An email exclusively obtained by Fox News, with the subject line "Phase one domestic contacts/ projects" and dated May 15, 2017, Biden's brother, Jim Biden, shared a list of "key domestic contacts for phase one target projects." The email is unrelated to the laptop or hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the former vice president's son.

Maybe? A lot of people, for whatever reason, seem to be late deciders, and if this came out a month or two ago, it may already be forgotten. Plus, I assume people that vote REALLY early are mostly unpersuadable party loyalists, so wait to make it the main story leading into election day.

He went. When he was removing his microphone, he had to tuck his shirt back in. At that moment Cohen burst in claiming this was his 15 year old daughter.
At that point Rudy realized it was a setup, got up and left, and immediately called the police.
He never knew Cohen was in on the "gag," and he was NEVER given any indication this obviously adult woman was supposedly 15. Which she's not. Of course.
Was Rudy interested in messing around with her?

The photos I've seen don't really show anything that incriminating. The woman is fully clothed in a dress and shoes, Guiliani is fully clothed in business clothes. He is lying on the lower end of a bed in the one photo were he has his hand part way under his pants, but he actually does look like he is tucking in his shirt (not say, touching his genitals). The other photo shows him sitting on the edge of the bed and the woman (whose back is to the camera) is bent over him slightly and appears to be doing something like straightening his tie.
Anyway, the woman was part of a sting to try and set up Guiliani for a charge of screwing with a minor, when in fact she is not a minor but an adult woman in her mid 20's. We don't know what kind of things she said to Guiliani, but it doesn't appear that anything actually happened between them. But even if it did, they're both consenting adults, so who cares?

I agree completely - I used to defend Barr, but no more, he sat back and let this all happen. It's just like what's been going on wtih General Flynn; the Left's entire game has been to make sure that the case stays in Limbo until after the election, so that Trump couldn't point to it as proof of how they FBI and DOJ conspired against him. Well, the Dems won that one, because Barr and Wray let them. (now of course the Flynn case will be over pretty quickly if Trump wins, there's no reason to keep it alive)

At this point I believe Florida is the least "red" of the traditional GOP swing states.
I would love to see some good polling out of North Carolina for confirmation, but I am very confident that Trump will win AZ and FL. That should mean NC too.
Of course IA, OH, GA, and TX (why do we even have to talk about TX? That is stupid) are off the table for Biden now, period.
Which puts us back into the 4 rust belt states we have been discussing for months; PA, MI, WI, and MN. Trump winning any one of them means he is reelected.
I've seen various polls, indicators, voting patterns, etc that give me a sense that Trump is leading, or at least able to win, all 4 of them.
Honestly, I'm just waiting to see how the debate goes. If Trump does well, then this is all over except for everyone going out and voting.

Those are one indicator.
After 2012 I am very cautious before offering a prediction.
I like to see multiple indicators that show how a race is going to go. MI is a good example. I can see 3 or 4 indicators out of there, voter registration, early vote performance, voter enthusiasm at the rally, and good polling data that shows Trump slightly ahead.
But it isn't enough for me to say with certainty that I am confident that Trump will win the state.
I have a lot of confidence in the indicators I have seen for AZ, FL and the others, so I am comfortable saying that Trump is going to win those states.
Part of it also is that I view states on sort of a sliding scale of redness. The more red Florida goes, then that pulls PA and MI toward the red side and means they are pinkish. So if this turns into a cascade, which it has every chance of doing in the next week, then the rust belt states could end up looking like Florida does now and we start wondering if Trump can win NV, NM, VA, and CO.

College was difficult for me, for some reason. Wasn't mature enough, too much booze.
Got out, worked a couple of shitty retail jobs, did a stint in the Navy as a supply officer, got out and went to law school. I got more As in my first semester in law school than I got in all of college, even though my marriage was a disaster all through the first year of law school. Maturity definitely counts for a lot in getting good grades. More than I had ever imagined it would.

Had a "discussion" with an asshole today about masks. He was convinced that masks would save the world, but he's never really thought it through.
I told him that any "scientific" evidence about the effectiveness of masks are based on perfect conditions. A healthcare worker following protocols, washing their hands, putting on a new pair of gloves, donning a new N-95 mask, going into the contaminated area, leaving the area, removing and disposing of the mask, removing the gloves, washing hands. If this procedure is followed, I'll agree it could help.
However, that's not what is going on.
"Cody" is your waiter. He's wearing a blue bandana that is the same as the one around his dog's neck. It's blue because his girlfriend says it matches his eyes. He hasn't washed it in two weeks because it wouldn't be the same blue afterwards. He yanks and adjusts it constantly, while touching your plate, glass and food.
No study has been made about the effectiveness of Cody's bandana. But assholes like the one today are convinced that he's a sterile as an operating room.
