Obama/Biden Administration Approved the Sale of a "Strategically Sensitive" Manufacturer With Military Applications to... Hunter Biden and a Communist China Front Company Which Makes Purchases for the People's Liberation Army
In September 2015, the Obama-Biden administration approved the sale of a strategically sensitive Michigan manufacturer, Henniges Automotive, to a firm connected to Joe Biden's son, Hunter, and a Chinese military contractor that was on an American watch list because of its close ties to the People's Liberation Army. Hunter Biden's equity fund, backed by the Communist Chinese government, and the Chinese contractor, Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC), needed special approval for the deal from the Committee of Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CIFIUS) because Henniges produced technology with potential military use. AVIC entities have been sanctioned by the United States on five separate occasions since 1993 and the addition to the watch list--a major red flag--occurred less than a year-and-a-half before they co-purchased Henniges with Hunter Biden's BHR. The fact that CFIUS approved the deal is alarming given that Henniges owns numerous facilities in the United States that are now controlled by a Chinese military front company.Isn't it odd that the family members of top neoliberal China Lobby Democrats keep turning up in companies taking Chinese communist army money?
Internal BHR documents show exactly how the Chinese military contractor was able to disguise its ownership via shell corporations and formed a joint-venture with the son of the vice president to facilitate the Chinese takeover of an American dual-use technology supplier. Additional documents suggest that Hunter Biden's Chinese-backed venture funneled money to an entity controlled by Vanessa Kerry, the daughter of then-Secretary of State John Kerry, just one month before CFIUS approved the takeover. At the time, Secretary Kerry played a lead role on the Obama-Biden CFIUS committee.
When news of the AVIC takeover of Michigan-based manufacturer Henniges Automotive hit the wire, Biden's associates celebrated, calling the transaction a "proof of concept" for future Chinese acquisitions.

I mentioned here a week or two ago that I had a GOP canvasser come round my house for the first time in 20 years. We talked about Richmond blow-back and she said she thought there might be something in it, too. She also said PDT's people are riding the state GOP pretty hard on turnout.
You can't put out PDT signs in my district because people just tear them up. But I'm seeing more and more signs for the Senate and House candidates.
Who knows?

Colorado is not a swing state anymore. The growth of the Front Range and the deliberate colonization of the government and outright purchasing of the electorate since the 2008 season has paid permanent dividends. The amount of money and influence pouring into CO from 2008-2016 through carpetbaggers (many from CA in terms of human colonization, and from everywhere on the financial side) was a thing to behold.

I think a strong turnout operation in the state for the GOP (who apparently sucks in the state) could make things interesting. Hearing from Zombie Robbo the Llama Butcher at 139 that the Trump campaign is riding the VA GOP on turnout is a good sign.
It could be the sort of thing that turns VA-2, VA-7, and VA-10 red at least.

Now, I don't know how exact and official that is, but I've never heard, much less conceived of such a spectacle. That's extraordinary. It was in Miami of Miami-Dade County to boot. And Trump wasn't even there to MC.
What the polls say and what I see (even through the censoring and omissions) are miles apart.
It won't surprise me to see a landslide. I see momentum picking up (preference cascade) and no one seems to be saying, "I think I'll sit this one out." The Trump crowd has grown and is even more committed this round.

I live in a neighborhood in a suburb north of Dallas that typically votes 90% Republican only because they are the least leftist of our options. It's a pretty little neighborhood that is vaguely notable for its creeks, trees, and small hills. These are rare things in Texas. Most of us live below our means.
In 2016, most of us held our nose and voted for Trump; this year, everyone is armed, stocked up on ammo, and will crawl over broken glass to vote for Trump.
We're not representative of the state, but it's surprising to hear doctor and lawyer neighbors talk of the best handgun, the best food for troubled times, and so on. I've never seen this before.

you are right about the party. They had there chances in recent elections. They could have won with Cuccinelli and they could have won with Gillespie. But they didn't even try and they came up just short.
Now they have both Senators, the govenorship, the Lt. Governor, and A.G. They have both houses in the state assembly. There is really nothing left on the state level for them to take. The governor is a tyrant, and the cities are tyrannical and trying out stuff that would not fly in China. Apparently the networks gave him free air time, for maybe half an hour, to trash Trump over COVID-19, blaming Trump for every COVID death in the country (again).
The subject was to give America his big COVID plan.
* Have everybody wear masks all the time - in Joe's world, a mask is a magic bullet that stops COVID with 100% effectiveness. Because "science", I suppose (even though science says no such thing)
* Have every body testing constantly. He's actually claiming it's some sort of scandal that we don't have a better testing capability.
* Free plexiglass for restaurants, that kind of stuff.
* Free vaccines, when it comes out.
He claims that Trump "gave up". Pretty outrageous stuff.

I know a lot of people who are planing to move to West Virginia. Not kidding around here, I have never heard Virginians saying such a thing until now, and know I hear it a lot. There is also the rumbling of many counties that want to become part of West Virginia. This is a real thing, though I realize it is likely not going to happen unless things get way worse.
No one is more angry about what has happened in this state than I. I used to brag that VA was one of the very few Southern states that voted for Ford over Carter. VA was reliable at the presidential level until the Obama regime.
But I have to be honest with you. The Left has made inroads that will be difficult to turn back. NOVA is gone, it is no longer part of an actual state. The place is unrecognizable to anyone who lived there a couple decades ago. That area used to lean Dem, but it was a different sort of Dem. They were bureaucrats, not real Leftists. But things have changed and the real Left has taken over. They lie when they say there are for inclusion, they are for division and they are mean.
I could see the rest of the state trending red. But for a decade or so I have seen the opposite. Areas that once were "horse country" are now bedroom communities for the uber rich. They vote hard Left as that is their clan.
I hope VA does crawl back some red wins. If they can get just one house of the assembly, that would make a huge difference. It wasn't long ago that in VA Repub governor candidates had a chance. But when was the last time a Repub won a Senate race in Virginia?
The whole thing is sad really. It wasn't many years ago VA was the leader or 2a rights and other states looked to it as an example. Now you have tyrants from other states running the place. Now you have a government that is banning the carry of firearms by people they themselves have licensed to carry. The whole thing is a shit show. And if Trump can change it, he should camp out here and get it done. But I would be lying to you if I thought there was even a chance for VA to go for Trump. I could be wrong, and God help me, I pray I am. This state deserves better than this.

Trump went for every electoral vote he could get, and Hillary would've had to overturn the results in three or four states as a result.

Oh, they're kidding their own base, who actually believe the first Russia play, and think Trump escaped justice on that charge.
As this is a base election, firing up the troops with the same scurrilous lie may prove a winning move. I doubt they believe they'll get the undecideds with this tactic.
