Even if he was talking to George Lopez, that doesn't make sense. One of three possible explanations I can think of:
1) It was a gaffe. He was speaking with George Lopez and transposed the names. Possible but it doesn't seem likely based on the quote and its surrounding context.
2) He forgot who was president, and was talking about George Bush because Trump fell out of his porridge brain.
3) He actually thought George Bush is his opponent.
Of these, I suspect #2 is on the money - which is why the press is going so hard after #1.

Remember, she was the choice of the Donk establishment and big donors during the primary. At least until she imploded. They had to scramble for someone as a placeholder until he could win the general election, and then be shunted aside as soon as his first two years are done (which would give KamelToe a possible 10 years in the White House).

Cour Packing does *not* refer to filling vacancies. It's a scheme that FDR came up with (it failed - his own party told him to get fucked, but the damage was done and the SCOTUS fell into line on the New Deal when they rightly opposed many of its measures previously - they got so scared that FDR would pull it off that they caved).
Court Packing is using the Congress (which your party controls) to expand the number of seats on the court, for example taking it from 9 justices to 21 - and then filling the net-new seats with your own people and overpowering the opposition. This is strictly constitutional, but it is considered to be a political WMD and would have devastating consequences on the nature and function of government. It has been discussed periodically but no one has had the balls to try it (or one party or the other between the executive and legislative would block it).
Those salad days are over. If they get the Senate and the presidency, they *will* do it.

So the FIB was a no-show, so Rudy looks at the laptop and says there are actionable crimes on the laptop in the state of Delaware. So Rudy sends it to the Delaware police, who kick it up to the Delaware AG, a personal friend of the Bidens, who then kicks back...guess where?--to the FIB.
That's when Rudy said screw this, and promoted it himself.
Also on Bongino's show, Rudy said that they had confirmed Joe was the "big guy" through a pattern in the email, finally linked with a speech that *Joe* gave that's mentioned in the email. Bobulinski is simply the first *insider* to point out that Joe is "big guy".

Never should've left that position. Dismantle the FBI. Hell, dismantle the entire federal LE and Intelligence agencies. All of them. Five new agencies:
1) Domestic law enforcement. Replaces the FBI, the ATF, the Marshals, etc.
2) Domestic intelligence. Replaces the NSA and all intelligence functions at the prior agencies.
3) Foreign intelligence. Replaces the CIA, DIA and foreign intelligence functions at the prior agencies.
4) Special activities. This is for things like the Presidential Protective Detail and other special-purpose functions.
5) Compliance, audit, internal affairs. Independent agency with an *extremely* wide mandate to pursue any and all wrongdoing at the other four agencies. Executive ranks must *not* be staffed from any of the other agencies. Three year terms in executive leadership of the IA agency, with a mix of private and public sector employees and non-federal LE IA operators with solid results.
And no one over GS-13 is allowed to transfer into the new agencies.

As it stands, Congress gets to decide how many justices are on the court.
A simple act of legislation can change it to, say, 41, if congress passed a law and the president signed it.
9 is an arbitrary number. I think originally SCOTUS was 5 justices, then 7, then 8 for a brief time before they realized that was idiotic, and it's been 9 for a long time now. 100+ years.

Any law passed by the House can be overturned by any future House, with a simple majority vote. And they're not allowed to pass a law saying "no one in the future can ever change this law." That's one of the things that makes the clauses of the Constitution so much superior to any other legal requirements.

Even Colorado's Dept of Public Health (CDPHE) has given up trying to do their ridiculous modeling using separate parameters for masks, distancing, and crowd size. They now lump everything into a variable they call euphemistically "transmission control". If they had tangible evidence that masks work, they would be stressing it in their modeling.
OBTW- they now predict that at the current level of "transmission control" that Colorado will reach 30,000 new daily "cases" (up from the current 1500 or so) by January. It is cartoonish.

I think they tried, but the only effective way to do it was to load it up with so-called "poison pills" that will be politically painful to reverse, such as coverage for pre-existing conditions.

To be fair my dad has called me by my brother's name several times. And once at dinner with my 2 nephews he went through all 4 of our names to get the right one. But that's a bit different than what Biden is doing. He's not confusing me with his best friend.
