Fox News fires analyst Andrew Napolitano after Larry Kudlow producer accused him of stroking his arm and making sexually suggestive comments in an elevator
A producer claims that while working at Fox News personality Andrew Napolitano stroked his arm and made suggestive comments towards him
The encounter is alleged to have happened in 2019 while in an elevator together
On Monday night, Fox News Media said that it has 'parted ways' with legal analyst Andrew Napolitano, following the allegations made
John Fawcett, 27, made the allegations in a lawsuit against Fox News network
While working on Larry Kudlow's show, he claims he heard the host use racial slurs and make sexually inappropriate remarks without any recrimination
Fawcett, who was hired in March 2019, claims 'sexual harassment, sex discrimination, and racial discrimination are still tolerated at Fox'

He also made a raft of claims about other Fox News personnel, claiming that Larry Kudrow made what Millennial cancellers now claim are "racist remarks."

If I'm being honest here, he doesn't look like the kind of guy anyone of either sex would hit on.

But Fox did part ways with Napolitano, so who knows.

Here's Fox's statement:

'Upon first learning of John Fawcett's allegations against Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox News Media immediately investigated the claims and addressed the matter with both parties. The network and Judge Napolitano have since parted ways. We take all allegations of misconduct seriously, are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and collaborative workplace environment for all our employees and took immediate, appropriate action.
'Furthermore, the additional allegations laid out in this claim are completely baseless and nothing more than a desperate attempt at a payday by trying the case in the court of public opinion as the complaint does not meet the standards of the law. We will defend the matter vigorously in court.'

Update: The lawsuit alleges that Napolitano's been accused of untoward advances on "numerous young men."

A producer who works on the Kudlow show, hosted by Larry Kudlow on Fox Business, accused Napolitano of engaging in sexual misconduct with "numerous young male" employees, including himself, according to a lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court. The producer, John Fawcett, claimed Fox's human resource department and senior executives were aware of the matter but "took no action whatsoever" to remove Napolitano from his on-air role.
"Upon first learning of John Fawcett’s allegations against Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX News Media immediately investigated the claims and addressed the matter with both parties," a spokesperson for Fox told the Washington Examiner in an email. "The network and Judge Napolitano have since parted ways. We take all allegations of misconduct seriously, are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and collaborative workplace environment for all our employees and took immediate, appropriate action."

Napolitano previously faced allegations of sexual misconduct in separate lawsuits filed by two men last year, including one who accused him of coercing a defendant from his courtroom into giving him oral sex in 1988, which he strongly denied and characterized as smear campaigns.

Fox News execs are putting pronouns in their e mail signatures.

They aren't allowing those. But at a party a couple of weeks ago I attended, five other people ended up with the WuFlu. Two were in the hospital, thankfully briefly. They were unvaccinated. Another unvaccinated recovered fine at home. Two vaccinated individuals recovered fine at home. My recovered self had no symptoms or issues whatsoever, and I have not gotten the jab. So from where I sit I agree with Merck, who did not develop a vaccine because their research indicated people were better off getting COVID and recovering.

I have read that getting jabbed after recovering can erode natural immunity. What I wonder is whether vaxxed folk who then get COVID and recover are as immune as I am.

Choose a reputable company. Anderson, pella, window world, etc.
We had our windows replaced in two stages. The first was Thompson Creek, but they did a poor job, and failed to mention that they wouldn't do a complete tearout, only filling in with windows inside the existing frame. As a result, the windows are much too narrow and admit little light. We then shifted to Pella, and they did the full tearout and replacement. We were MUCH happier with them.

We had all of ours done about four years ago for $16k. Various sizes, all double pane. I stant savings in power bills in both summer and winter. Plus the non-sunny side of the house is comfortable withoit that cold zone near the windows.
