Barr's other statements are not reassuring. The FBI has been asking some of the stats groups for their data, and that data shows both conventional fraud (the spikes in more granular fashion) and what appears to be computer-based systematic fraud. Simply put you can find 3 patterns in data, natural, man-made, and highly systematic(consequently not likely executed by people on an individual basis). This last set of anomalies was largely found while looking for conventional fraud.

No question about it. Having worked in hospital buildings for many years, it's a terrible place to be, if you don't want to get sick.
I haven't been to the office in months, maybe half a dozen times since March.
Meanwhile, we have staff calling in sick all the time, some with the Covids. Whoever came up with the idea of the hospital was a sadist.

Keep telling yourself that until President Biden is sworn into office. SCOTUS is not going to throw out the votes of multiple states. They might if the legislature and executive state branches were actually fighting over the results. Not one state in contention is doing that. MI is out. I doubt PA or GA will do anything. Otherwise, SCOTUS is going to say "The GOP doesn't care, why should we stick our necks out." They'll throw out some votes in a state or two to make a point. Then they'll punt on technicalities on everyone else.

I worked in a hospital for 16 years. Never was as sick as when I worked there. They are a petri dish for every fungus and crud that's out there, especially the ERs.

Typically speaking we've got laws against that sort of ownership of key infrastructure in the US. Moreover the Chinese have an established pattern of using such ownership to spy on our military. It's not direct proof of a crime or even culpability(the people running Dominion are not necessarily acting on behest of the ultimate owners), the direct proof would be the data. It is however something worth pursuing since we're trying to pin down the exact means of execution.

I'm not sure this is true. Let's assume the election was fixed. You can look at that as bad and it is. But it also means we have the majority. That's not nothing. We have a majority at SCOTUS - slim, but there. We have a majority in the Senate - slim, but there. We are close to a majority in the House. With reapportionment and control over state legislatures, we should pick up House in 2022. All this is precarious and could change. And I would argue that the new crop of GOP is better than the old crop. Finally, you still have Trump. Trump the ex-President is far more influential than Biden, the President. All is not lost. In fact, the fight is just beginning.

Typically speaking we've got laws against that sort of ownership of key infrastructure in the US. Moreover the Chinese have an established pattern of using such ownership to spy on our military. It's not direct proof of a crime or even culpability(the people running Dominion are not necessarily acting on behest of the ultimate owners), the direct proof would be the data. It is however something worth pursuing since we're trying to pin down the exact means of execution.

We pretty nearly already have that where I work. And the reeducation seminars. And the official edicts that certain demographics no longer be hired until further notice. And termination of employment in case of wrongspeak. And executive level officers devoted solely to these matters. And corporate supervision of covid compliance and vaccination. And top management loving it all, so long as nobody notices them keeping their millions rolling in while every one else takes cuts "because we're all in this together." I fear this is moving to the public sphere soon.

Not quite but close - they sold the securities under Form D exemption. They took possession as a broker dealer, then told the SEC they were selling them as being exempt from 1933 SEC law...its bang bang in transaction history but that's they way it works. You have to have a broker dealer license to do it, but most if not all investment houses have that license.

By the way, as broker dealer, and filling out the form D exemption, you are telling the SEC that the securities are real, you know or represent that the securities as real, that the company is not some illegal entity and is properly represented as legal (ie not some secret shell organization for a communist country, in other words). Its not as everyday as some might think, there are consequences if Dominion turns out to be wholly owned by a communist country and that was not represented to the buyer in the transaction. So, it might be fine, it might be problematic depending on where these allegations against Dominion go in the next year or two,
