The DOJ has one shot to get this right. If it takes time to get all our ducks in a row, then it's going to happen when the time is right, #twoweeks be darned.
Let's say that indictments were handed down in mid-October. In a Biden administration, what would stop them from letting the wheels of justice grind to a halt with either pardons or dropped charges in late January. It takes at least that long to have a first court appearance.
Not seeing anything changing with this news - just a statement of the obvious.

They'll be more coming out between now and election day including declassifications like the one last week that seems to be getting ignored by most but is the centerpiece of Sidney Powell's submission to the court before tomorrow's hearing. And that isn't even the big news that came out of that declassification.
Not only was the Russia investigation based on the fake Steele dossier so was Obama's intel community's ICA which was developed in early January and then leaked to CNN and the NYT to show that "All 17 intelligence community agencies agree Russia interfered ....". What the declass last week showed is that they all knew that at the time the only two people that were known sources were Denchenko and Segei Millian, both of whom the FBI said were potential Russian spies. Seems like kind of a big deal. No wonder Brennan fought Comey to keep it out of the ICA.

I don't think it's that important to people outside of our little bubble and it never was.
It had the possibility of becoming big for people outside of that bubble, but it wasn't there.
Trump seems to have operated under the assumption that he had to win this election without the DOJ on the coup for a while. Whether that means he has no confidence in Barr or if he has every confidence in his own ability to get himself re-elected, I don't know.
But I doubt he hasn't known that indictments probably weren't going to happen before the election for a while, and he still seems like he thinks he's winning.

No Federal Court has the will, let alone the power, to remedy this. What does anyone think is going to happen ? A judge bang a gavel and those who attempted to bring down a Presidential campaign - and then a sitting President - just get up and get led off to jail ? That would require the dismantling of, at a minimum, the leadership of multiple intelligence agencies, the DNC, and quite possible the GOP - not to mention several Federal judges.
No - no attempted coup has ever been punished in a court of law - and never will. Things of this magnitude go beyond simple jurisprudence. This is a political wars. Wars aren't solved in courts. Sometimes the losers are punished in courts - but only after winners and losers are established.
What is going on here is quite simple - a show. A show for the folks that still want to believe in this all having a nice, orderly, happy ending where the bad guys are pronounced guilt and the good guys get their day in court. Not going to happen.

I know everyone wants indictments yesterday. So do I. But I want it done right and I want all who committed crimes exposed.
I think the idea that Barr is some deep state plant is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. He is trying to bring justice not based on election schedules.

And the DOJ/FBI refusal to investigate - and the pathetic, limp Horowitz IG report that essentially blessed that spectacularly obvious cover-up - is the forgotten scandal that rivals even the coup attempt.
Hmm. When one reminds oneself of just HOW far down the drain major institutions have gone, it's sobering. Well, if you were a morning drinker, I guess.

Funny thing is Covington and Masvidal might be fighting towards the end of the year, it'll be the battle for the Trump world title.
I'd say a very large majority of UFC fighters lean conservative. It's a sport where you don't get gifts and passes, for the most part, you earn everything you get. Lots of fighters from poor countries who still believe in the American dream and know what communism does to you.
