The Obama State Department Subverted The Rule Of Law During The Investigation Into The Clinton Server Scandal

Laws are for the little people, and if an illegal and unsecured server was hacked by seemingly every one of our enemies...well, that's just the price of being a serf in the Obama/Clinton world.

State Department provided 'clearly false' statements to derail requests for Clinton docs, 'shocked' federal judge says

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth said he was "shocked" and "dumbfounded" when he learned that FBI had granted immunity to former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills during its investigation into the use of Clinton's server, according to a court transcript of his remarks.

"I had myself found that Cheryl Mills had committed perjury and lied under oath in a published opinion I had issued in a Judicial Watch case where I found her unworthy of belief, and I was quite shocked to find out she had been given immunity in — by the Justice Department in the Hillary Clinton email case," Lamberth said during Friday's hearing.

I wonder whether there is a critical mass of judges on the federal level who in spite of their partisanship are even more disgusted by the overt dismissal of the rule of law by the elites, and the explicit assumption that at a certain level within the government, all are immune?

I sure hope so.

55 At a certain point the Progtards' insistence on two codes of conduct and two rules of engagement makes people throw up their hands and quit trying to play along. We just saw this with the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings. In a few other legal cases judges have refused to play along with Progtard activists, lawyers, and prosecutors. I sense this will become more of a thing, as Trump doubles down on his agenda and the Progtards empty their rhetorical ammunition lockers.

67 Sadly, even a street-level judge in our system has the power to blow the Deep State story wide open. If a judge were so inclined, he/she could exercise all kinds of judicial power up to and including arrest and jailing of DOJ attorneys who lie to the Court. Attorneys could get disbarred. Judge could issue sweeping order for discovery in this case due to the lack of candor of the FBI and DOJ.

This whole Deep State morass is held together by bubblegum and duct tape. For example, if here, the Clinton email litigation opens up an artery in the Clinton beast, other shoes start dropping in other aspects of the case at large.

Same with the FISA judges. Same with the Inspector General. But it's not happening. Everyone that COULD make a difference remain passive cogs in the machine, doing nothing and maintaining the status quo.

169 The apposite question: WHY did Hillarhoid resort to a sneaky private email server?
++++++++
CLEARLY related to the Clinton Foundation, but the good lord knows that is the only the start. Hillary Clinton is the poster child for unethical, opportunistic, dishonest flame-throwing politicians everywhere.

Mitt Romney tried to follow the Clinton playbook on politics by hiring advisors to advise him on what positions to take on issues in order to win. But Mitt didn't pull it off well because he fell victim to one of the classic blunders - the most famous of which is "never get involved in a land war in Asia" - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Hillary Clinton didn't invent the political opinion by advisor gambit, Hillary Clinton IS political opinion by advisor."

Hillary never has changed her opinions on issues. Hillary Clinton has no opinions on issues. Her only principle is power. THIS is what made me so terrified about the prospect of her winning the Presidency. Once in office, we have literally no idea what she would do other than using the Power of the office for her own enrichment. Everything else is negotiable and ultimate decisions would be based on doing whatever it takes (illegal or otherwise) to maintain power. She is a detestable human being.

172 The downside to a proper takedown of the thugs, is that they're gonna have it all on film (so to speak)... and when the edit is done, YOU are gonna be the bad guy and go to jail.

They're organized this way.

They have the confrontationalits. The yellers, screamers and emoters, all up at the front line. Lot of females and soy boys, there.

The truly violent ones are in the rank immediately behind the front line. Those are the ones that'll quickly pop out between two emoters, swing the sock hiding the bike lock, break a skull and be back behind that line before the first blood hits the ground.

Interspersed with the second rank, are the videographers and photographers. They're HOPING you strike back, so they can film you, you vile, violent Nazi, you!

Third row are bulk replacements for the first two rows.

Fourth row are team leaders and mid level organizers.

A block to the rear are the real Colonels and General, armed with cel phones and two way radios.

They're directing the flow, the intensity, and give the commands as to when to commence and cease the violence.

A smart counterforce will have discretely scouted out that command element, and would devise a way to render them compromised or otherwise ineffective.

Ideally, while evading notice, capture and retribution, themselves.

You all best learn nasty, dirty, ruthless, small unit urban guerilla tactics, folks.

The other guys are way ahead in the study thereof.

We're better of course, in many actual military ways...but don't underestimate the foe, here. They're good at what they do, no matter how unconventional what they do, is.

But if the switch is ever turned to 11? We'll go through them like fire through a CA forest. With much the same result.

They have no idea of the restraint that's holding us back, and that bit of knowledge is to OUR advantage, for now. And the revelation thereof will come too late for them.

And I for one, won't give a shit.

Mitt Romney tried to follow the Clinton playbook on politics by hiring advisors to advise him on what positions to take on issues in order to win.

Yeah, about that. If you don't already know what positions you're supposed to support, then WTF are you doing in politics to begin with? And what makes you think that people want to vote for a candidate that has no idea what's really going on?

Hillary never has changed her opinions on issues. Hillary Clinton has no opinions on issues. Her only principle is power. THIS is what made me so terrified about the prospect of her winning the Presidency. Once in office, we have literally no idea what she would do other than using the Power of the office for her own enrichment. Everything else is negotiable and ultimate decisions would be based on doing whatever it takes (illegal or otherwise) to maintain power. She is a detestable human being.

Posted by: RichardWindsor at October 18, 2018 06:46 PM (db5dt)

Agree to a point, but Hillary cares about money. Had she been elected there would have been a Grand Bargain. Her band of white-trash Borgias would have been allowed to enrich themselves and the power-mad SJWs would turn the full force of the Administrative State on us deplorable.

The Clintons are naturally paranoid. Just like mobsters, their default is to always assume they're being watched and to minimize any information they're radiating.

The private server was just her natural instinct from the get-go. It would avoid FOIA requests and all that.

There's a lot of 'em do that. Private accounts so they can communicate without records.

Of course, Hillary did it stupidly. By trying to avoid giving her political enemies any ammunition, she opened the whole thing up the foreign intel hacking.

Far too overt.

Suppressed .22 pneumatic rifles, fired from the rear of a darkened retail space, through the open door, as the Commie Brass shuffles by.

Escape and Evade via the rear alleyway and into other business spaces on other side of alley. Stash rifles in pre-arranged hides, and emerge a block away, lookin' innocent n' whistlin' Dixie.

Two shooters, one rear guard. Minimal footprint, minimum bulk of force to aid speed in escape.

Aim at one of their feet as it hits the ground. That's a 1 second stationary target, even if they never stop walking. Easy shot, high pain level.

Compare Mitt Romney to Trump on the issue of leadership. Big difference. Trump, a true leader, is heading in the direction HE thinks best. We may agree or disagree with that direction, but the point is, he has one. Romney is your garden-variety poll-tested politician, circa 1989. EVERYTHING he says and does is filtered by and through his professional advisors. But fundamentally, this means Romney is following, not leading, on the issues.

229 I've recently been dealing with a State Court judge who has been sitting on papers (mine and everyone else I know) for several months to years at a time, has Court "rules" forbidding any telephone calls to Chambers, will not take faxes of "ex parte" letters i.e. who basically builds up a wall of "Rules" to allow her to get that sweet sweet gubmint paycheck while napping in her robing room.

She is also a Latina of color in progressive NYC, and so is doubly protected from any semblance of standards. Her career prior to becoming a Judge was basically working for a boro President, i.e. pure political hackery.

But, NYC is a one party town: so if you play the rubber chicken circuit, put in your time like a good apparatchik and particulalry if you have the right minority/victim/black/ghey/Latina identity you are completely protected.

A website that allows lawyers to anonymously rate Judges has her as one of the dumbest hammers in the bag, totally lazy, inept, rude --and did I mention lazy?

Federal Judges are even more protected.

So no I wouldn't count on a Judicial insurrection. I think we need the House to start impeaching any federal Judge who doesn't toss these overt Deep State criminals in the hoosegow.
