Tax relief is not really "investment" exactly. It is incentive ... but Ocario the Crazy has some point to her argument (which she doesn't really grasp, I think). Giving incentives to Amazon to better compete against other companies is not really fair.
States will compete for those jobs, but in a sense, they are competing by using tax money to incentivize the cannibalization of other companies. New jobs in that one state will (to some degree) come at the expense of other jobs around the country.
That is just how the cookie crumbles, but Buckey does have a point, just not a viable solution. Sending those jobs somewhere else doesn't fix anything.

And it helps to hold the wrench so that the movable jaw is the one being turned towards. Using the above pic as a reference, pulling down on the wrench handle is the correct use; pushing up weakens the grip. I realize that there may be clearance constraints that make it impractical to always do that, but if you have the choice, it's the right way.

"Fairness" is not guaranteed by the Constitution, except in criminal proceedings. In economic matters, the State Legislatures pretty much have the power to do whatever they want. It's up to the voters to keep that in check, not the Constitution.

Anytime taxes are reduced on anyone, be it a company, individual, etc. is a good thing, IMO. The NY official stated that these tax incentives are from existing legislation , so they would be open to anyone. If someone else wants to come in to NYC and compete for those incentives, they can. Amazon was not being favored over someone else, these incentives were not created exclusively for them from what I am understanding.
Imagine what NY could do with $27B in tax revenue. Whether they would have balanced the budget is doubtful, as politicians would earmark the money to go to their pet projects, but it certainly would have gone a long way.
Maybe Cuomo et al might want to rethink the "attack Trump" at every turn strategy and start trying to educate their dumb ass populace that elects dolts like AOC on how actual economics works.

Then the state goes bankrupt anyway, and demands bailouts or federal tax breaks on their excessive state income taxes (for example).
I'm not offering solutions ... except that we have to recognize the other governments are subsidizing their industry in order to wipe out competition. Reagan confronted this with Harley, and with the chip dumping from S. Korea. Lots of ways for China (and others) to weaponize against "free trade" dreamers.

Not exactly, they did quite a bit of improvement and engineering, but once AMF got them in late 1960's it started a down slide, and even then there were "some" improvements. It got rapidly silly from 1977 to the very early 80's there were some seriously stupid things done. Probably to save money, but not real smart from a mechanical point of view.

The argument about the tax incentives not being fair to other, smaller businesses in NYC was a valid point. But the problem for Donkey-Chompers was that that was not the argument she was making against the Amazon deal.
She said that the deal was bad because NYC should have been using "that $3 billion that it was giving Amazon" to do things like repair subway stations and build more schools.
Donkey-Chompers thought that NYC was holding a piggy bank with a spare $3 billion in it, and that it was gonna crack open that piggy bank and pay the $3 billion to Amazon -- instead of spending that money on more "worthwhile" things.
Donkey-Chompers didn't understand that the $3 billion was going to come from the $27 billion in new tax revenues that the Amazon jobs were supposed to generate in NYC. The $3 billion didn't exist independently from the Amazon deal. But she was talking as if it did.

She's shit, to be sure, but she was put there by people even dumber.
She was propped up by the Giant Progressive Machine before that, though. I'd like to know who helped her campaign because from what we've seen, she damned sure isn't smart enough to run it by herself.
And yeah, I'm flogging Bessie The Dead Horse again, but I still haven't heard an answer to that question. Who found her? Who promoted her? Who thought she was a good spokesmule for Progressive Socialism when she's clearly dumber than a box of rocks? Gnurr is smarter than she is. Her rise was not organic.

Not exactly. Most evidence is prejudicial. For example, if you're on trial for stabbing somebody to death and the prosecutor wants to introduce into evidence a big knife with your fingerprints all over it in the victim's blood, that's pretty prejudicial to your defense that you're not the killer. But the judge won't refuse to admit the knife into evidence on the grounds that it's prejudicial to you.
The issue is whether the prejudicial value of the proffered evidence is outweighed by the probative value of the evidence.
So, for example, if you're on trial for sexually molesting your neighbor's 3-year old daughter, and the prosecutor wants to introduce evidence that you were previously convicted of raping a 35-year old woman, that prior conviction evidence likely won't be allowed into evidence, because the probative value of the prior rape conviction is low, while the prejudicial value of the prior rape conviction is very high.

As things are, CO's electoral votes are guaranteed Democrat for the next couple generations at least. This changes nothing from a practical standpoint, as Nat'l pop vote is likely the same.
The only thing measure does from the practical standpoint is potentially weaken our Democrats here.
If by some fluke the national pop vote goes Republican (highly unlikely, but many times more likely than CO doing it), it could end up awarding our votes to a Republican.
