There is no such thing as the 60 day rule, that was always a myth. But there has always been an at least informal rule that you don't announce a criminal investigation of someone running for a political office when they are one party's nominee. There is no such thing as the 60 day rule, that was always a myth. But there has always been an at least informal rule that you don't announce a criminal investigation of someone running for a political office when they are one party's nominee. Comey set off a national shitshow when he did it and if Trump did it what do you suppose the media reaction would have been?

- Close *all* identified agencies and divisions. Every single one, not one of them left standing.
- Create five new federal agencies:
1) Foreign intelligence
2) Domestic intelligence, extremely limited mandate
3) Domestic law enforcement
4) Special operations (presidential protection, etc.)
5) Internal affairs for all LE and Intelligence activities at the other four agencies. This division is to be staffed with top and mid-tier performers from the subordinate agencies. Leadership in this agency is temporary at no more than five years, and no leadership shall come from any of the other four agencies or the DoJ. Leadership shall come from other agencies, non-federal law enforcement IA with good track records, military police IA and the private sector.
- No one over GS-13 or maybe GS-14 is eligible for transfer to any of the new agencies.
- Those below the cutoff are eligible for transfer, but transfer is not guaranteed.

I've been saying since the Democrat primaries that the only reason Joe was running was to hold off criminal indictment. Winning was his only chance. And it looks like that is exactly what has happened.
Barr has stated multiple times when asked about Spygate investigations he wouldn't do anything to anyone running in the election. I don't really think I have to explain to you what the national reaction to Trump's FBI, and that's how it would have been presented, running a criminal investigation into his opponent, Old Uncle Joe, would have been used in this election. They would have used it to beat Trump daily on top of everything else.
I'm not excusing Wray, I never thought much of him, but look at Joe. His campaign is a joke, kept alive only by two things, Trump hate and the media. His only hope and the hope of many deep staters is to beat Trump and stop the investigations.

We used highly sophisticated AI systems and machine learning to parse through all of the E-Mails at high speed to look for classified information and to determine whether the content had already been examined by previous investigations. - No one over GS-13 or maybe GS-14 is eligible for transfer to any of the new agencies.
- Those below the cutoff are eligible for transfer, but transfer is not guaranteed.

The news is out, the Biden campaign is in deep disarray, and people who want to whine about everything need to get a grip.
If the FBI had done it's job, it would have been added to the impeachment articles.
You know this to be true.
If it had come out in July, they would have swapped out Joe at the DNC.
If it had come out in September, they would have swapped out Joe ala Bob the Torch - and implied Trump was breaking the law or something.
But now it's too late for the Dems to do anything other than ride that rocket into the ground.

The mail-in ballots were the hardest of hard core partisans. The swing vote is where the margins are.
If you do it too early, Biden just drops out and we get the Torch Option 2.0.
What's funny is the mail-in/early vote is pretty evenly split. In Michigan, the GOPs have the upper hand, which no one expected.

Pretty much. KamelToe was the obvious Donk establishment candidate from the start of the primary season. She had all the money people and nomenklatura in her corner. Problem: she's a shit candidate who is such an awful campaigner that she couldn't even convince the Donk rank and file to get into line.
JoeyPlugs is Plan B. Get him in office, he serves for about 18 months and then bows out (or is carried out after a totes natural health emergency) and KamelToe gets a possible 10 years in office. Plenty of time to totally fuck the country for eternity.

The mail-in ballots were the hardest of hard core partisans. The swing vote is where the margins are.
If you do it too early, Biden just drops out and we get the Torch Option 2.0.
What's funny is the mail-in/early vote is pretty evenly split. In Michigan, the GOPs have the upper hand, which no one expected.
Trump had a ground game.
Biden? Not so much.
And now everyone's watching this stuff drip out.

It's legally impossible to swap out the name on the ballot for all 50 states after a certain point, that would almost be a better option for our side that level of chaos. Plus, who's to say Biden goes along?
I'm not sure if all of this was planned or not. If it was planned to come out at this hour, I personally think it was a huge screwup. It also allows the media to kill the clock with a blackout.

2020 General Election - Early Voting Report
Early voting ends tomorrow! I know everyone shares in my excitement/relief.
We have officially surpassed 50% turnout. Through yesterday, 8,525,424 Texans have voted early. It was pointed out to me by The Texas Tribune's Evan Smith that when we look at the numbers through today (tomorrow's report), we will have surpassed the total number of people who voted in the 2016 General Election.
As a reminder, there are still four million voters who have voted in a previous General Election who have NOT voted yet. A few weeks ago, I said we would probably get to 12 million votes cast. I'm feeling a little bit better about that prediction.
Below is the chart tracking each group of early voters by previous election history. Voters with General Election history who have not voted in a previous party's primary are about to make up the largest group of voters.Their share of the votes cast has increased 7.2% since my first report. Voters with no previous General or Primary Election history has also increased its share (by 7.0%). Their increase in the share of all votes cast has primarily come at the expense of voters with previous Democratic Primary history. That group has seen a decrease of 11.5% in their share of all votes cast.
