well, bear in mind, that was not during a fast. I may have had residual dehydration from a fast that ended a week before, maybe. And I was working out pretty hard. And maybe that caused diarrhea which then really dehydrated me.
I think the fast was probably a contributing factor but I wasn't fasting at that time.

well weight loss is kind of a poor barometer because a lot of weight lost is just water which will be regained. But it says i've lost 10 or 12 pounds.
according to my scale, i've lost 5% bodyfat. How accurate that is, I don't know. But it's been pretty consistent in showing small changes every six hours or so. losing about 0.5% bodyfat per day.
as for clothes fitting better: I think it's only now i'm even getting to the part where stuff becomes visible and starts having a macro effect like that.

Well, Dr. Jason Fung has a blog and lots of videos. I think he's at IntensiveDietaryManagement.com. He has a book called the Obesity Code that talks a lot about fasting and he just put out one that i've only just started about Longevity, which also talks about fasting.
He has someone at his blog who answers questions, often in video form. They talk about fasting a lot.
I've written about it a lot. Basically, anyone interested in this should just started what is called Intermittent Fasting everyday, which just means taking no calories for a set number of hours a day, 14, 16, or 18, or even 20 or 23 (one meal a day, that last one is called).
If you're on the 8/16, you can eat (or take any calories, including creamer in coffee) in that 8 hour window but cannot have any calories outside of it.
This is a daily mini-fast that really only requires you skip breakfast and take your coffee black and stop eating after dinner and maybe a snack SOON after dinner. (Not late night.)
that gets your body used to it, and gets it burning fat, and also is a nice safe test to see how your body reacts to fasting. I mean, the answer here is almost certainly "It will react fine" because the daily 16 hour fast is super-doable, but if you have some odd condition that would make fasting dangerous, you should find out about it from daily fasting.
If you do well with that for a month, you can start doing one meal a day (OMAD), just fasting through a whole day and just eating one meal and maybe a little bit more SOON after that meal (in a one hour window), putting you into a 1/23 fast.
After that of course you can try skipping eating for a full day, which means you'll wind up going without food for 36 or 40 hours (given that the time spent sleeping on either side of the waking fast also counts as fasting time).
By gradually, occasionally stretching a fast, you can get accustomed to it, and make sure you can handle it.

I was impressed with the Business School. Much like JMU's. Now to get the boy to do the fundaments - get up, get to your class on time, do the homework before arriving, be pleasant and approachable and communicate at an adult level. If he can do these things he could have a lot of fun and graduate. He has a neighbor in one of the Frats so he will be introduced to the Greek life. I got real sick couple years ago. Lost way lotta weight. Got better, gained back a lot but all kinda fatty. Slimmed down and have maintained at a good weight now. Still trying to rebuild the muscles. I could not fast because if I don't eat well, and regularly, I get weak and my brain gets sand in the gears. But does anybody care about my diet? Or my poop? Noooo.* It's always Acey, Acey, Acey. On celebrity Autopsy last night they featured the death of Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez who, apparently, was a girl rapper in a group TLC. Anyway, she would engage in lengthy fasts, on one occasion fasting for 40 days having only water and fruit juices. The host said that was extremely bad for you because the body quickly begins to "eat" its own muscle including the heart. Left Eye had some serious mental health problems and the host suggested her mental health might be exacerbated to her fasting. However, her death resulted from massive head injuries and a broken neck occasioned by a single car accident. The best the host could do in attributing her death to her fasting was that her mental problems possibly exacerbated by her fasting not to mention her drug and alcohol abuse might have led to her losing concentration as she drove. There's an entire system of numerology built into the bible, which was widely known in ancient times. 40 is used as a number for Repentance and Preparation - 40 days on the arc, 40 years for Moses and the tribes in the Wilderness, 40 days for Jesus to prepare for his ministry.

And they provide a back door way into the media and other orgs for the ability to influence and advise.
All this stuff was dreamed up by Steele. Oh maybe he heard rumors of stuff from some of his Russian contacts. Like maybe after he nudged them. But it's now known he used 'tips' sent in to CNN by commenters for crying out loud. That plus the lack of verification should've been the first clue.
That and them using a known informant used by the FBI or the CIA as a contact inside the Election campaign.
This was rigged from the start and it didn't take a super secret clearance or massive investigation to find that out.
All it took was the desire for the claims to be true.

I remember a long time ago seeing a running back who was also a sprinter at a track meet. (I think it was Curtis Dickey) So everyone lines up, and there's all these obviously thin guys built for speed, and one huge muscled up guy who's twice the size of any of them, and you look at them and think "ok, he's strong, but no way can he be faster than them, he's just too heavy."
So the starting pistol fires, and they all take off, and for the first few steps he's behind - and then I remember him looking like a freight train, his knees coming almost up to his chin with each step, and by the 3/4 mark he had blown them all away. I looked him up and saw he did a 10.11 in the 100m dash.
And then I thought about what it would be like to jump in front of him and try to knock him down, and I realized I would just bounce off his knees and be broken like a rag doll, and I probably wouldn't even slow him down.
Now people like that scare me.

The Obama Administration came into office believing in the Permanent Democrat Majority, they figured they'd have four years to commit crimes and four years to hide them.
Remember they started out with Eric Holder voiding the plea of the club-wielding New Black Panthers and letting them walk, and the administration continued at that pace.
Hillary fired up her personal mailserver the day before she took office as SecState - to my mind that's evidence of criminal intent to avoid federal records laws. That put her on a par with Nixon, and in her case it was premeditated.
The GOP retaking Congress slowed the Obama march through the institutions, but Ryan and his Caucus represented little more than a speedbump to a man whose "constitutional scholarship" was akin to Osama Bin Laden's understanding of office tower engineering, while the Senatorial bumblefucks like Corker let Obama and his crew outsource the country's foreign policy to the Mad Mullahs.
Then the Democrats mistook "Electing Hillary" for "Holding the Presidency" and put all the muscle of their criminal enterprise into propping her up and, eventually, the anti-Trump coup.
For coup d'etat is what it was, and remains today. The braying jackasses of Pelosi's caucus need to be stripped of their power, but there's Obama officials who need to hear the door slammed behind them for a decade or more, if not the sound of their own neck breaking from the noose.

You are already at the stage where, when you start eating again, you could die from refeeding syndrome. Just eating small meals initially will not do it...you should really be under a doctor's care with your first "meals" being a glucose drip, and bloodwork monitoring your blood chemistry for dangerous shifts in phosphates, magnesium and potassium.
