15 Hadrian, I knew a couple who showed cocker spaniels. Lady subscribed to your theory of letting the dog do it's thing, as cocker spaniels are not the sharpest pencil in the box. Gal had the patience of a saint, dealing with a lot of health problems in her dogs. Hubby was along for the ride going to dog shows, a big fan of the hotel lounge.

Guy across the way has a pair of chiweenies, left behind by his ex. Brings them out frequently due to their thimble sized bladders. Those are the most comical, animated little dogs I have ever seen, brother and sister out of the same litter. Tails always going mile a minute. One (sister) is only 2/3 the size of the other but they look alike. Little guy likes to lay on his back in the grass and sis takes leaps over him. Makes me wish I could still give a dog proper care.

Democrats throughout the political and corporate media spheres are attempting to normalize delayed election results in highly contested states ahead of Election Day, forecasting that final vote totals might not be fully known until well after Nov. 8.
During a Zoom call with reporters last week, Pennsylvania’s acting secretary of state, Leigh Chapman, said that Americans should not be surprised if the state doesn’t have final election results on election night this November, with the Pennsylvania Democrat blaming any potential delays in vote tabulations on a state law that says election workers can’t begin processing mail-in ballots until Election Day.
“Official results will be available within a few days,” Chapman said. “This delay does not mean anything nefarious is happening. It simply means that the process is working as it is designed to work in Pennsylvania and that election officials are doing their job to count every vote.

111. I have a Visa card that I have owned for twenty plus years. Never had any issues until a few years ago when I found fraudulent charges on it. Bank replaced it . Today I found the card which was replaced several months ago due to expiration date was used last week by someone to charge two plane tickets and a week at a Miami hotel. There were the typical ping charges of a dollar from a gas station I have never been to. This card is used exclusively for online purchases and never leaves my house. Virtually all purchases are with large online companies such as chewy , Verizon etc. No little fly by night companies. Bank replacing and removing charges but I am at a loss how this card number got stolen. And I am always looking for a safer way to pay.

I would trust it. It's far safer than the mag stripe on your card. It's probably even a bit safer than a card with a chip.

My Google pay requires a PIN to get the card to work. That means I'm using the chip + PIN when I do a transaction. It's a bit more security than chip alone. Am I going to find out in a year or five that there was a severe security flaw this whole time? Maybe. But given how many security researchers are constantly poking and prying at things like this, I feel relatively safe.

In that time the population has increased perhaps 50% and spending on elections has increased 100x.
And yet...it doesn't run as well. Amazing isn't it?
I'd love to the see Gov/Sec of State of some purple state with a big ugly blue pimple announce any vote counts not tabulated after 11 PM will be burned and the election officials responsible criminally prosecuted for each ballot so burned.
You'd see every vote count in on time...and half or fewer of the votes from last time from the big blue shithole

One answer to this would be to then hold Biden personally responsible for the funds and bankrupt him.
But that would require more balls even then just refusing to allow him to steal the money from the treasury in the first place.

After the first 4 digits which are reserved for each card you have 12 numbers. So 10 to the power of 12. To guess a real number is pretty hard.

All I will say about payment services is that it is prudent to check your charges online regularly. If the card you are using is issued by your bank, many will let you configure notifications to email or text when a charge has occurred. Finally (and it's not totally foolproof) enable 2-factor authentication in your accounts if it is offered.

My wife had her entire identity stolen a few years back, that was a mess. Had a district attorney involved, they caught that person who got serious prison time. Maybe that was the person who called from jail this time.

My credit union lets you put a limit on the debit card purchase or you can lock it down. You have to let them know if you are using it while traveling. So if the majority look at the news on their phone, and accept what they read, is Durham the great uncoverer of crime, or an accessory to a cover up? Seems like the latter.
