help or protect their QB and had no adjustments to even give themselves a chance.

I was embarrassed for TCU.

Meh. A small group of schools -UGa, Bama, OSU, Clemson- are on a whole different plane, talent-wise. They don't win every game or every championship, but the talent gap is huge.
I know SEC fans like to crow about their conference, but they had a bunch of bowl losses, some of them rather embarrassing (Did Kentucky ever make a first down? Did SCar ever stop that "mighty" Notre Dame offense?). Georgia doesn't benefit from playing an SEC schedule. Georgia benefits from having really great players and coaches.

Right unless of course it is the spring, when EVERY SEC team is better than EVERY Big 10 team.

Whatever, Semi-Pro ball is semi-pro.

Posted by: sven at January 10, 2023 09:33 AM (Lzpvj)

373 I know SEC fans like to crow about their conference, but they had a bunch of bowl losses, some of them rather embarrassing (Did Kentucky ever make a first down? Did SCar ever stop that "mighty" Notre Dame offense?).
--------

I haven't checked, but I suspect you make an accidental point there.

Bowl games are meaningless these days, which is why it's such a big deal when starters who are about to make millions in the NFL decide to play in them. IIRC the Kentucky QB was a freshman making his first college start in that game. I haven't watched Notre Dame / SCAR yet, so I'm not searching for it.

These games are often only a big deal for one team. If Kansas State had been able to beat Alabama it would've been a program-defining moment. It was just another game for Alabama.

374 345 I pointed out why Georgia crushed last night on ONT. They have 2-3 players at every position while TCU had one. Georgia could run fresh players vout there at will
Posted by: Smell the Glove at January 10, 2023 09:26 AM (dHzaG

While Georgia is deeper than TCU, the thrashing started from the opening kickoff. If it was merely a matter of depth, TCU would have been worn down in the second half, not the coin flip.

375 "Not allowed to inquire about whether or not the clot shot had anything to do with it, but we are allowed to note the systemic racist oppression of asking football players to make tackles...." Posted by: sven

There seems to be a daily account of some young player dying on the field suddenly. I have not looked at statistics, but it seems likely related to the clot shot. But immediately MFM has experts on saying if someone is hit at just the right moment, that shit can happen.

But how often has that happened? Like once before in the NFL? So with all these other incidents and facts about clot shot out there, .... yeah, clot shot is likely a factor, if not THE factor.

380 The reason TCU looked like they didn't give a shit, is because they (the players) didn't give a shit. It's the same reason all the other bowl games were shit. And really, why should they? The school gets a huge chunk of money that goes coaches salaries and a new weight room or some such nonsense.

381 "Bolsonaro is reportedly facing various probes in his home country related to the release of classified documents, denying election results, and potential connections to misinformation campaigns."

When did "denying election results" get to be a crime outside of the Soviet Union and the PRC? Misinformation campaigns? Snort!

Trump 2.0: Make up stuff you don't like about the Conservative to turn him into a "criminal."

I gotta figure that the Dems will offer to deport Trump to Brazil for causing the riots in Brasilia.

-------

You could take the mid-pack SEC teams and place them elsewhere as-is and they'd immediately be in the discussion for any other conference championship, though.

I'll never forget seeing #40ish NCSU - who was a dark horse NC team that year - celebrating a victory over #65+ Vandy like they'd just won the Superbowl.

Uh, guys? Yeah, that's how it works. They're Vandy.

384 Ohio State lost by one to Georgia in the season ... Ohio missed a field goal at the end. Would have been a better final matchup than TCU.

386 Then there was Henry Wallace, who was vice-president during FDR's third term -- and who, if he hadn't been replaced on the 1944 ticket by Harry Truman, would've become our 33rd president when FDR dropped dead in Warm Springs, Georgia, on April 12, 1945. Wallace, whose admirers included Albert Einstein and Frank Lloyd Wright, would later celebrate the USSR in a 1949 book in which, among much else, he compared the shipping of people to Siberia against their will to the settling of the American frontier. The film director Orson Welles was quite left-wing, but -- to his credit -- he despised Wallace, whom he called "a prisoner of the Communist Party."

In short: the U.S. came very close to having a president who was an outright Communist.

Worth emphasizing. Many are unaware of this history.

391 Pointing out the hypocrisy of the “conventional” news media (and especially CNN) is a waste of time.

More productive would be explaining how 2+2=4; because if ANYONE reading this blog is not already well aware, and convinced of, CNN’s role as a voice of the Democrat Party, that person has more problems than learning simple math.
