FBI Subpeona for Hunter Biden Laptop Is Signed By... FBI Agent Specializing in Child Pornography Investigations
On Tuesday, Rudy Giuliani dropped the bombshell on Newsmax TV, alleging that "numerous pictures" of underage girls were found on Hunter Biden's laptop. The New York Post bombshell report that has been suppressed and censored by social media may contain another bombshell within it. Included in the story is a photograph of a federal grand jury subpoena, which appears to have been signed by FBI Special Agent Joshua Wilson, who is said to be one of the FBI's top child pornography investigators. ... Wilson was described by New Jersey’s The Star-Ledger in 2012 as "an FBI agent based in New Jersey who has spent nearly five years working full time on child pornography," and a comparison of his signature on a 2012 criminal complaint appears to match the barely visible reversed signature of the FBI agent serving the subpoena.

First place most people would check is the thing that's taking the most space - and that's videos and pictures.
I also have to wonder - if they had access to Hunter's laptop (the whole thing), then they'd also have access to his iCloud, and pretty much everything he's done up to the second.
Once that thing was working again and reconnected to the cloud, it would start syncing. So whoever had the original machine might be privy to information others don't have.

Or as is the case here, is rich and powerful enough to cause investigators to at least slow down the process, make sure they don't stick their necks out too far.
I sorta start with the assumption it's possible to find a lot of individual agents in the FBI and elsewhere who are dedicated and committed to doing their jobs the right way. And what they run up against are not only corruption within the system, but also the slow walk of inertia that comes from bureaucrats who are more concerned about keeping their pensions than they are getting something like justice going.

Well, the cat's outta the bag on this one. If the FBI SA has obtained a Grand Jury subpoena for the laptop, then it has already been in front of a US Attorney. No need for a warrant to get into it since it was abandoned, but if the AUSA is smart and sees this is Hunter's, then he will. If the victim doesn't cooperate, they can take the imagery to a medical professional who can testify that the person depicted is under age.
So Hunter get's fried either way.
This all goes sideways though if the following conditions are met:
1. Imagery is fake or not a real person.
2. Imagery depicts someone of legal age
3. Imagery is suppressed by the Court
4. AUSA declines to go further.
5. Grand Jury does not vote any future indictments.
