Concerned Parents in Loudoun, VA Win Major Victory In Fight Against Lawless School Board Official

Parents in Loudoun County are attempting to get a school board member, Beth Barts, kicked off the board.

If you remember the school board official who attempted to arrange a doxxing and intimidation campaign against parents protesting against CRT --that was Beth Barts.

By way of a Facebook group, Beth Barts has encouraged teachers to post the personal information of students' parents who oppose the inclusion of Critical Race Theory in Loudoun County Public Schools curriculum. Barts has actively encouraged teachers to post the names, workplaces and home addresses of these parents. Barts has even gone as far to ask teachers to name the children involved, their schools, and to post photos of their parents to the group. This is clearly a direct call to action to target, harass, and intimidate parents simply for their opposition to the far-left, cynical curriculum Barts views as doctrine.

There's a picture of her there. She looks precisely as you're expecting her to look.

Many ugly women are embittered by a lifetime of anger and hatred against society, and seek positions of power and influence out of vengeance. The Napoleon Complex has nothing on the Medusa Complex.

Seeking to mollify parents -- and yet not actually depose Barts -- the school board voted to strip her of committee assignments.

The parents brought an action to remove Barts. I believe the system consists of gathering enough signatures to bring a removal action. After this, the commonwealth of Virginia would appoint a prosecutor to pursue the case in court against Barts.

But the concerned parents must have figured that Governor Blackface's attorney would deliberately throw the case, and so they motioned for the judge to remove the Commonwealth's attorney from the case and appoint an independent prosecutor.

They also got themselves appointed as co-parties in the case.

They succeeded in getting the prosecutor removed from the case, in favor of an independent prosecutor -- presumably not just a liberal Democrat apparatchik appointed by Governor Blackface.

Loudoun County parents, a small but mighty group, celebrated victory yesterday. Together with a Virginia-based advocacy group, Fight for Schools, the parents are one step closer to recalling school board member Beth Barts.

Loudoun County Circuit Court Judge Jeanette A. Irby ruled in their favor--three times--after months of showing up at school board meetings and working tirelessly to petition citizens to sign off in the first step toward Barts' removal.

The group collected 1,860 signatures, accusing Barts of "neglect of duty, misuse of office, and incompetence in the performance of her duties."
According to the Loudoun Times-Mirror:

"Loudoun County Circuit Court Judge Jeanette A. Irby will appoint a special prosecutor in a case brought by a group of Loudoun County residents seeking the removal of School Board member Beth Barts (Leesburg District). Irby granted the group's motion to disqualify Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj (D) and appoint a special prosecutor on Tuesday during a pre-trial hearing on motions in front of couple dozen people following the case in court and online.
Ian Prior, Founder of Fight for Schools, and the Loudoun parents who joined him felt that Biberaj had a conflict of interest and the group asked that she be removed. The judge requested the group give her a week to find a prosecutor and made Fight For Schools a plaintiff in the case--an unprecedented move.

I'll do it just to force sumbitch in my district to spend money and walk around door to door campaigning all summer.

I'll send out 50-100 pieces of campaign mail to the right individuals in the community to make it appear I'm running an aggressive campaign. Just enough to get them taking about the mail piece and think I'm coming for the job.

Make them buy all the stupid yard signs and ads, etc. Make a lot of social media noise.

Basically spend a couple a hundred bucks forcing them to spend $10,000.

Observation: Kind of interesting this is happening after Steve Bannon made the observation that we should be running for control of local school and community boards.

But there are other taxes, notably property tax.

I've done some work in looking around at "what are the official proctologists going to remove from you at X level of income and whether employment, business, or cap-gains, Y purchase of property, Z purchase and ownership of vehicles, etc"

My X as earned income is pretty modest, bounces around a lot, but it's mostly investment income right now.

My Y needs are middling in price but significant in size.

And I'll always own a bunch of Z.

In Virginia we have a Commonwealth Attorney who is the equivalent of a county DA. This is an ELECTED not appointed position. The way the recall thing is supposed to work is that with enough signatures it goes to court and first the court has to decide whether they will even allow it to go forward (in Fairfax we got enough signatures but then the court just said nah not gone do it). Then the case gets moved by the Commowealth's attorney - who in this case is one of those Soros creeps (creepette, I aint assuming genders here) who in this case already said that the parents are terrible people blah blah blah. So they went to court and said, this doesn't really work. Remarkably they got in front of a judge who agreed. (I have determined that most of good lawyering is getting in front of the right judge.)

Anyway, while I see these people in Loudoun making a lot of noise, I note that they elected those people what do they expect? Loudoun voted for that chick who flipped off Trump's limo and got fired.

All people are susceptible to showing their darker side when their idea of what it takes to be happy doesn't line up with their place in life. There's no better skill in life than being able to extract joy out of whatever deck you've been dealt. I wish I could just do that all the time. I can't. But I know it's a good goal and I try to seek it. Starting out at the bottom definitely helps to build that skill though, that's for certain. And not letting society and pop culture set your goals.

One of my guys was stopped at a light on the main drag, during lunch... was blindsided by 2 guys who knocked him off his bike, and tried to steal his wallet. Pretty much beat the crap out of him... and the cops just took a report, and didn't even ask for witnesses.

I went i there one eve ing and the hostess (mom) was eating a bowl of that stuff. I asked for that for my meal whe she brought the menu. She said not on the menu. I responded that it looked yummy, and that i was gonna distract her atttention and finish her serving.

She brought me a big assed bowl of the best goulash. Ever. With dark hard crust bread, followed up with some kind of bread pastry, rhen sat and chatted with me while i ate. Dad came out and joined me too. Great family, excellent food. I jope they survived the covid bs and their restaurant is still open.

Guy beside me didn't see me, and took over my lane.... I ended up ditching on the high curb on the side... luckily even though I was well over 50 MPH in heavy traffic, I rolled up the angled 'wall' just before you get into the tunnel, and stayed out of the traffic.

253 I tried my hand making iced coffee using an ice tea infuser pitcher I bought my wife that she hasn't been using and it works really well, really really well, it is amazing how much caffeine you can get into cold coffee and I'm thinking about reading a few books while doing pushups and binging on a few shows simultaneously on multiple screens, and oh, by the way, is it normal to be able to see through higher dimensions when you look at your own hand no biggie though because it's kind of cool.

254 That Costa Rica nic reminds me of a call I got when I worked at Netflix. Guy had just come back from Costa Rica with his family and wanted to get his service restarted. I asked him how he'd like the place. He said he'd gone there for a job and he really liked it. Until he came home from work one night and the family met him with all their suitcases packed. They wanted their modern lifestyle back and were headed back to the States. He quit the job and went with them.
