Jake Tapper is no great reporter, but he seemed to have just a shred of integrity, and sometimes even asked tough questions. That he was unable to think of a series of intelligent questions to ask a neophyte like Fluke isn't just suspect -- it's laughable.

The Volt, which he called the "all-electric Chevy Volt". I emailed and asked him how the hell he called a car with gas engine "all-electric". As Vic said, bias has existed since newspapers began. I don't think that's bad on it's face, the problem began when the bias bled into the hard news, in the form of omission and deliberately slanted news reporting. Partisanship belongs in the op-ed.

Sitting up tall in a chair, with your arms hanging down, grab the bottom of the chairseat with your right hand on the right side and slowly tilt your left ear toward your left shoulder. You should resist the stretch with your right hand. Hold for about 10 seconds and then bring your head slowly back up.
Next, while still holding on with your right hand, lower your head toward your left armpit. Hold and then bring your head back slowly.

I could point out a half dozen factual errors by every journalist in print or on TV damn near every freak'n day. And how. I don't know if you caught, for example, the Sheriff Arpaio newsstream about the Obama BC forgery last week, but I caught the end of it during Q and A. The questions were not of a forensic nature about their discovery, no. They were attacking Arpaio and his Posse. It was quite amusing in a perverse sort of way. SOP from the institution we so dearly "love." The herd was a chorus coming at it just like we'd expect them to.

I disagree. George Stephanopolos completely out-of-the-blue reference to contraceptives in the GOP primary debate a few months ago was not an act of psychic prescience. The Democrats have highly trained, extremely intelligent and well-paid people whose sole job it is to guide and manipulate messaging in accordance with Obama Administration (and now Obama campaign) goals. It was a setup from the beginning, a way to divert attention away from substantive economic and foreign policy issues and into the Foggy Bottom of culture war and social conservativism, a gray area where emotions, not reason, prevails. The Obama Administration must keep people from thinking at all costs, otherwise they might notice what's actually going on: loss of freedom, runaway (and mostly hidden) inflation, soaring energy prices, all of it.
Sometimes there is a conspiracy and it isn't paranoid to notice it.
