Lawsuit Alleges That "Judge" Andrew Napolitano Forced Man Into BDSM Gay Sex Games

This is very on-brand for libertarians and very on-brand for the media generally.

The alleged victim, James Kruzelnick, claims in the suit filed in New Jersey state court that he met Napolitano while working as a waiter at the Mohawk House restaurant in Sparta, NJ, in 2014.

During one of his visits, Napolitano allegedly followed Kruzelnick into the bathroom at the restaurant and groped him, the suit states.

"Defendant Napolitano grabbed plaintiff's buttocks, and told him that ‘you are just so hot,'" according to the suit.

...

In September 2015, he agreed to meet Napolitano at his house -- where the former judge allegedly coerced him into BDSM sex games.

As Kruzelnick was sitting in Napolitano's living room, the judge walked over to him with his pants down and said, "I am really into certain things," then sat on his lap.

"I want you to start slapping me really hard," Napolitano allegedly told Kruzelnick, demanding that he "just f--king do it!" when he was skeptical, the suit states.

...

During a final alleged encounter, Napolitano attempted to r@pe and force Kruzelnick to perform oral sex on him while the two were at his farm in 2017.

The lawsuit further alleges that Napolitano promised light treatment in the Kruzelnick's brother's legal problems.

That's a similar allegation to a lawsuit filed two weeks ago.

A former New Jersey man claims he was sexually assaulted by celebrity Judge Andrew Napolitano in exchange for a lenient sentence in an arson case in the 1980s, according to a bombshell lawsuit filed Friday.

The alleged victim, Charles Corbishley, also alleges the judge tried to block him from filing the suit in Manhattan federal court by lodging false police reports against him, the suit states.

...

Corbishley, who now lives in South Carolina, claimed in the suit that the abuse happened after he was indicted for arson in 1987 and retained a corrupt lawyer named Robert Hollis.

Hollis, who was later indicted for running a multimillion-dollar prostitution scheme, got Corbishley's case transferred to the courtroom of Napolitano, whom he called "a friend," according to the suit.

...

"He proceeded to place his hand on plaintiff's shoulder, and forced plaintiff to his knees. As he pushed plaintiff down toward the ground, defendant told plaintiff to ‘be a good boy'," the suit states.

The judge then forced him to perform oral sex on him, according to the suit.

After the alleged abuse, the judge gave him an extremely light sentence, allowing him to avoid any jail time in exchange for community service, the suit states.

Does anyone know the backstory regarding why "Judge" Napolitano stopped being a judge? He didn't serve long. Just eight years.

Apparently he hasn't been a judge since 1995. But he's held on to that title like he's held on to his studded riding crop and Iron Maiden Tiara.

From Wikipedia:

Napolitano told friends in 2017 that President Donald Trump has told him he was considering Napolitano for a United States Supreme Court appointment should there be a second vacancy.[4] Ultimately, Judge Brett Kavanaugh was chosen instead.

Yeah okay whatever judge.

Update: "Judge" Slappy Nappy's theme song.

She's objecting to how he's handled the case after the Court of Appeals's opinion. Sullivan defending himself for delaying 21 days saying he did so to give Flynn time to file for cert & for the mandate to return to him. (Under the appellate rule, there is no mandate on mandamus.)

Sullivan continuing to defend himself saying he wasn't unduly trying to delay.

Sidney continues with why he should recuse himself. Saying he appointed Gleeson to advance his own personal agenda. He's ignoring the materials provided by DOJ on the record recently.

(should I stop doing this?)

That long game would have worked against Michael Jackson because they were minors. One or two of them might have done just that, went along for the money knowing there would be a civil suit. But this guy is an adult. Good luck with your lawsuit. Never been a fan of Napolitano at all for some reason. He has a sick vibe about him. But this seems like a tough one to win on the surface of it. And it sounds premeditated as well.

By the way, why do radio stations still play Michael Jackson songs? He was a pedophile. His music and the money machine should have died years before he did.

Yeah I'm skeptical of this as well. Any time a story starts with "So the tenth time I went over to his house and he raped me, I felt unsafe" I'm just rolling my eyes. Most of the "he molested me years ago and I'm only now bringing it up" have some aspect of "and I kept going back to him into his hotel room, etc" and it sours the entire complaint.

Maybe you didn't care for it as much as you could have, but clearly it was not some offense against your soul if you kept going back.

"Oh it was so awful when Harvey Weinstein licked my face when I went back into his hotel room again, I mean the first twenty times was just as bad, you know?"

This lawyer doesn't know Sullivan; he thinks that these legal points are going to persuade him; they aren't going to.

Kohl now reminding the judge of a notorious set of cases in our courthouse where the agent had stolen drugs (coke or heroin, I can't remember) for his own use if I recall correctly and DOJ had moved to dismiss cases where people were serving sentences when those facts came out.

Sullivan says he of course remembers those cases. He's saying he'll read any opinions on those cases if there are any, but he doesn't remember there being opinions. Kohl is agreeing with that; Sullivan says he will double check.

No. Just the opposite. Remember the Paul Ryan surrender debate? That's going to be their strategy. Biden lies, blatantly, constantly. He depends on most average people not knowing the history or facts and the media covering for him. And it works because he's right, they don't and the media does cover and he lies with a big friendly grin on his face and the idiot public buys it because they have no idea of the facts. He sounds smart if you don't know history or politics very well, and most average voters don't. Trump has to fact check him. He has to stop Biden when he tells a whopper and question him on it right away. Otherwise the sheep believe Joe and he laughs and grins his way through the debate and scores points.

He says it is Sullivan's questions that have unraveled the case - properly. This is similar to what we argued in our brief - that Sullivan's order on Brady is what has brought the problems to light. Kohl is a soothing presence in the hearing. He's an old hand.

Thing about dementia is they all think they're perfectly normal. Joe is living in 1987, and convinced he's the same guy he was then. Any weird things, like turds on the floor, the cat in the fridge are all somebody else's doing.

Even if he's alone in the basement, there's an excuse. I'd wager Joe went off the reservation (gee, who'da thought?) and in thinking it's 1987, insists on debating Trump. I have zero doubts they've tried to talk him out of it, and even might have at some point, but seconds turn to minutes and he changed his mind. Although he never changed his mind. It was somebody else.

Kohl talking about the case agents saying the National Security Letters were investigatively unnecessary and they are saying it's a mess. Denies they are "Monday morning" quarterbacking; it's just that new evidence has come out.

He also points to Jocelyn Ballentine being on the case the whole time; she is career. Kohl ends with: we just genuinely think that there is a problem with this case.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is the systemic racism you keep hearing about.

468 The break room change machine just gave me a Sacajawea coin. It's a darn shame that the Presidential dollar coins won't have a woman on them for a few years. In the meantime, I would like the US Mint to retire the useless Lincoln penny and replace it with a 2 cent Hillary, with faces on both sides of the coin. And made of some really shoddy metal, so the Mint doesn't lose money by spending more that the face value making the coin. Maybe low quality untreated iron so the rust will give it a penny color in a year or so.

Mooppan says DJT's tweets are an opinion about whether the prosecution is just; it's not on the evidence. DJT is agreeing with DOJ's view on that issue. Sullivan wants to know what weight to give them or disregard them or caselaw from other courts about how to handle Tweets.

Kohl saying the further we get from the facts and evidence, the more problematic it is. The way to do it is to look at the evidence; that's what drives the decision.
