Treason is really narrowly defined in the Constitution:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open court."
This is probably outside the definition of treason. It's certainly something else, and it may be treasonous, but probably not Treason.

In most states the process comes down to either applying for a new ballot at city/town hall OR simply showing-up on election day and requesting the opportunity to re-vote (just plan to spend a couple of hours there because they have to track-down and destroy your old ballot before giving you a new one).
Why, it's almost as if early voting is a horrible idea or something some such.

1/2 From multiple FBI sources..No way the computer hard drive provided to the FBI nearly a year ago has been cleared. Once they received it, there were at least 3 investigations opened: money laundering, innocent images, national security. Charges? Still too early to know.
2/2 The warrant I'm told was changed to money laundering and to even open a case, the agents have to believe there's predication..."has to be enough there". The entire hard drive was cloned....each squad involved got a copy...minus any possible images involving minors.

1) Everyone votes on the same day, except military serving overseas
2) Absentee ballots only for overseas military and genuinely infirm, absolutely cannot make it to the ballot people
3) No voting by mail ever for anyone else, under any circumstances.
4) All voting counted on the same day, in every state, and never before
5) Clear, valid voter ID required to vote.
6) All precincts close the same hour of the day, no matter what any judge says, since they have zero constitutional power over voting.
7) All voting rolls must be purged and cleaned every election of severe funding penalties are applied and direct fines to the secretary of state and governor.
No coverage in any news allowed for elections until the following day. No ballot counts, no totals, no winners or losers, nothing until the next day
9) Any voter fraud is met with extremely fierce penalties up to and including death.

No problem with an absentee ballot, as long as it is requested using said ID.

I don't know that I agree they will never charge them. I think Barr's goal as he has said repeatedly is to return faith and trust in the DOJ as a fair law enforcement agency and not a two tier justice system.
Dropping a formal DOJ charge right before the election would have been hammered as politicizing justice and it would have been amplified by the media. That's why it never happens unless there is corrupt intent as there was under Comey.
Having Rudy run a side op gets the information out there without Trump's hands on it at all. All the heat goes at Rudy not Trump but the information is getting out there just the same.

I have heard the Dallas claim before, it is not new. But Gorby should have shut up a long time ago. The Western Left loved the guy and pretty much gave him credit for ending the Cold War. I have two previous failed marriages, and can pretty much say that both divorces were 90% not because of me, but I'm obviously biased.
Rather than worrying about a perceived Experience Gap between you, which I wouldn't really think is that big of a deal, you should probably be more worried about the reasons for his two divorces.
In keeping with Trust, But Verified as an operating principle, you'd best be protecting yourself by going to the courthouse of the county where his divorces were filed and checking out what each side was saying about each other in their filings. That may seem like an intrusion, but men are just as good as women at seeming to be one thing before marriage and another after the marriage occurs.

I remember in 1988 or 89 I think, a number of Russians visited my Seattle eastside suburb for a visit of about a week. They were from far eastern Russia, Vladivostok, and it was sponsored by both Russian and American interests, to "thaw" relations. American businesses wanted to open up trade to eastern Russia.
They would be upper to upper middle class where they came from. There was a neighborhood backyard BBQ at a friend's neighbor's home, and dozens of neighbors attended.
They had been in town a few days, went to a WalMart, a big shopping mall (BelSquare - nice), restaurants, a park, etc. Just taking in the sights and local food offerings.
One guy that spoke broken but understandable English, as we were standing there eating cheeseburgers and potato salad, starting crying. He was probably in his 40's.
He said "They have been lying to us. All my life, they lied to us. My entire trip is nothing like they told us what America was like."
I'll never forget it.

I agree with sharkman @706. Also, I would be sure to get plenty of pre-marital counseling. If it's your first marriage and his third, he may be used to doing things certain ways. He might expect things to be a certain way; you might not.
There is something else as well that might or might not be important to you. In many things in your life together, you will not be his first. He will have had that experience with someone else. That might not matter at all.
Or it might end up mattering. It could be something for both of you to discuss as well.

I tend to agree, although I see it a little different than maybe you do.
What the laptop/email did was shift the momentum of the election from a static point to acceleration in Trump's direction. Without it, we would have a close election and a nail biter.
Instead, Trump is accelerating and building votes and support every day. You can feel the movement. I could argue that it could be counter productive for new things to come out now, since they would distract from the strong close that Trump is showing. To be fair, it isn't just the laptop. Biden's debate performance hurt him badly.
If the election were today Trump might win by say 1 point, but 7 days from now the win will be 3 points.
That is just an example to illustrate, I'm not calling any final numbers.
The important thing is the trajectory, not the current levels.

This. I see it as the libertarian wing of the right shifting to become the "center", while the conservatives become the new anchor of the right. My theory is that 9/11 delayed it by almost a decade, as social liberal fiscal conservatives rallied around Bush. It wasn't until Obama that the split finally came. Meanwhile on the left, the progressives came to believe that they no longer needed blue-collar conservative dems, and so abandoned them.

But I think we (the public) need a full accounting of everyone he has pictures of himself with in a sexual or drug related encounter.
There are so many rumors running around that it is hard to know what is and isn't true. For the sake of people who haven't had sex with Hunter, it would be nice to dispel the rumors.
The one today is that Hunter has pictures of himself having sex with his sister. Ok, true or not? If it isn't true, I'd really like that one off the table. It doesn't help anything for it to be talked about if it isn't true.

It wasn't that the land wasn't fertile. It was that Stallin purged any farmer that had any idea how to farm. All of the competent farmers owned the land...Stallin's regime rounded them up and had them sent to the goulags. The intent was to give the "people" the land to work in their stead, the actual result was none of the peons had any idea how to actually run a farm, and instead drove them to ruins.
It was this policy that ironically lead to his death. He likewise purged all the top doctors in Russia. When he had his stroke, they couldn't FIND A DOCTOR to treat him, since the specialists were all sent off to Siberia.

World of Warcraft expansion was delayed until around Christmas. Not that it looks promising at all. I've been playing since a few months after release and this is the worst looking expansion yet. The de-leveling thing is awful.
Polliwog and I quit when Blizzard did the lickspittle job punishing that Hearthstone player for saying "Yay for Hong Kong". Battle For Azeroth was meh at best (good intro cinematic music video, though) and paled in comparison to Legion. The new expansion "Shadowlands - Murderhobos Invade Heaven's Waiting Room" seems weak.
Been playing Elder Scrolls Online for a while now and really enjoy it. It looks like all the good devs left Blizzard in the last 3 years anyway and are making a new publisher.
