Verdicts In In Gretchen Whitmer Fake "Kidnapping Plot" Trial: Two Defendants Found Not Guilty, Hung Jury On Other Two Defendants

People are waking up from The Matrix.

Below, "no verdict" means hung jury. The jury could not agree on a finding and returned no verdict. This is called a mistrial, because the trial just didn't come to any outcome.

They can be retried. But, the Armed Wing of the DNC, the FBI, now knows that a lot of people now understand that the FBI routinely practices illegal entrapment to please politically-powerful patrons and create supportive headlines for whatever media disinformation operation the Democrats have going at the time.

Julie Kelly's write up at AmGreatness.

Defense attorneys had argued--successfully, it would appear--their clients were entrapped by the FBI; at least a dozen FBI confidential human sources and undercover agents working out of numerous FBI field offices were deeply embedded in the plot.

Jonker ruled before the trial began on March 8 that defense counsel could not raise the entrapment issue until the government rested its case, but that plan was quickly scuttled when it became obvious the four defense attorneys were unable effectively to represent their clients without demonstrating the FBI's extensive involvement. To prove entrapment, the defense had to convince the jury that the government induced the criminal behavior and the defendants lacked predisposition to carry out the kidnapping conspiracy on their own.

BREAKING: Verdicts in Whitmer "kidnapping" trial:

ADAM FOX--the alleged ringleader

NO VERDICT on conspiracy to kidnap

BARRY CROFT:

NO VERDICT

DANIEL HARRIS ON KIDNAPPING NOT GUILTY

HARRIS NOT GUILTY ON GUN CHARGE

BRANDON CASERTA NOT GUILTY

OH MY GOD

THIS IS HUGE

THIS BASICALLY MEANS FBI IS GUILTY OF ENTRAPMENT

The FBI entrapped innocent men in 2020 in order to produce damaging headlines for Donald Trump while millions of Americans were voting for president.

A crime bigger than Russiagate.

Hi @JudiciaryGOP

@julie_kelly2

After 18 months with the judge ruling in their favor on nearly every issue, the DOJ did not get a SINGLE CONVICTION in the alleged plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer

The FBI-concocted "plot."

Fox story here.

Defense lawyers claim informants and undercover agents improperly influenced the men.

Whitmer, a Democrat who is seeking reelection, rarely talks publicly about the case. She has blamed former President Donald Trump for fomenting anger over coronavirus restrictions and refusing to condemn right-wing extremists like those charged in the case. She has said Trump was complicit in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

29 Willowed: This has been the Democrat playbook at least since JFK. Every time they try to run someone with a record their actual positions on issues come back to bite them. They ran Mondale back to back with Dukakis and lost. When one of the Seven Dwarfs managed to get elected in 1992, it really solidified the plan. Hillary was destined to go down flames for many reasons.

48 I dream of a day when the jury nullifies every case brought by the FBI against a citizen. Even if it looks fine and the case is strong and the guy is probably guilty, there are non-trivial odds that it's been a corrupt and vindictive process full of disinformation as constructed by liars.

If this happens there are two possible outcomes:
1. The FBI fails as an organization and is replaced with something else
2. The state decides that extrajudicial punishment is new SOP and the death of the Constitution is completed.

Either would be better than pretending that the FBI has any legitimacy.

However, I'm also serious. Networks have minimal influence anymore. They preach to the choir like late night talk shows. 89 I would trust the testimony of a strung-out, overdosing crack whore more than I would anyone from the FBI or DOJ.

I once dodged jury duty in a potentially weeks-long criminal trial involving attempted murder in a gangland drug war. I told the judge I would trust the word of a cop over a "gang drug dealer." Judge said "there's been no evidence he's a drug dealer." I said "just look at him." Judge threw me right the fuck off the jury. Nowadays, I'd say I would trust the word of a gang drug dealer over the FBI.

Considering this case, the fact that the FBI refuses to tell Congress about any UC/CIs present at J6, and that two Iranians just successfully pretended to be UC Feds in a scheme 2 entrap secret service agents. maybe we need some reforms to Fed undercover practices?

There is an important reason they hate for the word grooming to be used. Grooming is innate in the trans crowd - it is their recruitment tool. As soon as the Florida law passed, they immediately tried to deflect it into 'Don't say gay' so people wouldn't make the connection. The proper term is anti grooming law.

I don't know what the suicide rates are for depression and anxiety, but there was a suicide organization that did a study on transgender suicide ~8 years ago(before the trans push began) and they found that no matter where a trans person is within the journey (e.g. pre or post op, have told no one/close friends/completely out), the suicide rate is over 40%. IIRC, it was the highest (42ish %) for those who have had the surgery and are completely out -- that is, when they should be feeling like they have finally become the person they were meant to be.

That is f#cked up, and no one should be going out of their way to put a person, especially children, into that lifestyle.

381 There was a discussion in the comments recently about romance novels. I've never read one, although my poor lonely mother (abandoned by my unfaithful father and generally friendless) did.

I bring this up to ask, half-jokingly, if there is a "bunny boiler" subgenre of the romance novel genre?

Robinson is the worst character in the entire franchise and I hate every second he's on screen.

The late, great, Paul Gleason! Played some memorable heels.

384 The FBI, like most woke institutions, has effectively destroyed its base of trust in most of the country and that will have consequences in the future.

Expect federal DAs to double down on charging offenses in order to avoid trials.

385 Folks may recall that, not long ago, the FBI was illegally entrapping mentally challenged and mentally ill people, too. Look it up - there are tons of stories. Also, of FBI going under cover in mosques and trying to stir up trouble.
The FBI has most all of the following covered:
Proverbs 6:16-19 (NIV) 16 There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.

From what I hear, unicorns don't take well to saddle and bridle. Watch out. After all, if you've got a switchblade on your forehead, you'll be inclined to use it.

You'd be surprised how many big blue city bosses are as incompetent as Robinson. Truly.

I would be surprised otherwise. Doesn't make for compelling drama in this instance, though.
