Imagine if you will a guy who puts up a stink about having to show ID to get on a plane. A. Big. Stink. Yelling and stuff like that there. "Why do I have to show any ID to fly?" and refusing to move. Mackinac Island is gorgeous. It's plopped down in the Straits in Lake Huron between the Upper and Lower Peninsula of Michigan. Since the Upper Peninsula is really only Northern Wisconsin, and once was legally Wisconsin territory, by all human standards Wisconsin can claim Mackinac. Although actual maps will tell you otherwise.

I'd love to fly in an old Soviet AN-2 biplane. It literally has NO stall speed, and it's possible to actually fly backwards if you have a headwind of 35mph or more. Of course, they're pretty much illegal for any serious commercial use in the US.

Spent most of the day at church, first for Starions of the Cross at 11:00, then sitting in the sanctuary for 3+ hours until the Commemoration of Christ's Passion and Death at 3:00, a service that took over 2 hours. Then almost an hour's drive home.

Stretched out on the bed. I hurt.
