The Morning Report - 8/12/19

EpBiHi.jpg

Good morning, kids. Brand new week and a brand new meme that is the latest in the endless parade of attempts to smear the President, but more tragically and tellingly exemplifies the depths to which our self-appointed power elite have plunged the country. As the title of Will Chamberlain's piece over at Human Events plainly states, Jeffrey Epstein's Death Stinks:

...Usually, Occam's razor suggests that the "conspiratorial" explanation for a shocking event is the less likely one. Not so here. Assembling an innocent explanation of Epstein's death requires assuming a staggering amount of incompetence on the part of MCC Manhattan staff. Despite a near-miss on July 30, they would have had to innocently give their most infamous and high-profile criminal defendant the means and opportunity to kill himself, and in doing so, utterly fail at their most basic responsibilities...

Daniel Greenfield over at FrontPage Mag both rages and laments:

...Epstein's death was perfectly timed. His death ends the trial and buries all the remaining grand jury evidence in a file cabinet somewhere in Civic Center. And good luck ever getting to that cabinet.

Various authorities have promised to dig into the circumstances of his death and his crimes. But with Epstein gone, there will be no legal limits on them and no way to know where the truth lies. They can and will be able to present whatever claims and documents they like to the public. The lawyers for the victims will work to recover funds from the estate. But the truth has passed beyond recovery.

The truth died on the top of a prison skyscraper whose administration and guards flagrantly violated their own rules, removing Epstein from suicide watch six days after a supposed suicide attempt, leaving him alone in his cell, and failing to check on him until it was too late. Blame will be passed around. Conspiracy theorists will cash in on it for years. And the questions will remain unanswered...

Fact: Jeffrey Epstein enslaved and pimped underage girls for the Globalist political power elite for decades. 99.999% of passengers on the "Lolita Express" were of the Democrat-Leftist bent all the way up to and including none other than ex-President Clinton. And that's why he got away with it, until a month or so ago when a judge ruled that his victims could indeed take him to court, resulting in new charges being filed against him and thus effectively sentencing him to death. Whether it was by his own hand or if he had a little help from his fiends is the question.

Aside from the circumstances that resulted in his demise, the mystery of how he became billionaire many times over still lingers. More tellingly, beyond sating the despicable sexual appetites of truly despicable human beings who lord over us on a daily basis, what other secrets was Epstein privy to in that regard that might have made him a threat to their hold on power? The cynic in me is justified in believing that once again, the Deep State got away with murder, this time quite literally. But, on a positive note, it never would have happened had it not been for the election of Donald Trump.

No, I do not mean that Trump and Putin had Epstein whacked at the MCC, which if you listen to the balloon juice being spewed by odious dolts like Joy Reid is what you'll be hearing from now on. I mean that his election thwarted the Globalist attempt to get away with figurative murder: the sabotaging of a political campaign and the organized coup to remove him from office. Yes, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper and all of their subordinates and the propagandists who ran air cover for them will more than likely never be truly punished. But, crucially, they have all been exposed. And not just them but their entire racket that is a cancer on our republic and the notion of accountability to the people. That in and of itself is a victory, hard as it is sometimes to see it when turds like Strzok and McCabe are now suing to be reinstated and playing the victim, or when self-righteous bastards like Comey or Mueller play their little word games to slime us and our President.

At the risk of mixing metaphors, justice delayed is justice denied, but I believe one day that the truth will out. What damage to the body politic in its delay is yet to be determined, but damaging it will be. Since November of 2016, the enemy has been officially exposed, and they are not going to surrender the power they feel is their birthright. Ultimately the ball is in our court, whatever they may throw at us politically or otherwise.

Anyway, links from around the world, across the nation and up your street. Have a better one and remain blessed.

4 I'm pretty sure the reason Barr was enraged is because he was given assurances that the Epstein case was going to be handled "by the book."

Unfortuanlety the book that was being used is, "99 Deep State Problems but Epstein Ain't One", by Deep State Jim

So now we get to see the spectacle of another pointless, fruitless IG investigation that takes years and results in jack squat nothing.

This is now becoming SOP for the Government.

There are and we're other Madoff's and there are other Epstein's.

Obviously this was BIG. They pulled out all the stops to keep him from spilling the beans. They will get Guiffre and as many of the witnesses as they can.

This goes a long way to explain the high level of opposition to Trump. Trump as a long time rich guy in NYC probably was recruited but declined. But he was on to them. Not having eyes on he's probably safe enough but if he ...like his predecessor weaponizes DOJ to go after those who facilitated Epstein's crimes all bets are off.

42 Trump: Mississippi ICE Raids Serve as a "Good Deterrent" to Illegal Immigration
________________

It was reported last week that half of the illegal aliens picked up in those raids had already been sent back home (in the U.S., not to their native lands) because ICE didn't make sure their kids had caretakers ahead of time -- because apparently the U.S. can't enforce immigration laws against illegal aliens who have kids.

So how much of a "deterrent" is it when nothing actually happens to the illegals, except that they get a day off from work?

79 Perverse, but true; you have to admire the deep state operatives who
pulled off the Epstein job. It took serious planning, some targeted
payoffs and threats, timing and plausible deniability.

Hollyweird couldn't have done it better.

There will be no investigation of consequence either.

And rest assured that there's someone else ready to step into Epstein's role within the Progressive Party to cater to their satanic secksual needs to dominate young people, each other, and especially us.

Epstein's death was very convenient for them. And you know there are people in DC who know who did it and they're probably scared shitless that if the can get a guy whacked in MCC, they can whack anybody anywhere. The KGB has nothing on the FBI.

84 >>One of the dickweed Hofts at Gateway Pundit put up an Arkancide list that was at least partially incomplete because it didn't include the guy with a crushed neck from a "weightlifting accident" who was to testify about Haiti. It was still in the 40s in total "unexplained" deaths.

I scoffed at the "Arkancide" stuff until summer of 2016 when there were 4 convenient deaths within about a month of each other. Seth Rich, the former UN guy who was days from testifying against his business partner/Clinton bundler, the lead lawyer in the Bernie-supporter lawsuit against the DNC (for rigging the primary), and a guy who had written several books about the Clinton (2 just about the Arkancides).

Oh, then the two Haiti-related deaths - both vocal critics of Clinton malfeasance there, one of them being a doctor who inexplicably stabbed himself in the heart at home while his daughter was in the next room.

There's just too much weirdness there.

Question 11 f pretty much addresses the "mental health" issue already. How exactly are you going to write a "Red Flag" law that would work in this situation? You can't.

They either rely on a single judge without any input from the defendant who in most cases are not even told about the case. They rely sole on the report by someone who says you are unstable. Can you say "swatting"? Can you say ex taking you to the cleaners? Can you say Obama Judge?

As long as you are not seen doing it by a prohibitively critical mass of eyewitnesses, you will NEVER face justice. And this is not a one-time free pass -- it is a lifelong dispensation. The breadth and depth of the Clinton's corruption is so vast as to surpass even the reaches of great fiction. It seems as if the MORE they do, the MORE they can get away with. 134 good morning horde

imo AG Barr himself was on "stand down", as even Ann Coulter and many others knew Epstein would get whacked if extraordinary measures were not taken. Barr did not take them, he trusted DeepState, which is the coup and our domestic enemy.

Another bit from Fox this morning, that he was supposed to have a cell mate, but did not. Another in a list of procedures broken. As they did with Manafort, solitary is a form of torture, especially IF Epstein had already attempted suicide. But with guards not doing their required checks, no camera in the cell, who knows if he was directly given the assisted "suicide" treatment.

And we can bet the next line of FBI special handlers (like those that covered up for Hillary all the time) are in place to bury any remaining evidence. Several have said Wray is also obstructing.

Of course there is still the hope that the big fish are about to go down, and some key corrupt people are leaving office on the 15th (Thursday). But Barr himself should have had a special handling team for Epstein, and another team to watch over that team. Instead several protocols were broken and Epstein is dead and Barr feigns outrage "I am outraged that Deep State has been operating in my establishment".

Stand down in Benghazi ... leave our men behind is not protocol.
Stand down on Hillary running her own server and illegal charity.
Stand down is their favorite ploy ... get the cops to go to the donut shop on the other side of town, and rob the bank. "mistakes were made" is frowned on, but nobody gets in real trouble.

Sounds exactly like the "think blue" or whatever it's called talking points. Almost down to the punctuation. Everyone immediately thought "Clinton" when they heard Epstein was dead, there are too many coincidences to imagine it was just incompetence.

Gotti stayed alive in the same building. Gotti.

I don't buy for a second that incompetence 1. Took him off suicide watch, 2. Allowed him suicide materials 3. Allowed guards to not check on him, 4. Didn't allow a camera or the "camera wasn't working," 5. beat him up 2 weeks ago, 6. Allowed him a way to suicide in rooms designed to not be able to suicide in.

151 132 You know, you would think feminists, so obsessed about exploitation of young women, would be all over the whole Epstein case, including his mysterious death which will mean many of those young women's voices will never be heard or justice done. You would think they would be especially outraged since he was a old rich white male. Yet I don't think I've heard much of anything from the usual hag gaggle about this whole episode.

It's as if they don't really care or want to know what was going on. Weird.

I refuse to believe this was incompetence and not enemy action.

The standard protocols for how a high level prisoner is treated are not hard to understand.

A prisoner such as Epstein would have been issued what's called a pickle suit which cannot be used to kill yourself, he would have been housed, alone, in a cell that is constructed in such a manor that it would have been impossible to harm yourself. In fact the only way to harm yourself would be to run head first into a wall or dive directly into your head.

He would have also been monitored around the clock both via CCTV and human guards.

This is bullshit, he was killed, he was killed by Deep State operatives, and this was done to make sure that his work as an intel asset never makes it to light and to also protect his high level clientele.

As they say, Dead Men Tell No Tales.

After 30 years of marriage to me and my being proven right when there is proof, he's starting to come around a bit. I keep trying to show him that it's bungling when the result doesn't help the bungler. For example, one of the ship crashes in the pacific was truly bungling and stupidity, but that didn't help the bunglers. When the system lets or helps someone like Epstein die or be killed, then there are too many people who benefit to imagine it was bungling.

And he's most likely correct.

Conversely the conspiracy addicts have a psychological need to substitute fantasy for facts and material substance. They create associations where none really exist or a simple explanation will suffice.

There is nothing wrong with being inquisitive or dogged in your pursuit of the truth. I have friends that are detectives who have that type of personality. But they're not out there inventing facts and circumstances. They look at potential theories and then go through a process of elimination by filing in material, probable facts and substantive evidence. Conspiracy kooks don't do that. They spend all their time trying to make facts fit their hypothesis, even when they demonstrably don't. They just can't let go.

I don't really believe in either.

I believe people are motivated to seek their own best interests - and their perception of their own best interests varies from my perception of their best interests. When that variation exists, the easy terms to describe their actions are "evil" or "dumb". But I don't think it's always either one, per se.

And I'm positive of this - 99% of the people on the planet define "right" and "wrong" according to their own perceived best interests.

There are conspiracies being hidden, that is clear to all except the most PollyAnnish. And I don't doubt the conspirators themselves will float the craziest conspiracy theories, to bury any true researchers under the Conspiracy Theorist label.

They already do.
If a citizen doesn't have insurance, they get fined.
If you are illegal, they give it to you free.

They also get a free pass for all sorts of shit that would get a U.S. citizen thrown in jail -- tax crimes, welfare fraud, DUI's, etc.

An illegal alien in MA got sentenced to less than a year in prison for two armed bank robberies -- because the lefty judge didn't want to have to alert ICE (which he would have to do if he sentenced the illegal to a year or more). Think a black U.S. citizen would have been let off with such a light sentence? Oh, and that illegal alien, when he was released from prison, went on to murder two MA doctors in a home invasion. No, he's throwing chum in the water. He's equating suspicions that Epstein was murdered with accepting any/all crazy theories.

This is the same technique used for the "birthers" smear - equate people who question why Obama cannot show any of the typical documentation one collects in life - a BC, SS card, school transcripts - with the wackiest theories about his background.

Posted by: Cato, Collectivism Delenda Est at August 12, 2019 09:22 AM (J+mig)

Morality isn't any different, that's why man over millennial has come up with basic principles broken down into smaller applications to create more civil societies. Law was initially the same way, where the elites (like now, here) can apply it irregularly. The Romans at the demand of the plebians had to start writing shit down to keep the ELITES in check and the plebians from rioting and refusing to soldier. Hence the 12 Tables. Same shit throughout history. The Elites get too "uneven" in their application of the law and then the masses start getting pissed.

Morality works the same way. One problem is that we confuse that with ethics, which is more of a legal application of morality and secondly, that morality only exists in people with the ability to form an existential self-narrative. A conscience has to be "well-formed" to have any effect at all past the relative and we no longer live in a society where 99% of people have any formation at all.

With all due respect (and that IS sarcasm there, kids) to the folks defending the incompetent - yet apparently morally upright - folks in the prison detention biz ... I've also made the acquaintance of one former state prison guard in my time.

This cat was crooked as a dog's hind-leg. Was proud about going in some days and just kicking particular prisoner's asses because the mood hit him and the pretext was suitable. Could he have been bought off to hang an inmate ? I think the dick-head might have done it for free on the right day.

And I know for a fact - different prison, different state - that the price to get a convicted child molester's ass beat in the yard is two cartons of smokes. One for the guard, one for the inmate. Saw it paid for more than once.

So - yeah - Epstein was cashiered. No need for incredulous stories of incompetence.

I defined it once. I'll do it one more time.

It's a phrase I coined myself to give a name to a particular behavior I'd observed in quite a lot of people. A forced belief that everything is OK. I apply it to those people that demonstrate a need to believe that everything has a perfectly reasonable explanation - and that never is anything nefarious in the works.

As I explained - the type of person that needs so strongly to believe that every cloud has a silver lining that they'll invent the lining themselves, out of whole cloth.

And now I'm done. It's a simple definition.

Agreed. Seems to me that, in any organization as big as the Deep State, multiple factions would have to be involved. No organization moves as one - not as long as more than one person has any measure of authority.

Doesn't seem far-fetched that one faction would want to turn Epstein, while the other would want him dead.

365 the only "religion" i will argue about is the religion of "peace." the rest of them, meh. whatever. either you know jesus and the word of god, or you don't. it can't be twisted to validate your beliefs or deviance.

I grew up around people for whom the bible meant exactly what they were told it meant on Sundays. No more and no less.

So yeah - their word was different than the word spread down the street. But - I'll give 'em this - their word was, indeed, absolute. They all got it from one source - the guy behind the lectern - and they all universally agreed his word was the only correct one.

I don't trust this absolute vs. relative thing. It implies one absolute source - and if that guy exists, he ain't talkin'.

Makes more sense to me than anything anyone else has said. I never understood the need to group-study the book with an authoritarian moderator - except maybe the discipline that comes with regimen.

But it does imply a personal relationship - and opens the door for different interpretations, and some resulting relativism. Which I don't think is the worst thing in the world.

You're genuine. You I trust. But I attended back in the day surrounded by plenty I wouldn't trust any farther than I could throw. And watched them back-stab each other constantly, in a stupid competition for who could be the most pious.

And the couple times I tried to get back in the habit - just more of the same. My problem isn't with religion. My problem is with people.

Because people suck, man.

369 Yep. The same people I trust to keep Epstein alive in a federal lockup after he's tried to kill himself once before are exactly the same people whom I expect to protect me from Lone Wolf Gun Guy who's supposed to be on some Gun Registry/Pre-Emptive Psychological Danger Profile List.

I saw a variant of that argument on Insty, and I completely agree with that sentiment.

Seriously OT, I guess, but people who try to defend the 2nd Amendment by saying that hunters have a right to hunt bunny rabbits with AR-15s are ceding ground to the gun-grabbers. We have the right to use AR-15s not to hunt, but to protect ourselves from any corrupt government which promises to take our rights away anytime they want to, if we don't tow their line. Our inalienable rights are given to us by God, and not government.

Epstein shows us, in a way that's painfully obvious, that if you're powerful and connected, the law that is supposed to be applied to everyone equally doesn't work that way at all. Once that works its way into popular perception, that's the end of trust in government.

That's why the MSM is working overtime to try to prevent us from 'jumping to conclusions' about what happened at the MCC. They're trying to protect the side that they have their thumb on the scales for.
