There's a theory about people who hear voices, that at least for SOME of them, it's the lack of clarity they have when they interpret the thought in their head, and what their ears are "hearing."
Lots of people doing research on this, and most of the brain activity research is wholly inconclusive. But other studies having been done sometimes even decades ago, indicate there are likely some very mundane explanations why people hear voices.

But seriously, yes, they have conducted some studies on folks who are deaf, and I don't remember the results or anything, just that it was very eye opening (badum bum) how some of the deaf folks "hear" voices, and some of the similarities to hearing folks who experience what the psycho world calls hearing voices.

Ok, got it. By the by, I started rewatching Millennium. Which was on Big Fox, but had the same fate. Season 1 is a strange murder of the week episodic thing, but if I recall correctly, they start ramping up the end of days stuff pretty quickly in season 2.
Good stuff, but yeah, not long for this world, because network teevee in general, and Fox in particular, were/are hot garbage, where nothing good belongs.

Their Model 110 in .308 or 30.06 are very accurate out of the box, especially for the price. Those rifles are an amazing value. At least in pre-Biden days they were.

When accelerating toward where they want to go, engine is in back, like normal. Once they get halfway there, they have to "flip the ship" to point the engine in the direction they are going in order to decelerate to come to a stop. So the engine stays in the back, but the entire ship flips 180.

The one thing I have said about him is that his published argument in the Dred Scot decision was shit.
That's the thing about revolutionary justices, they can't simply argue the tradition of the law, they have to add a new thing, which frankly has to come out of the cover of arcane traditional law into broad daylight to make its case.
That's where you can spot a lot of shit in what judges write.

Here's the thing about most judges: they are the same imbeciles who passed the stupid bar, and now are acting like they are God-Allmighty.
Think of the one idiot in your profession who still calls him or herself a professional. He or she is the rock bottom of anyone you would hire. That's the clown who can't argue a case, or fashion a lawsuit, so he ends up a judge.
Not always true, but I'll bet 90% follow that pattern.

...apparently Schumer "pressed" Biden so hard to expand the next stimulus round, he literally squashed the president-elect, who is now "expected to unveil a major Covid-19 relief package on Thursday and his advisers have recently told allies in Congress to expect a price tag in the ballpark of $2 trillion," CNN reported citing two people briefed on the deliberations. The Biden team is taking a "shoot for the moon" approach with the package, one lawmaker in close contact with them told CNN, though they added that the price tag could still change.
It wasn't immediately clear just how big the "stimmy" checks would be, but it is safe to say they will be at least $2,000 and perhaps much more...which while great news for stocks as much of this money will quickly find its way into Robinhood accounts, is very bad news for bond yields as $2 trillion is a number which just might spark the runaway inflation the Fed has been dreaming of all these years.
