As I understand it from some info I first heard a few hours ago, the company's business-side IT has been locked-up for ransom, and the company voluntarily shut-down the pipeline control-side IT to help keep it from also being locked-up by the attacker. Over the millennia, the definition of "Han" has slowly expanded as various ethnicities were brought into the Empire (either as subjects or invaders). Within a couple of generations, the "newcomers" would be classified as ethnic Han right along with those whose ancestors had been called that for centuries
Korea has some diversity as well. There's more than one ethnic group in Korea. But it's nowhere near the same level.

Most European nations DO NOT have any general vote-by-mail set-up. As I understand it, some tried it a decade or longer ago but discovered it led to much fraud.

There is only one exception to this that I have seen recently: Farm Bureau insurance. That company (for their life insurance and homeowners products) shows couples or just fathers. Not all of them are white, but they're not interracial (e.g., one ad has a black family, another a white family).
But it is the *only* consistent example I have seen, and it really stands out like a sore thumb. It's the only outfit I've seen who's ads don't isolate or remove white people, and who's ads don't denigrate fathers.

To me it is clear that the political class has given up on any sort of fiscal responsibility as politically impossible now. So, the game plan is to inflate away the effects of government debt and entitlements which is most likely the plan for almost all Western democracies leading to de facto default of that debt. That can only be at the federal level as state bonds do not accomplish that purpose.
There is a book by author F. Paul Wilson called the Enemy of the State. It is sci-fi but F. Paul Wilson won a prize from a libertarian group paid in gold naturally for the book's exposition of monetary policy in action.
