Former Fox host Eric Bolling spoke to Turning Point USA, and said that Fox was "very nervous" about having lost 40% of its former audience.
"Here's what happened guys, let's be honest with you, I can talk about this, Donald Trump on November 3rd -- Fox declared Biden the winner in Arizona. MAGA-world went ballistic, they said 'I'm not watching Fox News,' they switched over and they looked and they found Newsmax," Bolling said. "Fox lost about 40% of their audience. 40 percent. That's a big number," Bolling continued, a statement that sparked roaring applause from the audience of young conservatives. "I have friends still there that say they are very, very nervous about it, they're sucking wind on it and they don’t know how to turn it around," Bolling said.Larry Johnson at Gateway Pundit estimates that Fox News has lost about half its audience.
Neil Cavuto drew 2.192 million viewers in August. By November he was attracting only 1.3 million. The Five also suffered a big loss, going from 3.772 million in August to 2.883 million in November-minus 889,000 viewers. Bret Baier suffered a significant decline of 1,139,000 –3.256 million in August to 2.117 million in November.He's actually dipped below 2 million.
But whatever, allow neocon/neoliberal Bill Sammon and straight up leftwing nepot Chris Wallace to continue dictating the course of Fox News.
Martha MacCallum fared worse--she shed 50% of her audience, collapsing from 3.201 million to 1.613 million. Tucker Carlson also has taken a big hit–dropping from 5.719 million in August to 3.444 million in November. That is a drop of 2.275 million. Sean Hannity's shining star is flaming out. His viewership plummeted from 6.838 million to 2.839 million. That means almost 4 million people fled his show. And Laura Ingraham bled out–she dropped from 4.82 million to 2.114. She lost 2.706 viewers. These are consequential numbers. Fox has committed media suicide.

That used to be true back in the day, but now, with spell-check? There's no excuse for mispellings. Homonyms ("there/their" etc.) and misuse of actual words ("polo bear"), OK, because spell-check won't catch those.

In college I disliked Statistics and didn't get it. Then in engineering school, especially in the field of quality control, it came to me that statistics, done correctly was pretty damn useful.

I'm convinced, for those of us who don't USE statistics all that much, the manner in which we are taught makes all the difference in the world.
I had one perfesser who was brilliant. A real genius, but couldn't really relate to us common folk. So the stats stuff was difficult to grasp, and painful to deal with.
Had another prof, who was a Chinese immigrant, of all things, and she was amazingly clear in teaching this stuff. What I learned from her, in the first day of class, was basically more than I'd learned about the concepts around stats in every other class I'd ever taken before.

I taught in a HS with a retired full bird colonel. He took shrapnel to the face/head from a hand grenade in Vietnam. The resulting injuries required extensive reconstruction surgery, obviously. When I first met him he introduced himself as Dan, and I never heard him request anyone call him anything other. We still all addresses him as Colonel anyway. Shouldn't be surprised I found out later he was a staunch conservative.

If there are misspellings and grammar errors that means no one on their committee actually read it. So I would not take anything too seriously that you read in such a paper.
Exactly. People are busy, and signing off on a dissertation is a low priority task. The committee oftentimes assumes that the PI read the damned thing, and if he's OK with it, so are they.

There's over 200 members in the GOP in Congress and a legion of staffers, hangers-on, butt boys, and donors' sex toys in the joint. You mean to tell me that they can't organize an effort to read 30 or so pages and summarize the objections in that amount of time.
It's all BS theater. They have no objections except insofar as it makes them appropriately look useless to the rubes back home.

But credit where credit is due -- unlike Jill Biden's illiterate drivel, the writing in Cosby's document was first rate, because he used professional writers from his TV show.
