Dance dance revolution.

Kitten makes a cuteness attack.

Harried dad tries to diaper energetic twins.

Methane is beautiful, I tried explaining to her countless times.

Squirrel gets high on nuts.

Bonus damage.

Peek a boo.

Fur-larm.

Puppy swarm attack.

Totally different play styles.

Meep meep!

Lam-bird-a, the Forbirden Dance.

Someone let grandma get her hands on an editing program and she's gone mental!

This kid. Young Bruce Lee.

Let's pretend I'm linking this for the lizard.

I've owned Wranglers for the better part of 30 years.

The straight 6 engines are indestructible, steer clear of the 4 cylinder or turbo charged variant, the Diesel engine is pricey but solid.

If you live in a rust belt state, yearly wool waxing the frame and suspension components is mandatory.

But... suddenly... Lumber prices skyrocketed due to shortages? While they were still cutting down trees... lumber mills were still running... and the same trucks were doing delivery as had for the last couple of years...

and truckers were reporting FULL yards full of lumber?

Two liter Coca-Colas are already $2.50 around here, up a full dollar from when Biden took office. I suspect we'll see three dollars apiece by the end of summer.

Me personally? I wouldn't consider one. Everyone I know who has owned one has had electrical problems, paint problems, and interior problems. Sometimes all three. One of my favorite Dodge incidents was a buddy bought a new badass $70K or so, crazy off road package Ram. He got stuck in the snow because a plug on the transmission telling the vehicle it was okay to go into gear and drive the kids home got knocked out by something while being driven in fresh snow. No chunks, no ice, no anything. Just driving in snow. Had to call a tow truck.

Neat cars and trucks to own under warranty, maybe.

And if your Sierra is in good condition and the right specs, you could probably sell it for 20 grand.

The Op that keeps on giving.

COVID has already joined the panoply of annual circulating viruses, it will be with us always in some form or variant.

As has been said, the virus is real everything else is bullshit.

286 I just saw this and it's glorious:

"people who are unvaccinated are 53.2 times more likely to die (from COVID)"

Think of how brilliant that is. They vaxxinated millions of 18-30 year olds, and they didn't die. Some 85 year olds might've been reluctant to get the vaxxine, and they did die.

Ta-dah.

287 Just got back from the grocery $tore. First time leaving our new dog home alone. She did not get out of the cage or tear up the furniture. So, that's good.

What's this I saw about N.L. Urker having a "girl"? Like a GF? Did we approve this? Is she right for our guy?

The vast overwhelming majority of the adult population of the US is vaccinated, if the vaccine worked one iota the number of people dying* from the virus would be a number indistinguishable from zero.

* Deaths from COVID are wildly inflated to the tune of 80pct.

Posted by: Thomas Bender at May 10, 2022 10:09 PM (v2CHY)

290 Earthlink - heh.

My first email and the original mindful webworks website was with Sprynet, the company Compuserve spun off for Internet. (Swiftly followed by RIP Compuserve.) Sprynet got bought up by MindSpring. Then, with much ballyhooing and assurances of fully dual executive branches, MindSpring was "merged" with Earthlink and MindSpring promptly disappeared.

Ancient history. Somewhere along the line I gave up on all that. Kinda wish I kept the Sprynet email. Kinda. Sorta. Sometimes. But I get over it.

291 Agree. We have 2 F-150s, a 1992 and a 2018, both tiptop.
Posted by: Eromero at May 10, 2022 09:51 PM (0OP+5)

I had a 92 F-150. Windshield leaked, and got rainwater on the body control module. Fucked it up real good. The Mopar vehicles are less troublesome, by a small fraction. GM electrics have them both beat.

Yep. I think when we can finally look at actual data fifty years from now we'll see that the CDC was admitting the honest facts when they made that statement about 6% of COVID deaths were actual COVID deaths.

294 I'll believe how desperately, unavoidably fatal Covid is when MORE rich and evil people die from of it. So far, very few takers except older celebrities and politicians -- looking at you, Colin Powell, the OG backstabbing, woke General. And Colin had terminal cancer so do we really count him?

Schumer, Pelosi, Susan Collins, McTurtle, Romney, all roll on. May they rot.
