I think he leveled up in the PedoWood hierarchy. The whole thing was a fake and gay ritual. The Rube Goldberg Machine sequence of clusterfuc9s occurring on a MOVIE SET = psyop. That brand new up and coming UKRAINIAN "cinematographer" isn't dead and wasn't a cinematographer.

10 Made the trip South for Homecoming weekend. Two observations - the school has tripled in size since I got my degree here many moons ago and there are more Yankee accents here than in NYC I think. Oh and a Jacks bacon, egg and cheese biscuit may represent a view of Heaven.

17 Morning again, folk,

Just ran out to the grocery, and am having a beef-and-cheese chimichanga (frozen, microwaved) for breakfast as a change from my usual eggs or ham-and-cheese toasted sandwich. Coffee to follow.

I have to run out to the 'burbs to get Rx wet food for Chekov the Ailing Codger Cat. The Petco closest to me doesn't have a pet pharmacy and doesn't carry the Z/D stuff. He's eating his dry hydrolyzed food, though, so he won't starve before I get back. I planned to have his adopted brother Wolf the big black cat come to visit, but last night Wolf was clearly not feeling great either. Maybe just a digestive issue, I hope. Even he has been known to go off his feed occasionally.

It has all the hallmarks of what passes for Hollywood horror movies today. Relentless f-bombs. Egregious, mindless and unnecessary violent gore to hide the fact that the movie sucks, story line that insults the intelligence of most people (ie., very, very stupid), and Jamie Lee Curtis, who looks like she's in her 70s and could easily pass for a witch living in the woods just waiting to throw children into her cauldron. Point taken. But I see dozens (thousands?) of opinions of the Actor's culpability, or stupidity, or assaholism, and very few about the nameless victim. I do it. Almost everybody does it. Point and laugh and feel better about myself because there's no way I would do something like that. If the shooter weren't a name we recognize, the discussion would have ended two days ago;

If some soccer hooligan from Manchester had moaned on a phone call to his chubby girlfriend in Leeds that he wanted to be her tampon, it would have been a non-story.

I saw that listed on Peacock, but they wanted me to sign up or sign in or something. Glad I didn't bother. The weird thing was that the description listed it as being from 1978, as though they were trying to convince us this was the first sequel to the original Halloween.

There are several cool Rex Harrison movies on YooToob, like 1967's The Honey Pot and the late '40s Blithe Spirit. The latter is a light-comedy ghost story. Sounds much better for Halloween than does HK.

Oh yes, that wouldn't surprise me at all. She's listed as the "executive director" in the credits. There is a scene in the hospital where Anthony Michael Hall (playing Tommy Doyle as an adult) whips the hospital crowd into an absolute mob frenzy of revenge and they ridiculously chase a man, thinking he's Michael Meyers, to the top floor of the hospital where he has no choice but to jump out of the window to his death. It was sooo ridiculous. But Jamie Lee thinks the J6ers were armed with stun guns and nooses searching the Capitol for those quaking congressmen, so I'd expect nothing less than her stupid "allegory" to make it into that trash movie of hers.

88 I was instructed to get a chest xray yesterday (Doc is concerned about pneumonia, when (in my expert opinion) it really is just a persistent bronchitis). So I called a radiology spot nearby. The woman answering the phone asked if a) vaxxed? b) recent covid test?, and c) what kind of covid test?

They only accept a PCR test done within last 48 hours. I pointed out it is difficult to get PCR results within 48 hours, and speculated her waiting room must be awfully empty. Anyway, no xray for me.

Oh yes, that wouldn't surprise me at all. She's listed as the "executive director" in the credits. . . . Anthony Michael Hall (playing Tommy Doyle as an adult) whips the hospital crowd into an absolute mob frenzy of revenge and they ridiculously chase a man, thinking he's Michael Meyers, to the top floor of the hospital where he has no choice but to jump out of the window to his death. . . .

Life is full of profound moments if you take the time notice them or, more likely, find yourself mentally or spiritually attuned to them. These people and moments are blessings. And if we are lucky, we get to pay them forward.
Posted by: LostInSpace at October 23, 2021 07:59 AM (ESLBo)

Your pay it forward really is timely. Last night I got a message from one of my son in laws, Travis, whom I really like, about them coming out to visit next month. With me still not being 100% and my wife having had rotator cuff surgery, we're in no physical shape to host anyone here until at least after the new year. So I called him back and left a phone message explaining that but I really hated doing that. I think he has a not terrible but not normal relationship with his divorced parents; his mother is a never grew up hippie who still smokes pot, farts loudly (I'm guessing she took it up the ass so much she has no sphincter control "back there") and sometimes crawls in bed with Travis and my daughter, who is about as tolerant as I am about such things. Travis and I stay up late drinking beer so I have to pay it forward.

My mother has had vascular dementia for 7 and a half years and is in last stages. Her hands have started to close and it's getting impossible to open them, I am quite concerned because the nursing home is not her cutting her nails regular enough and they are pressing on the palms of her hands, also they sweat and the hands get very smelly. I have tried to gently open her fingers from her palms but she looks as if it's painful so I have to stop.

I think her personal politics may be what is really at issue here.

Her cover story is that such materials are inconsistent with their tax exempt status. I have real doubts about that, but one could at least argue some sort of conflict between freedom of speech and tax exemption. However, I have no doubt whatsoever that if one were to look, the left orgs on campus experience no such conflict.

The media and everyone in the Democrat Party must know that Biden has been suffering from dementia for months, if not a couple years now.

And you know the media has been in constant communication with the Democrat Party and Deep State as to (1) how to conceal this from the ignorant public and (2) the plan for how to transition from Biden after it is impossible to continue to cover for him or he's dead.

To be a fly on the wall or a listener on the conference call for those planning meetings. We know the media and Democrat Party are getting their orders from some Great Reset people. Because we know 99% of the people in the Democrat Party are either far-gone elderly people or ignorant, idiot millennials with zero real-world experience. So we know they're not planning anything, just taking orders from someone else. I'm sure Soros is involved, but I wonder who the other masterminds are of this shit.

So this got me looking at Goldbelly to see if they had Grotto Pizza. No luck. But I came across some Colorado pizza places that look interesting. Anyone know if Beau Jo's Pizza (Mountain Pizza) is any good? Or Panhandler's Pizza? Both look interesting.

I've been ordering Heggie's Pizza from Minnesota for years now, after discovering it. Closest I have found to the Chicago thin crust I grew up on. Cooks well from frozen too. When I order from places here in SE Michigan, I always ask for "Chicago-style square cut" if they are willing. Last time I ordered from Papa John's (years ago now), they actually had that as an option on their website to get it Chicago square-cut instead of pie-cut. 384 Last night, could not sleep much due to some issues lately. But, I had a thought about the Baldwin issue. Supposedly, the firearm was an original Colt revolver dating from the 1880's. That would make it either a 1873 model Single Action Army Colt 1st Gen or a Colt Lightning Double Action revolver. When firing very old antique firearms, relatively weak loads are used as in wadcutters. Full wadcutters are entirely enclosed in the cartridge, made out of swaged nearly pure lead, and restrict the powder load in the case (as well as make the cartridge work position insensitive). Light loads that leave most of the case empty can be problematic in operation.
A full wadcutter in either 45 Colt or 44-40 (most common in those days) is a pretty lethal object that would be quite safe to fire in a old revolver. It also resembles in side profile standard blank ammunition for handguns which has no bullet. Only difference is light plastic wad versus a lead slug. So an inexperienced armorer on the set could make a mistake as to whether blanks or wadcutters were loaded by a simple visual inspection. Both Colt revolvers might have timing issues or parts breakage due to actor abuse.

Tough to say without seeing it. Interrupted sutures should not strangulate superficial tissues, but a single running stitch might. If so I would think that might cause a little superficial tissue death (necrosis) but not necessarily affect wound healing. If the wound is fairly deep, subcutanous stitches should be placed to hold the deeper layers together. If some space was left in the deeper layers it could accumulate fluid ooze and be susceptible to bacterial wound infection. Sometimes you need to remove the stitches, open up and clean the wound out and let it heal in from the bottom out (heal by second intention). Unless you are moving it a lot "tight" stitches shouldn't cause pain. I would guess inflammation as the cause of pain, either from normal healing or smoldering infection. Keep an eye on it.
