On the Friday before Election Day, Joseph R. Biden Jr. will be in the Midwest, campaigning in both Iowa and Wisconsin as he presses his closing argument.
In any other year, and for any other campaign, that would be a normal - even gentle - day of travel in the homestretch of a bitterly fought, high-stakes presidential race. But compared with many of Mr. Biden's days this month, and even a few this week, it's the equivalent of a barnstorm.
On Sunday, Mr. Biden held no in-person campaign events, straying from his home in the Wilmington area only for church. On Monday, he ventured out just briefly to greet supporters across the state line in Pennsylvania. On Wednesday, six days before Election Day, he was back in Delaware, hardly a battleground state, giving remarks on health care and voting himself. In between, he traveled to Georgia, putting pressure on President Trump in a closely contested state, and he is slated to campaign in Florida Thursday headed into an intense final weekend...

marksmanship badges (because, as I later deduced, too many officers
can't shoot for sh*t and don't want to admit it). Having thoroughly
read the uniform regulations, I determined that there was no exception

A fascinating series of stacked bar charts is on the CDC website, where each flu season's components (which strain) make up the lab-confirmed cases. Just going back to H1N1's first season (and there was considerable panic about it - just nothing compared to today's complete derailment in US and western Europe and most of South America), and going up through last year, you can see that strain disappear, then reappear. Each season different strains dominate the case count.
"Endemicity" - it's what's for dinner. C19 is likely to become endemic, meaning it's always around, though it will come/go in different years.
And of course vaccine and most other measures being pursued make no sense at all with such a bug, but there we are (way off the common sense public health chart).

If the NC Repubs are paying attention, they'll just ask the Supremes to order all ballots received after election day to be sequestered, just like the Supremes' are going to do with PA. The Court is going to hear NC and PA cases after the election, and in the PA order this morning Alito already said the presumption is that such extensions are unconstitutional.
If Trump asks for an audit of the NC and PA sequestered ballots against the voter registration rolls, the Dems will back down. Because that's how you catch their fraud.

Tucker seemed satisfied that they did their best to figure it out.

I think I figured it out upthread.
If the package just went missing between, say, NJ and VA sorting facilities, FedEx (or whoever) would know exactly who the last person to touch it was.
However, if the package stays in the system and scans at every location throughout the process ... well, it's hard to say where the contents were stolen?
Some guy in a sorting facility at 3:34 am was paying attention apparently, so that narrows it down somewhat, but that was probably not expected by the thief.

I can't wrap my head around this. Unless the thing is thousands of pages, a PDF doc at screen resolution doesn't weigh much at all. If these were the original docs, and there's no backup I don't even know what to say other than I smell a moose starting at the source.

I was flit around various YouTube feeds and hit one I hadn't heard of before. I noticed 109K subscribers and that should have clued me in that is was a lefty feed, which it turned out to be.
Richard Baris, who conducts actual polls and has a history of being right in several elections, against the polling establishment, only has 10K subscribers.
Anyway, this feed starts by talking about how Trump is allocating resources to MI, PA, OH, and MN. Then smoothly mentions "because they are out of money".
Well my ears perk up on that one, saying "out of money? Are you high?"
So he start coloring in the map with states Biden will win and Trump will win. I notice that he leaves Texas and Florida off the map.
Well I know how it is going to go, he's got that ABC Biden +17 in WI poll up. He's going to talk about this as "Trump's final strategy to try to find a way to win".
Never once thinking to himself, "Why would Trump be spending money in MN, if he is in trouble in FL, GA, and TX?"
I stopped wasting my time watching at that point.
I did a quick scan of the comments, they were all from leftists thanking him for calming their nerves.
Summation - A bunch of election scenarios based on bogus polls and mythical Trump campaign financials. I'm amazed how tied the left is to this idea that Trump is out of money.

One of our green belts was attacked by two guys with knives while out of the country in central America. He went into automatic mode where everything happens so fast that the conscious mind can't follow what is happening, and things go black. When he came out of it, he was holding one of the knives, and both attackers were on the ground bleeding badly. He got some cuts but survived, he doesn't know if the attackers did.
He was not the first of our students to survive a knife attack against bare hands.

There had to be some communications between Carlson's producer and the source who provided the documents. Those likely were intercepted. There are a number of ways to have someone inside the delivery service seize the contents, and no one at this point would be shocked if it were instigated by an IC or FBI source or cutout. More likely would be an employee motivated by ideology and/or remuneration.
I'm hoping this is some trap being laid, perhaps to up ratings when the copied documents are produced on air.

I like how well it works. Smash and i spar. 60 seconds attack while the other defends, then switch roles. Finally 60 seconds with mixed attack/defend.
In her last competition, the actual sparring lasted only 8 seconds in both of her bouts. It took longer to start/stop the bout and poll for point.
I surprise attack Junior-ette, she has her blackbelt now and it's getting painful. She no longer has a flight reflex, it's all fight.
Cant wait for this shamdemic to be over so we can go back to normal stuff and meet greet people throughout our region at the competitons again.

Since everyone has been talking about Florida today, I thought I'd take a look at Wisconsin.
2016 Early Votes:
Dems - 303K (49.5%)
GOP - 234K (38.3%)
2020 Early Votes (so far):
Dems - 562K (40.1%)
GOP - 521K (37.2%)
The total votes cast so far are 47% of the votes cast in 2016.
So some quick math. For that Biden +17 poll to be correct, Biden would need to win 987K of the remaining 1.5M votes left to come in. About 68% of them.
That seems unlikely.
Even looking at raw vote numbers, in 2016 the Dems held a 69K edge going into an election they lost. With the massive effort they have put into pushing for vote by mail, they should have a larger lead than that. After all, they have almost doubled their 2016 early votes so far. Yet their lead is down to 41K this year.
I'm struggling to see how they are going to make up more territory, with less of a lead, with a smaller pool of votes to pull from.

But yeah Fedex is shit. My last job they were our pickup people. I was second shift and was usually the one watching and listening for them to come to the front door. Multiple times they said there was no one there to open the door and so our PERISHABLE deliveries were not picked up and needing to rush to get them back or put it in the freezer for the next day. My boss was even still there one day and she never heard the buzzer for the door.

After getting the boy out of the pilot's seat, the crew frantically began to make "corrections" but made things worse. The plane went out of control and crashed. Hundreds perished. Perfectly good plane gone.

My Prediction:
I have been looking at these numbers for months now, and since the beginning of October I have looked at reports, vote counts, poll internals, registration counts, and historical indicators. I have dozens of web sites bookmarked with information. So the two predictions I am about to offer are based on real data, not on wishcasting. The caveat is that I can not know how people are going to actually vote and will they stand in line at the polls to cast their ballot. All I can go by are what people have told pollsters and the campaign their intentions are, and how they have historically acted. Have they voted in the last 4 elections? Huge numbers of the outstanding votes for Trump are the 4/4 voters, they have voted in 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2018. My prediction is absolutely based on the assumption that these voters will indeed do what they say they will and vote on November 3rd. I am one of these voters and I am willing to wait 3 hours in line to vote if that is necessary.
States that are over, Trump will win them, I'm not even going to answer you if you ask about this state again:
Arizona, Texas, Iowa, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Nebraska-2, Maine-2 : Trump has a base of 260 electoral votes where I am starting from.
The "conservative" prediction, this assumes Trump performs as expected or slightly below and fights for the remaining swing states, fraud is a significant factor:
Trump also wins Pennsylvania and Michigan : Trump's final vote is 296 EVs.
The "red wave" predication, this assumes Trump's acceleration continues and surges in some of the harder swing states:
Trump also wins Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and New Hampshire. He also has a 50/50 shot at Nevada : Trump's final vote is 320 or 326 depending on Nevada fraud.
Additional predictions, these are here to just keep some markers I put out previously, on the table:
Trump will win Florida by 400K+ votes based on increased support in Miami and the Atlantic Coast.
Trump will win Texas by 10 points.
Senate:
GOP wins - Arizona, Texas, Montana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, both Georgia seats, and Maine. Michigan and Minnesota are 50/50 depending on if we have that red wave or not
GOP loses - Colorado
Final results will be R+0 to R+2
House:
I'm not going to predict. Others like TJM have been watching them more than I have, I only have my gut feel to go on. If we have a red wave, I think we take the house. If we don't we will gain seats, but not enough.

Looking at that first set of numbers for '16, look at the high levels of Dem voting, yet they STILL lost WI. Now, Dem voting levels are still high but the Republican voting levels are even higher.
I hate complacency. But I can't help but think there is promise here.

* It sounds like the package at least had SOMETHING in it at the beginning, or else other employees at the carrier would have spotted it. So it likely wasn't at he FOX end.
* This investigation sounds like it was operating on the theory that they were NOT intentionally taken. They speak of just looking around trying to find them.
* Even if Tucker was surveilled, they would still need the capability to know what path the package would take, and to get somebody in place, in order to intercept it.
* So the only explanation I have is that either the employee that reported the problem, the previous person known to have handled it, or some other employee NOT on record of having handled it, happened to spot it, knew that Tucker was reporting on this really important story, and STOLE IT. Some deranged Lefty who figured it might be worth a lot of money to the Biden campaign.
* Why would the Swamp go to the trouble of taking it, if they didn't know if there were copies? This sounds like a low-level schmuck who didn't think it through.

1. People who voted for Trump in 2016, even if they were really anti-Hillary voters and not pro-Trump voters. This time they crawl over broken glass to vote for him. We may lose some seniors over the Chinese flu, however.
2. People who didn't vote in 2016, but will come out to vote this time. Heavily Trump voters.
3. People who voted for Hillary in 2016 out of habit or tribal loyalty. We pick up some minority group males. I don't know how many, but some. Others will stay home or not cast a vote in the Presidential race if they do go vote. Most go to Biden, but overall Biden's numbers from this group are lower than Hillary's were.
4. People who voted for Hillary in 2016 out of conviction. They all vote Biden and will crawl over broken glass to do so. Some proportion of them voted by mail and screwed it up.
So we lose a few in Group 1, pick up a lot in Group 2, and pick up some in Group 3. I don't see any way that doesn't result in a greater share of the PV.
As we know, only about a dozen states matter. The rest are in the bag for one candidate or the other from the get-go. But I can't think of any reason that logic doesn't also apply on a state-by-state basis.
Trump wins. Might pick up a few states he didn't get last time (MN, NH).

Yep. I lean towards the "how many Trump voters have seen what he's accomplished and have decided to vote for Biden" side of things. I'm sure there are some elderly people who wear masks in their Buicks as they drive to bingo who know Biden will be better because reasons, but I can't imagine Trump has lost many voters.

One thing I caution is reading too much into the R improvement in early votes over 2016. That's clearly true, but it remains to be seen whether those are 2016 election day voters just voting early this year, so no real gain. We usually expect to go into election day behind, but make it up on election day. If we've cannibalized the ED vote by voting early, there won't be as big an ED bump to count on.

You can only cheat so much...
If you have to cheat outside the established voting patterns, you raise a big ol' red flag to have every ballot looked at. And as has been said earlier, the D's don't want that during this election period.
If the vote is close, sure you get the usual amount of funky ballots that mysteriously turn up....couple hundred to a couple thousand, but not 100s of thousands.

I would also wager they weren't originals, necessarily. I doubt his producer ever had originals, but they did have some kind of paper, somehow. Of course it's possible to scan & send encrypted links of the bare information as conveyance, but lacks the same provenance as getting a physical copy or print-out made by your your supposedly trustworthy producer. There are several legit reasons to do it this way, not just James Jesus Angleton smoking-out of double agents. But I agree, the way TuCa admitted it will be spun as "DEERRRRPPP stoopeed Faux News stoooppeeed losez documents in da mail." There are famous examples of government officials losing important paper in moronic ways, just look up Lawrence Walsh.
