Meanwhile in Europe a key policy maker on cryptocurrencies and one of the vice presidents of the European Parliament (how many do they have?) has been arrested on corruption charges involving Qatar. (Crypto news site The Block)How could this happen?
The Greek policymaker has been suspended from the Socialists and Democrats parliamentary group as well as the Greek national party PASOK until further notice.
Oh, right.

Not sure exactly what this is for; it's overkill even for a 13900KS and a 4090.
13900KS? Oh, yeah, there's that as well. (Tom's Hardware)

It's just the 13900K with a small clock speed bump, but that bump takes it to 6GHz, so again useful for getting an edge over your crazy neighbour with his 5.8GHz CPU.
Sana, Pina, and Pomu (my new server cluster) are all currently running memory memory tests before being pressed into production. Zero errors so far.

This site (no matter which site you are reading this post on) will be moving to the new cluster in early January. Not to one server in the cluster, but to all of them at once.

I won't rule out dementia...

right now the sound on the tv buzzes at certain volume increases. Really noticeable when conversation is going on.

I'm slowly building out a new system and bought a 1200W Corsair HX1200 and will match it to a future Ryzen 7950X3D (since my 7950X still hasn't shipped and the order will be cancelled) and a future video card after AMD's latest launch. I figure that transient spikes by the latest generation of GPUs could be a problem so I went higher end on the PSU this time around.

86 I was building a server 6 or 7 years ago that had an 850W PS and I had to bump it to 1200W because of spinning disks. I was attempting to test a web proxy for caching and I needed a lot of disk (~16TB) to run the tests required. When all of those got spun up and busy the system would flake out until I upped the PS.
