However, my first daughter was incredibly gregarious as a baby. She would engage with every person for which she could catch their eye.

I was the dark room assistant, and the other guys would bring in their work. Looking back, there were some real gems taken with a Brownie or box camera and I had a few jewells with a cheapo Agfa. Best pictures I took in Vietnam were with a Kodak Instamatic, after busting a Yashica Electro diving into a bunker.

My wife went with me to CSS to fill out child support changes dealing with the ex. You have to fill out a paternity affidavit. They ask where your children were conceived and the date.
I listen the couch and kitchen during college football game for one and while taking breaks during a day hike for the other (both true).

The first one won't produce the other two. In the longest of long runs, health is out of our control. Only happiness is something we can completely regulate. Sometimes it's a real struggle.

The other day at the state fair I saw the strongman show, he was most entertaining. He asked a girl in the audience if she wanted to try to bend a horseshoe before he tried. Of course she failed but was a good sport. After he twisted it basically parallel he walked to the girl and said - I want you to have this to remind yourself that even though you can't bend a horseshoe now, or if it's anything else right now that seems impossible, don't ever give up trying.

100 Zod, when I lost a lot of weight due to a bad fracture, I started the day with a fruit and yogurt blender smoothie made from a pint of fruit and enough yogurt and water to make three pints, I added jam to it for zing. Nowadays I add a handful of oatmeal, dried ginger and sometimes Moringa powder

It settled the stomach, made the pills go down easier and was good for keeping me regular in the face of the pain pills

208 So far, though fully vaccinated, I've contracted the Chinese flu twice. The first time was 3-4 days. The second time was much more miserable, in bed for 6 days, tested positive for 2 weeks. Even after negative test for 2 weeks after that I was still having bad bronchitis.
In fact I feel lucky to have survived the 2nd bout.

230 It's odd because my cousin (the one on dialysis) has been vaccinated and boosted, but hasn't gotten it. May be because they have to stay somewhat sterile for the dialysis procedure, so he's careful about washing his hands and has been wearing a mask when out and about. I told him not to take any more boosters. He's only had one reaction to the first booster.

I got jabbed once. Just the one shot. Had a shitty reaction to it so my doc gave me a pass on any more.

Wouldn't have took the one had it not been for fear of losing my job.

Since that one shot? Inflammation like crazy. Pains everywhere. Weird crap all the time.

Still fighting back with supplements and healthy foods.

I can't imagine what the triple jabbed are going through.

I have a nephew that was a full fledged Branch Covidian, got all the vaxes, ridiculed anyone who wouldn't get them. He was pretty healthy before, but for most of this year he's been sick with weird, ever changing symptoms, absolutely no energy, sometimes nausea, sometimes muscles hurting so bad he can't get out of bed. He told his sister "at least I didn't get Covid!" He won't listen, but I've told his mother "you know this so-called "vaccine" changes people's DNA, don't you?"

I had a weird cold right around new year 2020. I remember a Chinese guy standing too close to me at a store (certain cultures have no clue about personal space), and he coughed on me. At the time I was more worried that he might see me typing my PIN.

I am likely the only one in my family what ain't been vaxxed.

Got the 'vid in January 2022. I was whiny, but I survived.

248 As for me, I got *something* in Dec. 2019 that knocked me silly, fever and coughing and all the usual flu symptoms. At the urgent care they diagnosed me as having a bacterial sinusitis and prescribed an antibiotic, and things did improve from there, which suggests it was not a virus. But -- I was improving even before I went to the urgent care. I might have had the Coof and the sinusitis at the same time.

Since then, a cold or mild flu session (Miss Linda insists it was Omicron) in June of this year. Nothing serious, and nothing during all of '20 and '21.
