With the help of mass mail-in ballots, the illegal ballot harvesting operation could harvest 700,000 ballots, one Harris County Democrat operative allegedly bragged. The investigators--a former FBI agent and former police officer--claim that Biden's Texas Political Director Dallas Jones and his cohorts have been "hoarding mail-in and absentee ballots" and ordering operatives to them fill out for people in Harris County illegally, "including dead people, homeless people, and nursing home residents in the 2020 presidential election," Patrick Howley of the National File reported. While law enforcement agencies are reportedly investigating these potential crimes, nothing will be done about it until "well after the November 3, 2020 election" the former FBI agent said.

The woman said she saw political operatives "carrying bags of money" provided by Omar's campaign chair Ali (Isse) Gainey to pay people off. She said he was "coordinating everything." Omar Jamal, a political insider active in the city's Somali community, corroborated the woman’s claims.

The outside envelope must be signed and the signature must match the signature on the ballot. (IF the fraudster has both, it's easy to make the signatures match).
People dropping off signed ballots at a polling place must have valid ID.
(I don't see how this helps avoid ballot harvesting and mailing in fraudulent ballots the day before the election).

But Presidential, Senatorial and Congressional electrons should all have universal rules across the country. CA or NY shouldn't be allowed to write their own rules which can affect the outcome of a national election.

Every political season the polls end up being mostly right (one big exception being Trump's victory).
My contention is that both of these facts go hand in glove. The polls massively oversample Democrats to account for the vote fraud that massively assists Democrats. If the polls were off by 10 or 20 percent each time because they were a legitimate reflection of the American voter, people would suspect a rat.
I believe Trump's election was the first straight-ish election in many years. Hillary and RBG and all of the political establishment believed to their core that Hillary would win by a massive blowout, so they didn't hit the "Go" button on the co-ordinated vote fraud machine.
I believe there was some vote fraud, but not the co-ordinated vote fraud we usually experience.
This time they're not going to be caught sleeping. Not only is the co-ordinated machine fully engaged, every single Democrat that has any opportunity to commit vote fraud will do so. All of those people receiving unsolicited vote by mail ballots will be turning them in for ex-residents, dead family members, and any neighbor whose mail got mis-delivered.

I dunno, if you look at the media coverage of election night 2016 it seems pretty clear that the machine fraud they had in place (which was referenced in John Podesta's wikileaks email) didn't show up.

Which is constitutionally required, but I'm not sure congress has ever passed any laws about punishment or sentencing. EVERY ELECTION districts and even whole states blow off this process or hand wave it. I honestly think that even an absentee ballot is unconstitutional because its not a secret ballot. The only secret ballot is one where the person is vetted, and then he or she fills out the ballot and puts it in an anonymous box with all the other anonymous ballots. Any time you can trace it by "'code" or "receipt" let alone by address, it is no longer secret, and subject to fraud

My point is, widespread early voting as the regular way everyone votes is not kosher. The Founders could easily have set all of this up with early mail in, etc, instead they had an election day for a reason.
I would much rather have a few people miss out than have this system where people are driving around with trucks full of ballots.

But all of this could have been prevented had Sessions and Barr been honest men and indicted the coup plotters and took "harvesting" seriously as we do. Barr seems totally cool and comfortable with this, and has failed to name the BLM /Antifa financiers.

Population of Harris County is 4.7 million. I can't immediately find the registration numbers, but assume about half of those are registered to vote.
So he is bragging that he can steal 30% of the vote in the county.
I'm skeptical he can do it. But if they were to succeed then "peaceful transition of power" would be right out, because that level of fraud would be impossible to hide. The voting patterns would be so far outside of statistical possibilities that the courts would have to intervene.
Or everyone would just shrug and say "whatever". But if that were the case, then no point of fighting to win anyway, cause there would be nothing in the country to preserve.
So I guess we will see. I've been wrong before. But we better hope I'm not, because we aren't going to like it at all.

Many states in the US would not have their elections recognized by the US, EU, or UN if they were new, or "emerging" democratic/elected governments. Not even close. Election integrity is farcical. I've said this over and over and I don't know how much more dramatic a comparison can be made.

I'm skeptical he can do it. But if they were to succeed then "peaceful transition of power" would be right out, because that level of fraud would be impossible to hide. The voting patterns would be so far outside of statistical possibilities that the courts would have to intervene.

The idea that a non-secret ballot would be unconstitutional is not correct. For instance, the secret ballot was only introduced in some locales in the USA as late as the 1950s. But the stragglers did indeed take awhile.

The problem is that in 2018, there was no Federal Ballot per se (The President and Vice President are the only candidates who are elected by the country, not in individual states), so Trump wouldn't have had standing to litigate the issues. I think it was up to the GOPe and the individual candidates for the House and Senate to do the litigating.
That said, I'm not really disagreeing with you. I would have liked to see more from Trump in the last 4 years on Election security.
Something like "If States allow illegals to vote and/or fraudulent voting, then they stand a chance of losing their representation in the House. See: 14th Amendment".
