I don't know. The more i'm seeing of this, that Judge gave Trump a gift. He said in effect, you can't just kick the guy out of a semi-public proceeding simply because you feel like it. But it also indirectly draws attention to the fact that there simply is no set of official protocols for handling such a thing in a press conference, because no one in history has been such a clodfisted jackass as Acosta is to warrant the need for airtight rules, protocols, and procedures.

So Trump says, in effect, "Allright, fine, we'll draw up some rules, and then let him back in". All the while reserving the right, explicitly recognized by that judge, to kick him the hell back out again, and legally so this time.

Doesn't sound like a loss to me, unless your only acceptable victory condition was Trump literally giving Acosta a noogie on live television.

But now, with Trump reneging and letting Acosta back in, but with actual rules and protocols this time, CNN no longer has a case if Lil' Jimmy acts the fool again and gets bounced out on his ass. Basically one-handedly stole a legal victory away from CNN while more or less resolving the underlying problem in favor of Trump (no way to remove disruptive reporters).

The more I think of it, the more i'm thinking this Trump-appointed Judge just did his patron a solid.
