Dear Leftists And Fake Conservatives (But I Repeat Myself), Do You Really Not Get The Joke About RBG?
We Really Don't Believe She Is Dead...

...But we do believe that she is infirm and incapable of performing her duties as an associate justice of the United States Supreme Court. The joke is simply an exaggeration of her current condition, and isn't meant to be taken literally, unless you are so profoundly stupid that you can't appreciate basic human discourse. In which case, the suggestion that you #LearnToCode is actually a bit too advanced for you. Perhaps #LearnToEspresso is more your speed.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was seen in public Monday. Conspiracy theorists still insist she’s dead.

A falsehood has been spreading in dark corners of the Internet that Ruth Bader Ginsburg is dead — and in the hours after he published his report, conspiracy theorists pelted Barnes with their doubt-mongering. Photos were not allowed at the event, so one of the doubters emailed Barnes 21 questions about Ginsburg’s appearance — the size of her security detail, what gender they were, for example — telling Barnes that if he did not answer every single one of them, it would be a sign his article was not to be believed.

rbgbates2.jpg

See? Get the joke now?

No...probably not, because as self-appointed members of the elite, you believe that there is some immutable entitlement to these positions of great power, and we prols must respect that while RBG can't possibly do her job, she does not have to give up her crown until she chooses. Of course if you knew anything about American history, you would realize that we fought a war because we simply did not want to be ruled from afar by hereditary, unaccountable noblemen.

Do you see any connection here? Again...probably not, and that is why we got Trump, and will probably get more Trump!

By the way...sure...you can trot out a few lunatics who truly believe she is dead and being held in a reanimation chamber in Area 51. But FIRE DOESN'T MELT STEEL! See? Two can play at that game.

1 Justice Ginsburg is not in the office today, again.

She is on her way to find Vladimir Putin.

She said it was bad enough when Putin conspired with Donald Trump to fix the election and deny Hillary Clinton what was rightfully hers.

But then Putin stole Justice Ginsburg's '69 Mustang and...killed her little dog, Daisy.

She told me she will not stop until she has exacted full retribution.

She gave the Russians a choice. She told them they can either hand over Putin or die screaming alongside him.

The Russians already know Justice Ginsburg well. They call her "Baba Yaga."

Actually, Justice Ginsburg isn't exactly the Boogeyman. She's the one you send when you want to kill the Boogeyman.

They said Justice Ginsburg once killed three men in a bar. With a pencil.

Justice Ginsburg told me she is bringing case files with her and expects from time to time to step into a nightclub to settle a score and kill numerous people, after which she will call in to me with her rulings.

Pointing at your own foibles and laughing at them is something that an arrogant, joyless, sanctimonious scold simply cannot do. Their hubris leads them to imagine themselves as predictable, and presently perfect or within a stone's throw of it.

Admitting imperfection is utterly alien to the mindset, which is why laughing at them drives them up a wall.

In general the right seeks to roll back government interference in your day to day lives. That's their goal. Not slavery, not tyranny, just leave us the hell alone. Often they decide, hey, the constitution doesn't require this. They never decide to ban it, just that the government can't do it.

Even on abortion - they might decide that hey, the constitution doesn't mandate a woman gets to terminate her pregnancy any old time. Then the states and the congress get to regulate and set limits. That's it. I doubt any will outright ban the practice.

192 It may be time to finally say goodbye to the Opportunity rover. NASA will hold a press conference at 2 p.m. ET today to discuss the results of recovery efforts since a dust storm encircled Mars last year.

Opportunity hasn't communicated with engineers since June 10. Dust has blocked out the sunlight, and even the expected winds from November through January haven't helped to clear Opportunity's sensors and panels. Engineers tried different things to revive Opportunity, from sending repeated signals and commands to attempt to fix other potential issues. They've sent more than 835 recovery commands that remain unanswered.

It's likely the press conference will announce the end of the mission, holding something akin to a funeral for the solar-powered rover.

There have been cases of justices hanging on well beyond the time they could serve in any real function going back, probably, to the early 1800's.

There are famous ones of justices with dementia, or who suffered a stroke, and who refused to resign from the late 1800's. In more recent times, look at Justices' whittaker and Murphy.

Murphy was a degenerate drug addict who wrote, allegedly, none of the opinions with his name on it. This was in the 1940s IIRC.

UNDERTAKER: (Graham Chapman) Morning!

MAN: (John Cleese) Ah, good morning.

UNDERTAKER: What can I do for you, squire?

M: Um, well, I wonder if you can help me. Um, you see, my SCOTUS Justice has just died.

U: Ah, well, we can 'elp you. We deal with stiffs.

M: (aghast) What?

U: Well there are three things we can do with your mother. We can burn her, bury her, or dump her.

M: Dump her?

U: Dump her in the Potomac.

M: (still aghast) What?

U: Oh, did you like her?

M: Yes!

U: Oh well, we won't dump her, then. Well, what do you think: We can bury her or burn her?

M: Well, um, which would you recommend?

U: Well
they're both nasty. If we burn her, she gets stuffed in the flames,
crackle, crackle, crackle, which is a bit of a shock if she's not quite
dead. But quick. And then we give you a handful of the ashes, which you
can pretend were hers.

M: (timidly) Oh.

U: Or, if we bury her she gets eaten up lots of weevils and nasty
maggots, which as I said before is a bit of a shock if she's not quite
dead.

M: I see. Well, she's definitely dead.

U: Where is she?

M: She's in this sack.

So when she passes away before the election, the wails and hysteria from the left that he can't replace RGB will be in fully in place in the public discourse.
