Judge Shelters an Illegal Alien MS-13 Gang Member from Deportation; Just Weeks Later, He Murders a 17 Year Old Boy

The law says we have borders which must be enforced, but those who administer the law have their own Secret Law that says this is an Open Borders country.

Changing laws is ineffective when the ruling class decides we are a nation of men, not laws.

From the Boston Globe:

In his June 22 decision, Sturla also cited Gutierrez's cognitive disabilities, his testimony that he was abused in El Salvador, which he left to flee gang violence, and his stated desire to improve his life as factors in the decision.

"Lastly, the court finds that the respondent has made attempts to rehabilitate himself after multiple arrests for carrying knives and machetes," Sturla wrote in his decision. "The respondent testified that he wants live a peaceful life."

He told the judge he only carried large knives for chopping wood for cook-outs, and the judge bought this.

Guess what type of weapon he committed a murder with a month later?

Six members of the ruthless MS-13 gang were indicted for racketeering in connection with the murder of a teen in Lynn, with the feds saying bail should be denied because they pose a serious threat to the public.

"The nature and circumstances of the (charges) are troubling and horrific," a federal criminal affidavit reads.

That includes killing 17-year-old Herson Rivas on Aug. 2 with a large knife like they were "chopping wood."

One of the accused, according to the affidavit, stabbed the defenseless teen "with such force his knife became warped during the attack."

65 Yes, these judges are assholes. But they are not actually this gullible. As Britain has made it public policy for Muslim garbage to rape innocent girls, crooked shitrag judges make the country safer for MS-13.

Like in Mexico, a substantial portion of official society hates their population and is deeply corrupt, so MS-13 has cover to operate. They even have a political wing: the Democratic Party.

How on earth do people plan to be even slightly successful against MS-13 unless their political wing is neutralized first? This is also why Israel fails in Palestine: the second you let terrorists become millionaires from fomenting terror, of course you're going to get more of them.

I don't envy the President. It's not an easy thing to plan. But if he doesn't then he'll be very lucky to escape Washington alive.

I've been wondering that very question..

If its a Federal Judge? apparently the only way to remove them is Impeachment by the House and Senate.

President can't fire them, Supremes can't fire them...

State Judge? up to the State... Here, they can be voted out next election, but someone would have to really want them gone, and run a negative campaign to get people to vote them out.

Judicial immunity.

Something created by and for judges. It needs to be done away with. Cases like this are a great example why.

This dumb-ass judge gets an MS-13 gang member before him, telling his sob story about how he had to flee the gangs in El Salvador (even though he is one of the gang members himself), and the idiot judge buys it, even though this guy has a long arrest record, and even though it is common knowledge that criminals like MS-13 gang-bangers routinely use the "I'm fleeing gang violence" bullshit in order to stay in the U.S.

A big reason the big city gangs (LA, Philly, NYC) have so successfully spread is because well-meaning parents, who saw their little thug kids getting into gangs, moved their kids to safer, nicer places.

Of course, once the little thug kids got to the new location, they looked around and realized they could be a big fish in a small pond. So instead of being a low level gang thug in LA, they became a medium or high level gang thug in American Fork, Utah.

184 Consequences for Judge Mario Sturla: Zero.

Posted by: Dack Thrombosis at December 05, 2018 01:54 PM (4ErVI)

185 Judges are not liable for anything.

That system was put in place with the assumption that their careers, reputation, and standing would be damaged by improper behavior or poor decisions, so that they would be self-restrained. Also, higher judges would tend to overrule and it used to be the case that having your ruling overturned was a matter of great personal shame and very damaging to your career. Now I think they see it as a mark of martyrdom and greatness.

186 Hold the judge criminally liable. Just like if I drive the getaway car while you rob the bank, if you shoot and kill the guard, I'm going to be charged with murder too.

Judges are not above the law. Some of these people need to be brought back down here to find that out.

This is exactly what most Americans have been voting actively for, tolerating, or not caring about, for a few decades. All of it. The lawlessness judiciary, the lawless executive, the general selective lawlessness, the dishonest Congress (esp. the GOP, that pretends to care every 2 to 6 years).

Trump won't even consider pushing back, with a pinky finger, on the lawless judiciary - the legal cult can't imagine a system not, de facto, run by unaccountable and remarkably unintelligent irresponsible and often freakishly alien judges. It's darkly hilarious. However ridiculous and lawless a court - and it's expanded quickly, lower and lower, and across the country - in usurping unquestioned executive power, there is no response.

Even with a body count, that grows and grows. Even Trump.

314 somewhere here my rant on "we are NOT (first and foremost) a nation of laws". And this is key to my rant, even if I stumble on expressing it. That if we get a majority liberal SCOTUS, that would interpret "The Law" for US, would we all submit to their commie rulings?

(we are a nation under God, a liberty minded people that have individual rights reserved in our constitution, that cannot rightfully be "lawfared" away)

At the moment the nation is being run by a mafia/cartel that controls "The Law" (the secret "laws") ... and they want us to bow to them since they claim "we are a nation of laws", so when Lois Lerner sends her goons ... bow and suck is the only "legal" response. (Or Mueller, or any agency) ...

Once all "legal recourse" is blocked/corrupted, the proper (and constitutional) response is to overthrow the (fake) law and the criminals in charge (BAMN).

The pledge to "the flag, and to the Republic for which it stands ..." probably fits in my rant somewhere. One nation under God, liberty and justice for all. Which for decades has not been the outcome of many legal proceedings (pay to play, China thefts, selective investigations, elections fixed, etc.)

The law turned upside down, used against the people ... as Freddie Bastiat more eloquently describes ...

Colorado announced that no charges will be filed against the Police Officer who killed a Veteran in his own home.

70+ year old, won 4 Bronze Stars in Nam, and a guy broke into his house, and was beating on his Grandchild (broke down the door to get in).

Of course, Police are minutes away when called.

Vet caps the guy in his house, righteous shoot.

There are FRIENDS of the perps tryin to get in the house to see what happened...

Vet in his living room, armed.

Cops come in, DON'T identify themselves, and tell him to drop it. Vet does not (as there are still other people trying to intervene).

Cop shoots him dead... because armed, in his own home.

Oh, and this is the SECOND time that Cop has killed someone in the LAST YEAR, he had just come back onto duty from a prior incident.

I'm sorry, cop should have been Prosecuted. He killed a Citizen, who was well within his Legal Rights.

I Used To Be A Conservative, But Not Anymore

"As the conservative founder of modern conservatism, William F. Buckley, once wrote, "God and man are at Yale, therefore we must emulate the Romans and preserve a certain way of thinking. Also, Gore Vidal is a queer." If I were to write that, or something similar to that, today, I would be immediately excommunicated from Twitter, even though I tweet under the sobriquet @Doghat and only publish photos of dogs wearing hats. I find my options declining quicker than the ratings for "The Romanoffs.""

The problem is the system. They are unaccountable to anyone.

Sure, you can impeach one IF they actually break a law... but being a poor Judge is not a Crime, nor a misdemeanor.

Like Sovereign Immunity, this needs to change (in fact, I don't believe that you can be a Republic, and embrace Sovereign Immunity, seems they are mutually exclusive).

https://www.lipstickalley.com/threads/yas-finally-we-got-a-dominican-as-a-federal-judge.1091282/

Sturla's a celebrated son of Dominican immigrants.

Do you really think Sturla understood that all those tattoos covering the man's body were innocent? That the knives were simply because he enjoyed cookouts?

This was a case of immigrant looking after immigrant.

364 MS-13's leadership are said to be Satanists although that isn't technically true. What they are--at least those members from Guatemala and southern Mexico--are adherents of the Santa Muerta death cult.

Why does that matter? Because Santa Muerta isn't some Anton LaVey show-biz construct. It's a real religion with roots going back to ancient mesoamerican death gods and it demands real human sacrifice. The central tenet is that murder gives its believers spiritual power.

It matters because murder isn't a business necessity for these guys like it is, say, for the Sicilian Mafia. It's a desired end of itself.

The Constitution is pretty broad on what you can impeach a judge for, citing only "The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour"

Congress can deem horrific decisions and idiotic crap like trying to subvert the constitutional authority of the president to be not "good behavior" and impeach a judge. But they never do.

Because most of them are lawyers, too (see the above "Lawyers don't put other Lawyers in Jail") and because they don't like the president.

The criminal justice system isnt about protecting us from criminals. The criminal justice system exists to protect the accused. Its sole purpose is to prevent ordinary citizens wronged by criminals from taking retribution into their own hands. Its a civil pact that says the State will administer justice in exchange for the victims standing down and not acting out on their own accord.

When the State no longer fairly administers justice and wrongs continue to go un-righted, ESPECIALLY on the basis of race, ethicity and identity group politics, the ensuing tinderbox of retribution is going to blow up in their fucking faces, bigly.

And they'll have not a clue as to why.

372 Well, your handle held up, but the blade took damage on the stab. You didn't get a good temper when you quenched. For that we're going to have to let you go.

The last episode of Forged in Fire was horrible. I fear for the future of this show. They did this lame crossover with the Robin Hood movie (which bombed horribly) and had the stars show up to explain the final task. Which was to make a "recurve" steel bow that you could "take down" by disassembling it.

There was so much wrong with this that I could write a book on it, but it got worse: the four smiths were some of the worst I have ever seen on the show before, they were all barely capable of forging a single knife.

373 NaCly Dawg, ain't gonna happen. The "American people" have come to this point entirely willingly, due to generational change and a few other things it appears most Americans are as passive and stupid when it comes to being submissive subjects as Europeans and most of the rest of the world.

There might be a few vigilante incidents. Meh. Won't have any impact, other than to increase funding for US Marshals, and intensify the hate propaganda against normal behavior and rule of law.

Congress is sexually aroused with itself for its magnificent statesmanship in being about to pass what is probably a stupid and destructive "reform" law on prison sentencing. It will be "bipartisan"!!!!!!!!!!! Trump will crow about it.

A "GOP" Congress has done almost nothing to fix the problems. Just to rub attentive peoples' noses in it, they've actually worsened the *legal immigration* disasters the country also faces (H1 and H2Bs). We will have a Dem House in a month.

I don't think the arithmetic here is telling us any lies.
