The Morning Report — 8/1/22

horiubyrdchange.jpg

Good morning, kids. Start of a new week and a new month with the abuse of an illegitimate junta continuing its rampage of destruction and subjugation. Having been raised to trust the police, the press and a system of government that supposedly ensures my individual freedom, it has been shocking in the extreme to witness all of it evaporate right in front of my eyes. Many people refuse to see it, but when you do and accept the reality of "It Can't Happen Here" actually having happened here, it's a clarifying moment.

If you look into the recent past, well beyond Trump and Obama, so many incidents wherein you accepted the official story of both the government and media (the latter being the Siamese twin of the former, especially the Democrats, the bureaucracy and, when necessary, GOP globalist stooges), it is absolutely crystal clear that you were lied to in order to preserve, protect and defend the agenda of "fundamental transformation." Arguably, the prime example of that, which happened 30 years ago this month, and during the waning days of not a Democrat Leftist administration but putatively a pro-American hawk, is Ruby Ridge.

For those too young to remember, it was thirty years ago this month that the DOJ entrapped Randy Weaver for his Christian beliefs, issued a death warrant, killed his dog, son, and wife, and shot Weaver and his friend.

Surely, the DOJ doesn’t just execute innocent people. Yet, as we learned at trial:

He had no propensity to commit crimes. Never even had a traffic ticket. Never been charged with a crime of any kind and honorably served his country.

. . . The FBI knew Weaver, his wife, and his adult children regularly carried arms, as many did in the rural community. “We were right in the middle of grizzly territory, mountain lions, moose. They are very dangerous animals.” But certainly not more dangerous than government agents.

Eighteen months later, on August 21, 1992, marshals arrived making no announcement for surrender. They were “in combat gear. They were wearing full camouflage suits with black ninja-type hoods. They were carrying machine guns and semi-automatic pistols. They were trained to kill” . . .

. . . The NY Times ran the headline, “White Supremacist Surrenders. Weaver and his wife were believers in Christian Identity, which holds that Europeans are the lost tribe of Israel, that blacks are subhuman and Jews are satanic. The agency has said its officers fired only after being shot at.” With that, the guilt had been assigned, the DOJ absolved, and the demonization was complete.

Weaver, charged with first-degree murder, though he never fired a shot at anyone, faced the death penalty. The DOJ subpoenaed a staggering 51 witnesses over three months, and when it was done, Weaver was found not guilty on all counts except minor charges for failing to appear.

As for the DOJ, Larry Potts, who signed that death warrant, was promoted to Deputy Director. The marshal who put a bullet into Sam’s back was awarded the medal of valor.

The sniper who assassinated Vicki had charges brought but dropped.

I left out the details of the entire incident but essentially, the FBI entrapped an innocent man and when he refused to work for them as a snitch, they set about an elaborate plot to have him liquidated. Many of the same individuals who are now the apex predators of our freedoms made their bones in the intel/law enforcement cabal back then. Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Wray, Garland and William Barr.

The same scam they pulled on Weaver is the same garbage they pulled on Trump with the phony pee tape and worse, the January 6th "insurrection" scam that ensnared dozens of innocent Americans to create the narrative of Trump/conservative = Nazi threat to "our precious democracy" (*vomit). As many have said, and rightly so, the FBI and DOJ are so thoroughly corrupt that they need to be dismantled. Whatever legitimate activities they may engage in should be decentralized and tightly controlled, if possible. But, like impeaching President Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants, what good will it do when every other department and every other agency in the federal and many state governments is equally corrupt, weaponized as tools of oppression to smash any voices of dissent to the path our nation and society has been put on for over 100 years, seeming inexorably? Add to it vast swathes of society outside government, most especially academia, and you see the predicament we find ourselves in?

No, the whole damn thing has to be shut down. You cannot use the instrumentalities of government and society in general to reverse course when it's those very things that got us in trouble in the first place. Friend and friend of the blog Michael Walsh:

In case you haven't heard, the United States is currently in the process of "transitioning." For reasons of decorum, and to not upset the rubes, from what to what is never quite spelled out, but those of us who have been following the "progressive" Left for the past six decades or so have a pretty clear idea of what they mean. It was first brazenly articulated by candidate Barack Obama in a campaign appearance just before the 2008 presidential election when he said, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

At the time, such braggadocio was largely chalked up to typical hustings rhetoric by a fresh new face eager to contrast his relative youth (Obama was 47 at the time) with the geriatric-adjacent ambulatory husk of John McCain, who was 72, You know, something akin to John F. Kennedy's line in his 1961 inaugural address about "a new generation of Americans, born in this century." JFK was born in 1917; Dwight Eisenhower, the man he was succeeding, had been born in 1890. Even though both had served during World War II (Eisenhower as Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, Kennedy as a Navy lieutenant in the Pacific), they seemed of vastly different generations. In other words, just talk.

Except, as we now know, it wasn't. Obama meant every one of those thirteen infamous words, and older folks who had lived through the 1960s knew exactly what he meant. "Change" was not simply a buzzword meant to distinguish the "new" policies of one party from the "old" policies of the other, within a context of broadly accepted governing principles and love for the nation as founded, including the primacy of the Constitution. Rather, it was a complete break from the American tradition, a kind of cultural-political coup whose message couldn't have been clearer. . .

. . . now that the adults are back, what the hell? If girls can be boys and boys can be girls, it's a mixed-up, muddled-up shook up world anyway. There is no innate nature to anything any more, and nothing really matters. As the Left's favorite economist, John Maynard Keynes, famously said: "In the long run, we are all dead," so let's party like it's 476 or 1543 or 1914.  It's the ultimate triumph of mind over matter, of fiat over gold, of fantasy over reality, and you're a bigot if you think otherwise. You're the enemy now. So like the blushing bride on her wedding night, lie back, think of England, and let the transitioning begin. After all, you have no choice. You're next.

    ABOVE THE FOLD, BREAKING, NOTEWORTHY

  • Michael Walsh: ". . . now that the adults are back, what the hell? If girls can be boys and boys can be girls, it's a mixed-up, muddled-up shook up world anyway. There is no innate nature to anything any more, and nothing really matters. As the Left's favorite economist, John Maynard Keynes, famously said: 'In the long run, we are all dead,' so let's party like it's 476 or 1543 or 1914."
    America's "Transitioning"—But to What?
  • "Under global governance the democratic process becomes a play in which the democrats speak lines written by non-accountable global governance bureaucrats. It ends in a series of clashes and crises like those cited above. And whether or not those who protest are indulged or crushed depends in part on whether their demos and lawsuits are aimed at obstructing the global governance agenda or advancing it."
    How the World Really Works
  • "The same climate policies that are set to destroy private agriculture in the Netherlands are eventually coming to America."
Pay Attention To The Dutch Farmer Protests Because America Is Next
  • Victor Davis Hanson: "Are today’s norms tomorrow’s norms?"
Are the New Progressive Rules Reciprocal?
  • "That 1992 event should have taught Americans that the government was out of control, but it didn’t, and we continue to live with the consequences."
    Lessons from Ruby Ridge

23 Well said JJS:

A comment I made in the past still seems apropos:

We never really had a Trump *Administration*.
What we had instead was one honorable individual, Donald J. Trump,
trying his best to function as the duly elected President, while beset with a thoroughly corrupt Uniparty Establishment Administration
composed of traitors, liars, thieves, pedophiles, sexual deviants. criminals, and corrupt grifters at every level of the internal government of the US, plus a plethora of hostile foreign governments (and their agents) that craved the furtherance of the NWO and feared Trump would interrupt the graft!

24 Many of the well-intentioned wealthy white liberals responsible for forging and continuing to support the monumental policy blunders that got us where we are today live just one or two ZIP codes away from these scenes of savagery in Marcus Garvey Park, and yet they move about in an entirely different universe and rarely venture into the projects or the heart of Harlem on a Saturday night.

This is my challenge to them: stop by for a visit.

I dare you to go look at it. You can even choose to look at the blurred photos, which I did. And I still came away utterly, utterly repulsed. It was the most disgusting, debauched, degenerate, filthy garbage I've ever seen. I do not say that lightly. I mean every word. Even with blurred images, I could not read past page 1, nor could I go look at the other link for another year that was within the article. So what's the plan for dealing with it? Who has a plan? Trump? DeSantis? But is it too big for one man (as I often hear)? After all, wasn't Trump shipwrecked before he got aboard, as all the institutions of government were against him, and what outright resistance didn't stymie, massive inertia did? It was hopeless, right?

No, it is not too big for one man (or woman). That is, one man, alone, cannot fight it, alone, but the right man (or woman) can inspire and mobilize others to engage the fight.

Diagnosing the disease and its cause, naming the enemy and the damage being done, and outlining the specific plan to contend with both, are the challenge and imperative NOW. This is the job NOW of anyone who purports to leadership in 2024.

++++
Of course they were handsomely rewarded. Future goons will look back on the leading-edge goons with envy. The medal of valor recipient in the near future will have to kill a lot more citizens - and do so under more return fire - than the recipients of yesteryear. Making deputy director will require confirmed kills - individually and during group operations they manage - in the hundreds of citizens.

Legitimate question: Why does anybody take Paul Krugman's opinion seriously? Who are these people who elevate his voice to anything? He is utterly abysmal. My G*d, all of these "experts" need total obliteration from any public scene. We're awash and living in an epidemic of know-nothing "experts."

73 There is no innate nature to anything any more, and nothing really matters.
++++
The true believers think that. The ones who actually believe in Critical Theory and the Postmodern philosophy of social construction in all things believe that reality is mutable and can be changed if only we all agree to change it - it's the wreckers who refuse to believe that cause all the unpleasantness because they refuse to change the social construction upon which all things depend.

There are a lot of true believers, but fairly few of them are shot-callers in the global gang. The guys in charge don't believe it, they believe in power. I also think the rulers know that this isn't going to last and they're flirting with rebellion in various forms. I think they're cynically extracting everything they can in a final bit of ecstatic excess.

74 Was J Edger Hoover, 1st Director of the FIB, also a cross-dresser? In other words, our first high public official that the Mafia had solid blackmail material on?

"He [Hoover] was wearing a fluffy black dress, very fluffy, with flounces and lace stockings and high heels, and a black curly wig," Summers quoted Susan as saying."He had makeup on and false eyelashes."[1]

Susan claimed Cohn introduced Hoover to her as"Mary." Hoover allegedly responded,"Good evening." She said she saw Hoover go into a bedroom and take off his skirt. There,"young blond boys" worked on him in bed. Later, as Hoover and Cohn watched, Lewis Rosenstiel had sex with the young boys.

via History Channel.

Who will ever know for sure. But we do know Hoover kept detailed dossiers of high ranking politicos to protect his top job.

The fish rots from the head, and today's FIB is the fruit of that poisoned fish.

The playbook was too public and messy. Ruby Ridge and Waco were PR disasters for the police state, because they were simultaneously still pretending (as they do now, though with less vigor and passion) that they were lawmen and that law was a thing. We're post-law now in fact, but not on paper. Things like Ruby Ridge and Waco make that a bit too clear. They prefer specific, political action now - like Jan 6 political prisoners and the predawn raids on specific declared political enemies.

This is part of the Progressive religion - to obtain the point where our minds can simply reshape reality to fit the desired utopia. They think they are (or can become) gods.

Go back to the old scifi literature and you'll see it over and over again: man reshapes either himself or reality into some perfect vision. 84 PRISTINA, Kosovo (AP) -- The Kosovo-Serbia border was blocked again Tuesday by ethnic Kosovo Serbs protesting a decision by Kosovo authorities to start removing Serbian license plates from cars entering the country. The traffic chaos raised fears that it may unleash much deeper tensions between the two Balkan neighbors.

Serbia doesn’t recognize its former province of Kosovo as a separate nation and considers their mutual border only as an "administrative" and temporary boundary.

[...] Tensions soared Monday when Kosovo special police with armored vehicles were sent to the border to impose a rule on temporarily replacing Serb license plates from cars while they drive in Kosovo. It's a minor annoyance for drivers with a big symbolic impact. Kosovo authorities say they are only copying a program by Serbian police, who have for years been taking off registration plates from Kosovo-registered cars entering Serbia. Drivers then need to pay 5 euros for a temporary license plate.

I think this isn't an either/or consideration, but a "both" consideration. The two work together to achieve destruction. I don't think this was planned out in advance (it is too complicated and bizarre a phenomenon) but it was developed that way.

Someone did a great Twitter thread on this, and linked out to a couple of podcasts, and I think he's on to the mechanism of it fairly well. CRT and its feminist adjuncts tear you down. If you're white or male, you're an oppressor. It's original sin and you're inherently bad if you're in those groups. CRT destroys you and fills you with guilt and self-loathing.

Then comes Queer Theory, which rides to the rescue. Well, you can't overcome your oppressive privilege but you *can* embrace Queer Theory and find an escape hatch by becoming gay or trans. Cut your dick or tits off and gain entry into the club of the oppressed - and the good life.

________

The truth follows the word "unless". If it weren't for Kamala, the 25th Gambit would have already been played. As it is, they'll have to Agnew her.

And that will be the sign for when the Ds have really given up on Brandon. It will be when their mouthpieces start on the rehabilitation of Kamala's rep. As of now it's still "Biden is actually a good President." Soon it will be "Harris is the administration's most underrated asset."

192 Kamala Harris provides the government, especially the deep state a figurehead. More so than Obama. First, historic (black) woman to assume the White House. That's it.

But the options open to the government to instill draconian measures on a restless population are so much more with her than, say *biden. The perceived threats to Harris include those that can't realistically be brought up with a white retard like *biden.

Harris will be facing threats on multiple fronts; racism, sexism, white supremacy, etc. All those are hot button threats these days. By design. And we must, as a country, pity the poor black woman just trying to do her job if only those damn racists, sexists and white supremacists would get locked up.

The only people I can see being useful to engage in the fight would be those within the bureaucracy, preferably ones within a law enforcement agency and military.
Ordinary citizens are not going to engage in any kind of "fight" even if it is peaceably assembling and protesting current BS. Not a swipe at anyone, just something I've had to accept myself that no one, even citizens like us, are going to do anything. Not enough of us to band together even in protest. Sucks but that is the reality of it.

What is most disturbing to me about that entire mess is multiple atf agents had lists of guns that people had bought. And it is B$ that they are "checking" on people with multiple guns sales in case of strawman purchases. One video has the agent clearing saying that he has a list of 7 guns they know the guy bought but they only need to see the last two that he bought to make sure he didn't sell them.

The atf or nics is keeping a gun registration data base and clearly has been for some time and no one is saying a word about it.

The "objective media" has always been a myth created to assuage the political establishment, creating a thin fiction designed to justify, politically, the monopoly over broadcast rights the big three enjoyed for so many decades. Up until that moment, the media was well known as propaganda arms of the parties, never to be trusted.

They didn't suddenly become brave truthtellers overnight. They remained the same but had to hide it better while also gaining implicit approval of their editorial powers from the government.

A few commenters like to go on incessantly on how Trump didn't do shit to dismantle the Deep State. Fair enough, but they never seem to take a scenario like this into account. 314 Nichelle Nichols' Uhura was a solid example to everybody of doing one's job and performing courageously even when admitting one is frightened. Her character never pushed the "I'm black" line we'd hear today. Okay, there was that one line in a very early episode. Sulu (under the delusion he is a swashbuckler of the 18th Century) calls her "Fair maiden," and she growls, "Sorry, neither!"

Otherwise, she was a valued crewmember. In the Animated show she even commanded the ship once.

As for the interracial kiss bit, as I mentioned on the Tech Thread, there had been at least one IR kiss on network TV previously: Robert Culp and France Nuyen on an episode of I Spy almost 2 years before. Asian-white is still interracial, after all. And Shatner and France Nuyen kissed on the "Elaan of Troyius" episode too, though I'm not sure if it aired before or after the famous one.

The abuses the Federal government has inflicted on the citizens, if reported from a third world dictatorship, the Soviet Union in its heyday, or the current Chicoms, would be seen clearly for what they are. But we are in the pot and that mucks up the ole' vision thing. Given the track record of the Feds and the ever increasing abuse trend line, I am pretty sure we are about find out what boiling is like no matter who is in power, with the cavet, if the current Marxist Democrat party gets complete and permanent control of the nation, that a secret mix of hellish spices will be tossed in the pot for extra fun.

Buffalo milk mozzarella is fantastic.
When we were stationed in Italy, one of the major regions for it was about 20 miles south of our house.

The buffalo were milked in the morning.
The cheese was made in the afternoon.
And delivered to our small little town in time for the evening meal.

NOBODY ate mozzarella that was more than 18 hours away from the buffalo.

This is pretty much all that's on my mind these days: how to fight. If one asserts that no leader can lead the fight as the deep state is too monolithic and vengeful, and that the people are too cowed to fight, you're left with what?

As I see it, it begins with the word. All great revolutionary figures and movements led first with the word. The leader of our time will define the problem, and malefactors, name it and them, their nature and goals, paint their future for all of us. This is what the Left and globalists fear -- to no longer be able to count on the conspiracy of fearful temporizing and equivocation of the rest of us.

This doesn't mean rallies and tweets and press releases or wisecracks from golf courses, but a true exhortative campaign that takes no prisoners, rhetorically speaking.

Sadly, I think everyone in the federal government and federal agencies actually like when attacks like those from McVeigh happen. Because they can use that crisis to exert more control over the populace and push narratives about radical supremacists. All the while making broad brush definitions of what is a "radical supremacist".

And it has only gotten worse and worse and worse since the 1990s. To the point where in the 2020s we now have cake shops and pizza places declared radical bigots deserving of destruction and parents declared domestic terrorists.
