Deadline for Florida's Recount Passed at 3pm; Bill Nelson Filed Suit to Ignore the Law and Allow Democrats More Time to Manufacture Votes;
Federal Judge Refuses His Request

But we're not out of the woods yet. Democrats are still counting on finding a judge to claim that illegal votes are legal.

A federal judge is refusing to suspend looming election recount deadlines in the battleground state of Florida.

U.S. District Judge Mark Walker on Thursday rejected a request by U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson and Democrats to give counties more time to finish recounts. All 67 counties are required to submit the results of a machine recount by 3 p.m.

Palm Beach County's election supervisor has already warned that the county will not be able to finish on time.

The Democrat plan here -- illegally changing the deadlines for voting (well, "curing" defective votes), etc., and then getting a liberal judge to invalidate the law -- is so obvious that even CNN understands the game:

"The letter of the law." Like it's a minor thing. Sure, let's get all loosey-goosey about the set-in-stone laws about voting and vote-counting and vote-reporting.

That won't spark a civil war or anything.

And I'm sure the Democrats would be just jake if Republicans similarly wanted to ignore a few provisions of the voting law themselves.

Update, Via John Ekdahl: John Ekdahl has been giving me updates.

He says, despite what the news says about a judge denying a request for more time, that Palm Beach County has been given more time to finish their recount.

Update to the update: John says that Palm Beach missed the deadline, and they'll just have to submit the pre-recount numbers. He says he might have gotten confused about Palm Beach having been granted an extension -- maybe he was thinking about a lawsuit asking for that.

As for Broward, some good news:

That's a swing, I take it, from their last bullshit numbers, after they added thousands and thousands of votes for Nelson and Gillum.

Another update: John says we're now going to get a hand recount but only for the Senate race. The governor's race is separated by too many votes for a hand recount.

So now we're going to see ballots manipulated on camera again.

Oh, wow.

So they got what they were trying for: Having lost the game, they faked the score to get a Fifth Quarter to play in.

Logic and consistency mean nothing. Hypocrisy doesn't exist. They must support the perceived victim or risk being bad people and they will tell any lie, deny any obvious fact, ignore any position they previously defended as the only morally permissible one and in short do or say literally anything to get the "oppressed" across the finish line.

193 Democrats don't care about any laws. The look at a
situation, reach a conclusion based upon oppressed/oppressor, then cite
or ignore laws, precedents, evidence, The Constitution, eyewitnesses and
whatever they said last week about identical situations to support

This is a nice, succinct breakdown. Since the "oppressor" is western civilization in particular (and the human race in a broader sense) it basically explains how we are fucked.

I live in NYS. One day the police came to my door and said they had to officially inform me that my neighbor was applying for a pistol permit and purchasing a gun. They then asked if he had ever acted strangely or aggressive towards me. Then they went around my street knocking on doors like this.

It was just...weird. Even for them. You could tell the cops felt kind of awkward doing this and weren't too happy about it.
I think it's part of the SAFE act. They go around to all your neighbors like this. It's like gun shaming. What was I gonna do? Tell them he shouldn't have it? (I didn't, he's an okay dude.)

I mean I guess I'm sorta kinda okay to be on the safe side with them asking if you're some kind of known crazy person in town, but then again. I dunno, just off putting. And the cops would probably know that anyway already.

The couple who raised nearly half a million dollars for a homeless man after he gave his last $20 to the woman will face criminal charges as will the homeless man for making up the entire story, officials say.

"Mark D'Amico, Kate McClure and Johnny Bobbitt will face charges including conspiracy and theft by deception," NBC 10 reported on Wednesday.

NBC 10 reviewed a complaint that alleges the three "conspired with one another to make up a false story in order to raise more than $400,000."

332 All they have to do is not be batshit, and they just can't do it. And while being batshit they keep on with the disarmament pushes.

Bills in the House introduced to:

- Effectively ban homemade firearms, require registration of previously made ones, ban nearly all parts and tools for anything semiauto, and ban all publication of technical information and instructions related to them in any format

- Require all states to enact "red flag" laws allowing anyone to prompt a raid on anyone to seize their firearms for virtually any reason following an ex parte hearing

At least one, I think both, of these has GOP co-sponsors, by the way.

336 So YouTube competitor Bit Chute has been demonetized, cut off by PayPay for the violation of... being a competitor to a buddy company and daring to allow voices they hate to be heard.

This is the problem: we're told by these monopolies "if you want to put your content out, build a new platform!" Then if you do (Gab, Bitchute, etc) you get cut off and strangled by the tech giants anyway.

Now there has to be an alternative to Paypal set up, and then banks will cut that off, so new banks will have to be set up... you get the idea.

This reminds me a lot of the history of Jews and Dissenters (puritans, basically) in Europe. They weren't technically outlawed, but they were so strangled by pissant regulations and laws meant to starve them into submission and obliteration that they had to build entire infrastructures just to survive.

And they did, in fact, they did more than survive. for example, England banned dissenters from owning land or businesses within x miles of any city or port. So they couldn't realistically get their goods to market and F you, change or die.

So the dissenters... dug canals, to carry their goods to market. Which transformed England and commerce.

Jews have had to adapt that way throughout history. You can't own a business, Heeb! Oy Vey, I guess I'll start up a bank then.

And that's the future for conservatism. We have to make those kind of adaptations, innovations, and sidesteps or die.

Meanwhile, Hillsborough County (i.e. Tampa) also missed submitting recount votes because the vote total came out 843 votes lower than the first time because (they surmise) because of two power outages yesterday. (Power outages are as common in Florida as people are in the city.) For some reason, the Supervisor of Elections for Hillsborough feels empowered to make that decision. No transparency AFAIK on whether the recount was better for Nelson or Scott in Hillsborough.
