AP: Andrew Cuomo Significantly Undercounted the Number of Nursing Home Victims He Murdered By Only Counting Those Who Died In the Nursing Home -- Rather Than at the Emergency Room or ICU, After Being Infected by Him -- as "Nursing Home Deaths"

This Angel of Death "flattened the curve" by simply murdering all the high-risk elderly people.

Riverdale Nursing Home in the Bronx appears, on paper, to have escaped the worst of the coronavirus pandemic, with an official state count of just four deaths in its 146-bed facility.
The truth, according to the home, is far worse: 21 dead, most transported to hospitals before they succumbed.
"It was a cascading effect," administrator Emil Fuzayov recalled. "One after the other."
New York's coronavirus death toll in nursing homes, already among the highest in the nation, could actually be a significant undercount. Unlike every other state with major outbreaks, New York only counts residents who died on nursing home property and not those who were transported to hospitals and died there.
That statistic could add thousands to the state’s official care home death toll of just over 6,600. But so far the administration of Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo has refused to divulge the number, leading to speculation the state is manipulating the figures to make it appear it is doing better than other states and to make a tragic situation less dire.
"That's a problem, bro," state Sen. Gustavo Rivera, a Democrat, told New York Health Commissioner Howard Zucker during a legislative hearing on nursing homes earlier this month. "It seems, sir, that in this case you are choosing to define it differently so that you can look better."

How big a difference could it make? Since May, federal regulators have required nursing homes to submit data on coronavirus deaths each week, whether or not residents died in the facility or at a hospital. Because the requirement came after the height of New York's outbreak, the available data is relatively small. According to the federal data, roughly a fifth of the state’s homes reported resident deaths from early June to mid July -- a tally of 323 dead, 65 percent higher than the state’s count of 195 during that time period.
Even if half that undercount had held true from the start of the pandemic, that would translate into thousands more nursing home resident deaths than the state has acknowledged.
Another group of numbers also suggests an undercount. State health department surveys show 21,000 nursing home beds are lying empty this year, 13,000 more than expected-- an increase of almost double the official state nursing home death tally.

Andrew Cuomo continues insisting that there is no need -- none! -- of any outside investigation into his murderous policy of seeding the nursing homes with coronavirus.

He created his own "super-spreader" events that killed literally thousands -- but he insists that any questions about this must be due to "politics."

I don't think the initial release was deliberate. My assumption is typical single-party system institutional incompetence was the reason for that.

I base it on Beijing's initially-slow response. It was typical Soviet level bumbling.

Once they figured out what got out of containment, then they locked down internal travel while keeping international airports open.

That was where the malice comes in. They could have let this thing burn itself out in Wuhan, and absorbed the economic hit.

They chose to push it on the rest of the world, so they could take advantage of the chaos.

A "what-if" I've entertained is that the black community didn't suffer more simply because of social or behavioral reasons...it was engineered to act on characteristics common in the African part of the gene pool. The idea being it may have been ginned up as a deniable bioweapon to deploy in Africa in case the "belt and road" business did what we all expected it would there. After all, what's one more dread tropical disease there...and then it got loose by accident.

The latter, if true, is a stronger argument for reopening the country. The former, depending on when they occurred, argues against.

Yes, but those are usually accidental killings, where the thugs were aiming at somebody else, and the kid was just in the way. This NC shooting was a deliberate, targeted killing. According to a neighbor who witnessed the shooting, the black man walked up to the child, who was seated on his bike in his own front yard, put the gun to his head and shot him dead, in front of his two sisters, both under age 10.

This case is what the Trayvon Martin case was originally reported to be (but wasn't): a case where a depraved adult deliberately and viciously shot and killed an innocent child.

A "what-if" I've entertained is that the black community didn't suffer more simply because of social or behavioral reasons...it was engineered to act on characteristics common in the African part of the gene pool. The idea being it may have been ginned up as a deniable bioweapon to deploy in Africa in case the "belt and road" business did what we all expected it would there. After all, what's one more dread tropical disease there...and then it got loose by accident.

About a month ago there was a leaked out piece of actual journalism from China. In it, it was confirmed that early on, the wait for an ambulance to come pick you up was 16 hours. Add to that confirmed lines outside of medical facilities in major metropolitan China that were two miles long with those people being turned away eventually.

The article centered around the brother of the interviewee who said he was eventually admitted, but via text stated that he had been there for three days without seeing a doctor, and hadn't eaten anything in over 24 hours.

A nurse at that hospital agreed to meet with the journalist (it was the BBC) and he interviewed her....but as she was leaving, two police officers pulled her off her bicycle. An, hour later she called the journalist and stated that he could no use any of her information (and he 86'd it).

What I'm getting at is that China's infection numbers and deaths are a mere tiny fraction of what actually occurred there. Those stories that got out sporadically about non-stop crematorium fires were not made up.

These "stories" give off more than a whiff of BS.

Even as crazy as China is, I doubt they built a bunch of crematoriums just for them to sit unused most of the time. People die all the time so theres a regular need for them and supply should mostly accomodate for the demand. Even a slight spike in death rate should pretty much necessarily mean those crematoriums are now working a lot of overtime and maybe even getting backlogged.

I'm sure China has lied about mortality rates, because China, but I'd wager the lies are more in the range of making a slightly worse mortality rate seem better than the west.

They are also NOT going to reassign the case. Sullivan is not technically a party, and they are not going to admit that he made himself a party by doing what he is doing.

So, what does that leave? It leaves the case in Sullivan's hands, and he will be allowed to have his investigation and hearing on the DOJ motivations on dismissing the case.

My opinion, as of a month ago, and as of 4 months ago, is that the whole thing will be worked at every level to keep it in the courts until November 4th, in the desire to force Trump to issue a pardon and the MSM can make it a campaign issue. There are various paths by which this can happen; the date is important, not what actually happens.

If Biden wins, they'll keep it going until his prosecutor can reverse Barr's decision; if Trump wins, they'll do what they have to do to let it drop after the election, because it will no longer serve any political purpose.

The actual case doesn't matter any more, Flynn doesn't matter any more. This is the Deep State, which includes Sullivan and the DC Circuit Court, playing an Op which is coordinated with the upcoming election. As of now, there is nothing more or less happening than that.

The actual case doesn't matter any more, Flynn doesn't matter any more. This is the Deep State, which includes Sullivan and the DC Circuit Court, playing an Op which is coordinated with the upcoming election. As of now, there is nothing more or less happening than that.
