Christie Bridgegate Report Suggests That Incident Might Have Been Exacerbated By... A Busted-Up Affair
The law firm's report exonerating (supposedly) Christie says that key Bridgegate player Bridgie Kelly had a "personal relationship" with Christie's then-campaign-manager, Bill Stepien, a relationship which had cooled -- or soured -- just before Kelly sent her infamous email, "Time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee."
The report claims the affair resulted in Kelly and Stepien barely communicating... and that this might have caused communication breakdowns regarding the Fort Lee lane closings."Indeed, that fact may have affected how Kelly and Stepien conducted themselves and whether they communicated about the lane realignment."Two points: 1, feminists are going to freak out at the (claimed) implication that a woman's hormones caused all of this. Yes. If it happens I am there. I would have liked to come this year, but timing is not on my side. However, next year I will take extra time and plan my trip back home around NoVaMoMee. I'll fly into mom and dad's then if mom allows, borrow her car and drive to the meetup, stay overnight and head back to their place the next day. It should work out pretty well. Yes they refused my appeal, I cannot believe they are so cruel, I had to kill that man and steal his credit cards to help pay for my college education, What more can a girl do ? It was a great place to be a kid .
Mom didn't care for it , though . She had two new twin girls , and two older kids , my sister and I .
Poor Mom , she was wound a little too tight to be a young officers wife in that situation .
Dad got alert orders at two in the morning during the cuban missile crisis . They were packed up and ready to seize the airport in Havana .
For me though , it was a grand adventure . Ten years old living on the premier army base in the country . Surrounded by woods and soldiers , tanks , guns , it was way cool .
