But like everything else, other stores, in order to get the customers, offered up pretty much the same undergarments, for a fraction of the cost.
And I think the whole "Victoria's Secret" image is old and worn-out. I don't think it even fits into comic gag routines anymore.

I know that a lot of clothing brands (Abercrombie and Fich, Aeropostale, etc.) have reported sales dropping. It was speculated that they catered so hard to the 90s kids generation that now the kids these days see those brands as "Old people clothes."

Another no-brainer marketing concept that worked really well for a long time - Extremely over-priced bits of silk and lace advertised everywhere. Women rushed to buy the stuff. But like everything else, other stores, in order to get the customers, offered up pretty much the same undergarments, for a fraction of the cost.
And I think the whole "Victoria's Secret" image is old and worn-out. I don't think it even fits into comic gag routines anymore.

But I was still emotionally raw about the anesthesia killing him the next morning after that surgery.
