The Morning Report 9/14/18

treasonisas.jpg

Good morning kids. The weekend is here and mercifully, as Hurricane Florence is about to make landfall this morning, the last report I have was that it was downgraded to a category 1 storm late last night. It doesn't mitigate the danger or the potential for destruction so I hope that all of you who are in the path of this have already evacuated for safer grounds and that whatever damage and destruction that is wrought will be minimal. On top of that comes the news that there were massive gas explosions north of Boston that have set houses ablaze, with one reported death of a 17-year-old boy who was struck by a collapsing chimney. Prayers for him and family, as well as all affected.

Along with the politicization of the hurricane as well as the disgusting, desperate attempt for a last minute derailing of Brett Kavanaugh's inevitable and well-deserved confirmation as an associate justice on the Supreme Court, there is a story that is going to be lost in the sauce and I want to hit it and hard.

John Kerry, the shameless gold-digging, effete, elitist naif who participated in the Vietnam war (mostly as a propagandist for the NVA/VC) and served as Secretary of State to Prez'dnt Kenya-Kona Blend, has been conspiring with the Iranian regime to sabotage the foreign policy of the United States of America and the sitting President. From the IBD editorial linked below:

But far worse is his admission that he met "three or four times" with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif since Kerry left office. He admits talking about Trump's decision to exit the foolish Iran nuclear deal that Kerry helped craft, and other issues as well. And he didn't deny that he encouraged Iran to simply wait for Trump to leave office and a Democrat to come before taking any major actions...

...This goes far beyond the rights of former secretaries of state to "have conversations" with foreign leaders, as Kerry innocently claims. No, he was willfully and knowingly undercutting a legally enacted policy of the U.S. He was aiding Iran.

As we noted above, Kerry absurdly suggested Trump be sued for future imaginary deaths from an unreal adversary, global warming. Fair enough. Then why can't we take legal action against Kerry. After all, he put millions of American lives at risk of a terrorist nuclear strike.

Either charge Kerry with a crime under the Logan Act, or erase the law from the books. But don't pretend that what he did was right, or moral, or legal. It wasn't. Indeed, as we've said before, his actions verge on treason, given that he's aiding a sworn enemy of the U.S...

The editorial is talking about either charging this momzer under the Logan Act (or abolishing it entirely, which is another story for another time) but I emphasize the line in the pull quote for a reason. It can be reasonably argued that since 1979 a state of war has existed between Iran and the United States. They have engaged in terrorist acts that have killed US citizens and soldiers across the globe including since 2003 actual battlefields in Iraq and elsewhere in the Middle and Near East during a declared state of war. The incessant chants of "Death to America" is not rhetoric; it's an avowed policy aim. And putting aside the insane foreign policy of abandoning our allies and bowing down to our enemies during the 8-year Reign of Error, John Francis Kerry is openly and admittedly parlaying with an avowed, long-standing and dangerous enemy to undercut and undermine the foreign policy of the current administration of this nation. I think it took a lot of discussion for the IBD editorial board to write that this borders on treason. That said, I do not think it hyperbolic to say that this is, in fact, treason straight up.

Given then former-soldier John Kerry's performance in front of Congress in 1971 when he straight-up lied about atrocities committed on a routine basis by the US military in Vietnam and that it was fully sanctioned by the brass and by extension the administration, that right there is willfully giving aid and comfort to the enemy during a time of war. IIRC (and please correct me if I'm mistaken), Kerry might have actually met in secret with emissaries of the North Vietnamese government without the official approval of the US government. And that right there is you-know-what.

Back to the present day, none of this should come as a surprise given the revelations about Clinton, Obama, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Page, Strzok, Rosenskank, Mueller etc, et al. And the beat goes on. In a just and sane world, John Kerry should face the prospect of rotting in Leavenworth for this. Or worse. In a just and sane world.

Leading the news is Dianne Feinstein's disgusting, desperate attempt to derail what is sure to be the inevitable confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the SCOTUS. As is standard operating procedure for the Democrat-Left-Media complex, it's not about the truth but the seriousness of the charge. Kimberley Strassel picks apart Feinstein's phony flailing and makes the cromulent point to question the timing. It would be nice for a change if Chuck Grassley and the rest of the eunuch brigade that is the GOP called bullshit out loud and proud and just held the damn vote. But, like always, history has shown that the GOP always falls for the "seriousness of the charge" scam. I should know better than to put hope over experience but let's hope this time it's different.

Moving along to another story bound to be buried, the shooting in California on Wednesday was committed by - surprise! - a green card holder. And down the memory hole it goes before Camera Hogg can swoop in and step on his innie. And while we're on the subject, Kirsten Jello-Brains was for ICE before she was against ICE and now she's yet again for it. I guess headlines like a 10-time deportee being sentenced and now charged with Whoopi-rape-rape has electoral implications, even in New York State (more likely nationally since the bloated blonde boob fancies herself as presidential caliber come 2020).

On the political scene, as Mark Levin once again lets the media have it for their coverage of Hurricane Florence, Paul Ryno belched up that, contrary to the truth and by extension the President, he believes the propaganda about 3,000 Puerto Ricans dying as a result of Hurricane Maria. Recall that Ryno's best friend in Congress who gave him reach-arounds across the aisle to open our borders was none other than loudmouth Marxist and FALN-connected Luis Gutierrez. See also the link in healthcare about the failure to repeal Obamacare which, along with McCoCBrother is Ryno's fault. I guess they're banking on losing in November to preserve, protect and defend the bureaucracy. Scum, the lot of them.

In electoral politics, although Andrew Cuomo wiped the floor with "Dickless" Nixon in the NY Dem gubernatorial primary, the Democrat-Socialists within the state (most notably NYC) won a slew of primaries and will doubtless give him headaches should he win the governor's mansion in November. Meanwhile, ex-prexy Kenya-Kona Blend is utterly delusional about the Trump economy, Al Green owes it to the unborn to impeach Trump which is ironic considering he supports the genocide of black babies in utero, the Democrat-Socialists have a Joo-hate problem (which to them is a feature and not a problem), Leah Vukmir hits Tammy Baldwin for her botching of the VA scandal, and the latest thing in California is not a break-up but full-on secession and independence. Leave the inland, take the coasts.

From hither and yon, Rush and good Roger Simon on the Google revelations/confirmations, Tu-Ca roasts creepy porn lawyer Avenatti, Dershowitz debunks the PDT as co-conspirator fantasy, why PDT is keeping all the classified info close to the vest, what happens when a New York teacher fellates a teen student (spoiler alert: nothing much), they really know how to screen potential police officers in Minnesota and MR favorite Daniel Greenfield on the death of comedy vis a vis PC.

Have a great weekend and prayers for those in the path of Florence and up in Massachusetts.

Anyway, links from around the world, across the nation and up your street. Have a better one and remain blessed.

5 Good morning kids. The weekend is here and mercifully, as Hurricane
Florence is about to make landfall this morning, the last report I have
was that it was downgraded to a category 1 storm late last night.

Here is the latest I have from this morning:

Latest Hurricane Florence tracking path that I could find as of 5 pm yesterday. I could not get the Fox news graphic to work so you may want to check that. It has been reduced to a cat 1 now but it is now headed straight for me. But that projected path has been changing almost daily. And the radio news is predicting it will will be downgraded to a tropical depression by the time it hits me. But the weather is also predicting massive rain and wind speeds between 30 and 60 knots. We should be getting the leading fringes of it soon.

http://tinyurl.com/yc7vco8d

Looks like from the NOAA chart I should have tropical wind speeds by 0830. Outside air temps are already increasing now long before sunrise and the local weather is already reporting wind speeds up to 33 mph. May be moving to window rocker for observation.

Trump has called the Democrat Mayor of Wilmington, NC to reassure him of federal support for hurricane Florence.

FEMA has already rescued 150 people from New Bern, NC. One of my wife's sisters lives there. I wonder if she has heard from her. I will have to find out.

I want Devin Nunes to be the new Attorney General. I respect JackStraw a great deal for the research he does which our dickweed journalists are too lazy and dumb to do, but he misled me badly when he advised us to sit back and enjoy things when the first OIG report came out. First of all the summary of that was written by one of many dishonest people in the DOJ who gave Schmuck Schumer talking points that there was nothing to see here even though the data deeper in the report said otherwise. Second, whatever referrals came out of that are being slow walked by those slugs, Horowitz and Huber, so that nothing happens for any of us to enjoy. Meanwhile the Grand Inquisitor Mueller wrecking ball continues to swing in real time with no check on him.

This is all the responsibility of Jeff Sessions, a small man for a big job.

I looked at a six acre property not far from New Bern on a tidal creek not far from the Neuse River. If I had bought it, it would have two feet of water in it today and I'd be kicking myself. Most properties in that area are at eight or nine feet elevation.

I suspect that river is going to rise even higher as the rain continues.

36 My wife suggested that the Kavanaugh "scandal" might have something to do with "slam books", but I pointed out that they are a girl thing; guys don't do that. Really, I am only vaguely aware of how they work. So it led to an interesting conversation about the difference between boy culture and girl culture in school. How much of the difference is from other causes - 8 years in age; NY suburbs vs rural VA - we weren't sure, but we both think those are relatively minor.

"Locking" someone in a room - apparently alone, with easy egress - well, surely that's something the Sages at CNN will ponder at length. Is it as bad as Romney's treatment of his dog? My guess is that, now, it's worse, much, much worse. It's a kind of rape, I'm guessing.

79 >>Did you read what I wrote after what you quoted. Yes, the body of the report was far different than the whitewash summary which the MFM used to ignore everything. Meanwhile everything is being slow walked by Horowitz and Huber. I don't find it enjoyable to face another fucking day where nothing tangible is done by those loads while Mueller continues framing people in real time. Maybe you should answer why that doesn't bother you.

I'd like it to go faster, I just don't find it productive to sit hear ever day whining about it. Same reason I don't whine about wanting Christmas to come faster. It's pointless. I find it more productive to try and find out why it's taking so long.

As I've been saying all along and guys like Lee Smith and Sheryl Attkisson are writing about now, this is actually bigger than the 2016 election. The Obama administration and likely back into the Bush administration, were abusing the FISA process for years and spying on Americans without warrants. Take a moment and think about the implications of what is going to happen when that information is released.

Trump has the documents. Has for quite some time. Yet instead of releasing them immediately he tweets. He knows that it he will cause a shitstorm bigger than the 2016 election when all of this is released.

Meanwhile, despite the fact that indictments haven't come yet, the leadership of both the FBI and DOJ, the people who were involved with the 2016 conspiracy and many names who are never mentioned here, have either been fired or forced out. Why don't you ever talk about that? I though you wanted the swamp to be drained?

80 Volkswagen has ended its production of the Beetle. It was inevitable. What made this car popular among the youth of the day was its low cost due to no frills construction. Even moving the production plant to Mexico did not help. The cost of the new iconic Beetle in 1965 was about $1600, the equivalent of about $13000 today. I don't think you can buy a car in the US now for less that $20,000.

Totally unrelated to any major news event but I was surfing youtube at 3am when I decided to click on a Lawerence Livermore Labs video of a nuclear bomb explosion. (If you have seen one, you have seen them all.)

The video played for about five seconds and then stopped and a very helpful Google diagnostic popped up to help me diagnose my internet connection problem.

As I read through the hints and tips to solving this vexing bandwidth problem at a time of day when internet usage is at its lowest, I began to suspect that Google has shadow banned Lawerence Livermore and was blocking playback of this video.

Google would never do such a thing, would they?
It must have been that Windows 10 update broke something. I'm sure of that.

All the other video small kittens, puppies, shipwrecks, Cube, Fails, and etc and so forth play without interruption. Itsa mystery.

Back to the present day, none of this should come as a surprise given the revelations about Clinton, Obama, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Page, Strzok, Rosenskank, Mueller etc, et al.

You guys (Capt. H, Huck et al) don't have to read JackStraw's comments if they anger you. Just skip over them.

He has a better handle on this issue than anyone else on the blog. I've been doing my best to keep up with the ever-expanding corruption and criminality and I welcome his remarks. Oftentimes he reminds me of aspects I had forgotten, and frequently he brings up new information I have missed.

I happen to agree with his assessment. Maybe that's because, like him, I have spent many hours seeking as much info as I can. I don't want him to stop talking on this platform because others complain. Like I said, you really don't have to read it.

135 >>I have to agree with Cpn Hate here. Any fair reading of what you posted for months would be "just wait until that OIG report comes out".

Well there's a shock.

One report is out, many were fired. Another is on the way and despite some saying that there are no criminal investigations for months, there are and we got the confirmation that a grand jury has been hearing information on McCabe (at least) for months. Oddly, that's not much of a topic of conversation around here.

I can't make it go faster. All the bitching and moaning doesn't make it go faster. Trump is in no danger from Mueller and the counter investigations are continuing. We'll see what happens.

Scream away if that makes you feel better. I'd rather try and figure the bigger picture of what really happened and where all of this is going. Things like who is Rinat Akhmetshin and how much does he figure into this whole thing.

You misunderstand their strategy. They are not going with maneuver warfare, trying to win a big battle. It's attrition, and the only point is to create the narrative that the administration is full of scandals. Doesn't matter if none of it has stuck so far. They are waiting for something to stick, then the rest of the BS will be just scenery, setting the mood they want.

And it's not clearly failing. Given the actual state of the country, and the way the left-Dem-media are behaving, we should be more like +30 in the generic ballot, and Trump should be near 60% approval. Neither is the case. No doubt the figures are skewed, but they can't skew them THAT much. That doesn't mean they're winning. Yet. But they aren't losing yet, either.

I do have hopes that Trump can beat them. But don't dismiss their antics. The enemy knows what they are doing a lot of the time.

It is Sessions that has proven to be the weak link, because it didn't matter what Horowitz turned up ifDeputy Dawg won't/can't prosecute. Because we know the effective actual AG, Rod Rosendickbreath, has no intention to do so.

I saw a 'push-pin' map last night of the 'sploded homes. All over the map at random locations in an eight mile long area. Very selective.

There has to be some commonality.

What is odd is the gas meters should be regulating the pressure from the main line into the house to a low pressure. Although if the line pressure it went way up for some reason, a huge spike, the regulator in the meter might not function correctly.

To be clear, what I say is just my opinion. I'm not asking anyone to agree with me. Everyone has their own opinions and that's fine by me.

My expectations and goals might be different from yours. More than anything, I want the people who have been committing crimes and twisting our government removed so this stuff doesn't happen again and I do consider that a big deal even if you don't. Many have been removed already and more will be. I get that many don't care about that and only care about prosecutions. That has always taken much longer, it's not unique to this case which just happens to be the biggest and most complex scandal in US history.

Perhaps Huber or persons in DoJ or the White House are doing that, and we peons don't know about it. I hope that's the case. If we have to rely on existing Congressional committees to do "integrated" investigations of this situation, that's not wholly encouraging to me.

Sessions announced months ago that Huber was being teamed with Horowitz. Huber is supposed to be calling a grand jury, or so I guessed. When I heard Huber was being assigned, I once again was suckered into thinking that Sessions was playing some 3D chess moves and Huber was going to show some results. After all, Huber was not from DC, it seemed to make sense.

No, just Sessions yelling "squirrel!" once again. Now what I do find interesting is the new info that Sara Carter reported tying the FBI/DoJ to making the leaks to WAPO, NYT, and CNN. This proves they all were part of the fake Russian scam. Three Flaming Skull corruption. This has all now been proved on nightly TV. How can the AG refuse to prosecute the corrupt leadership when the proof is now public?

This crap drives me nuts. So much corruption, and the press ignores it, in fact is part of the scam. Only a real AG can start cleaning this up.

262 >>No, just Sessions yelling "squirrel!" once again.

All of that was hinted at in the 2nd IG report which then became part of the next phase of his investigation, leaks and FISA abuse.

Have a look at the graphics indicating all of the contacts between the DOJ/FBI and the media. This is from the 2nd Horowitz report.

https://tinyurl.com/ybvuktm4

Sara Carter has done a great job of reporting all of this for well over a year but she isn't finding the texts, they are being given to her. And they are being given by the people doing the investigation.

I have no idea all of the prosecutorial steps being taken. Nobody does. That's how it's supposed to work. We had hints at a grand jury for quite some time but it wasn't confirmed until a couple weeks ago.

Posted by: JackStraw at September 14, 2018 08:57 AM (/tuJf)

263 as well as the military tribunal comments Graham made, he also said Trump could get an AG in which he would have confidence ... I think it was framed as "after the election".

Graham seems to be on board with fighting the sedition/treason. imo, a lot may well be happening, which is why they are so hysterical. What pushed Kerry to go to Iran? To try to keep them on board with the shadow government battle plan?

Feinstein acting crazy as well ... deep China ties.

Kerry long term "treason".

All those people involved in sending pallets of cash to Iran ... who funded the terrorists and trained (or were directly involved) in the IEDs that killed American.

and that doesn't cover that bailouts for billionaires. and after 9/11, our state of war turned our intel agencies loose, which was sorta good, but clearly bad actors got involved and spied on honest Americans to destroy them ... (and used the IRS and other agencies as weapons against patriots)

Sessions was in the swamp so long, he may be too close to the bad guys, and may compromised on ... locking a woman in a room in high school, who knows. But there is no way he should have let Rosenstein go un-tethered so long ... he could come out from recusal to stop the insanity.

Or maybe it is one giant two year "sting", and Wray and Huber are secretly patriots, while seeming to still be swampy. idk

265 We have documented proof that many years ago Judge Kavanaugh entered a longterm and continuing contract with a woman that was sexual in nature and actually resulted in the birth of two children, both of whom, along with numerous other underage females, were routinely put through extreme labor in fields under the hot sun under his strict supervision misusing municipal government facilities for what he calls "softball practices" and 'softball games'. For these nefarious ends, Judge Kavanaugh acts under nom de guerre "Coach K' which is obviously based on his secret relationship with the KGB and KKK. We cannot continue this confirmation process for this monster.

In my day job I frequently get FOIA requests from prison inmates looking for copies of state regulations, obscure legislation, etc. One of my regular correspondents wrote in yesterday with a lengthy account of how the guards at one of the prisons are allegedly in cahoots with a street gang and have allowed dangerously psychotic inmates to come into possession of master keys to the cells in an entire cellblock. The correspondent in question has been in and out of the clink several times for burglary and armed robbery. Yes, he might be nuts but I hate to say what he wrote about sounds entirely plausible. Trump already ha his plan.

1. Fire Sessions and Rosenstein day after elections,.

2. Law says Trump can appoint Acting AG from his cabinent without Senate approval for 6 months.

3. As long as Trump nominates a new AG, and is stymied by Senate, the appointee can say on for another 6 months

Posted by: Jonah at September 14, 2018 08:56 AM (WvgEG)

So Trump appoints an already approved cabinet member and then nominates someone that the Senate would never approve and let's the shit show begin. Then after they reject, run up another?

So Trump could play the "Prisoner's Dilema" on them indefinitely, if he has a solid preapproved replacement in mind.

That would be funny.

Just checked the tide chart for New Bern, next high is at 1:05 PM, which means we're just two hours into the incoming.

For non-ocean people, there are two high and two low tides a day, more or less, on a 12.5 hour cycle.
