Leaked Video Shows Google's Leaders Disparaging Trump Voters, Scheming to "use the great strength and resources and reach we have to continue to advance really important values"

Private monopolies can do whatever they want. I mean, sure it's illegal to use a dominant market position as leverage to advance another business product -- Microsoft was sued for using its dominance in operating systems to try to give its Netscape browser an advantage over competitors -- but our well-paid-off "conservative" shills will tell us it's no problem for an outright monopoly to scheme to use its power to squelch some businesses and competitors and an entire political movement.

Tucker Carlson reported on an email which shows that Google tried to Hack the Election for Hillary. Specifically, a senior Google employee bragged that she had used Google's power to try to boost Hispanic turnout in some states, in order to help Hillary win.

She called this a "silent donation."

Google will not clarify what she meant by making a "silent donation."

59 New Google documentary:

http://missliberty.com/the-creepy-line-film-news/

"An eye-opening documentary, The Creepy Line reveals the stunning degree to which society is manipulated by Google and Facebook and blows the lid off the remarkably subtle -- hence powerful -- manner in which they do it.

The Creepy Line is a title taken from the words of former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, when during a 2010 interview he explained Google's code of conduct: 'The Google policy on a lot of things is to get right up to the creepy line and not cross it.' However, as Dr. Robert Epstein explains in the film, 'Google crosses the creepy line every day.'

Containing interviews with Jordan B. Peterson, Peter Schweizer, and others, The Creepy Line offers an explosive look at the meddling and intervening done by Google and Facebook on their supposedly 'neutral platforms'."

Not quite.

The way Windows works, the user is 'browsing' the computer the way you browse a website. IE was always used for internal UI browsing and interactions. So MSFT would 'prefer' IE for most actions, including web browsing.

It may have done other shenanigans to make Firefox et al work less efficently, but Internet Explorer always WAS part of the OS. It doesn't differentiate between 'file explorer' and 'internet explorer' or it didn't back in the day. Same program, more or less, was used for both. Just skinned differently and pointing at different stuff, internal vs external.

Yeah, the architecture for FF is primitive. It worked well for a limited period of time but it isn't adaptive. There aren't a lot of employees working on design and bug fixing for it. They lean a lot of volunteers, who usually have better things to do than dive deep into figuring out why someone else's browser doesn't work right.

And in that time, Netscape was king, then along came Windows 95, the shenanigans, the suit, and then even more close tying of the Explorer/IE functionality, which never made sense, from a technical standpoint, why you would want to do such - browse local files same as internet - when it was heretofore separate protocols and needs.

it mentions how Google worked with DARPA early on.
imo, DARPA basically morphed into Google, and was the foundation of much of Google's desire and ability to spy on us, on everyone. It would make sense our DeepState would then extend their baby into a PsyOp for control of people (especially you deplorables).

NSA could spy on everyone, but Google was interactive, and self funding with almost a trillion in people investing their pension into TheGlobalistSpyMachine. (GOOG now worth $815B in stock, restructured as Alphabet Inc)

For Win 3x, the GUI was just a mask. It was still actually all command line scripts behind the screens

All 'clicking' on anything did was execute a command line operation.

Win 95 was different, though still based on DOS of course, in that the operating system did more than just hide the command line.

IE's function has changed in later OS, I think starting with Win 7? Definitely with Win 8 and 10.

There is a linux phone due out or out and there are always old dumb phones. Apple is no better, IMO, and in either case, you will likely lose access to each' apps, if that is important to you.

Otherwise, it is an uphill battle to de-evil-spying-ify yourself. The hardware is cheap, because you are the product.

Your

aims and goals.

Let the market decide. Leftists don't want the market to dictate success, because it opens the curtain to the little man hiding behind it pulling the levers. I recall finding it funny that Zuckerberg seemingly invited government "regulations" to protect data integrity and content on social media, that I am sure he would have helped write. Of course, the ultimate goal would be to ensure that FB remained an untouchable monopoly.

As a software developer I was obliged to try different phones constantly for a few years. The best phone OS I've had hands down was the windows phone (Nokia 96. The operation was flawless, it connected seamlessly with android and apple, and worked a treat with my PC.

The phone actually went for a swim in the ocean and dropped into a hot bathtub and came out unscathed both times. The Androids always gave me issues after updates, and most apps or software would balk at some point. Apple's iTunes are straight out of the friggin' stone age. To have to use a separate app to sync/backup is ridiculous, as is the inability to actually access files on the #$% phone. The windows phone was like having a small version of my PC. All photos, videos, files were on my PC or vice-versa instantly.

M$ screwed the pooch with the public, ruining their chance at being a player. The OS8 tile system was cool and different, a much cleaner idea than all the crappy little icons on the other 2.

Okay. It's time I brought this up.

There will never be another black president in the next 100 years.

Like NYC Mayor David Dinkins, LA City Mayor Tom Bradley, Massachusetts Governor Patrick Deval, NYS Governor David Paterson, once history is made by electing "The First Black (whatever). . . " the motivation to elect a black politician goes away.

Especially when Dinkins and Patrick and Obama screwed things up so bad and people realized they were willing to sacrifice quality for history.

Well, Obama is the David Dinkins of the federal government and now Trump is the Rudy Giuliani cleaning up his mess and proving how bad his predecessor was.

Michelle will never run for president.

i dunno. i'm a bit of a techie, having made money from programming since that meant COBOL on a B800 while I was still in high school and i like apple.

mind you, i didn't get involved with apple at all until the MacOS 8.mumble days, just in time for the original fruit-flavored iMacs to appear. i gather that i'm one of the few that liked the hockey puck mouse.

got more heavily involved when macos x came out because i've never been a windows fan; i'm a cp/m nut and thought the worldwide takeover by ms-dos and the ibm pc was a horrible tragedy.

but i didn't really become an apple fan until i started studying russian and found that i could work on homework by simply firing up vi in a terminal window and nattering away in cyrillic. including combining diacritics (marking accents). wrote myself a simple flashcard program in Lua using just plain old vi and just plain old Lua. and the system had no difficulty handling files with russian filenames.

yeah, the hardware's closed; my first mac was a beige g3 with actual *gasp* pci slots. my current mac is a trusty mac mini that i dearly love and have never needed to open.

420 258 Why can't conservatives start their own Google?

It's not just about email and search - few of you understand how much of your daily lives are affected by Google data.

Here is a dirty little secret; quite a lot of Google's empire was built upon rampant lawbreaking - they outright stole vast quantities of data while driving competitors and former partners out of business. Entire categories of data-gathering industries are simply gone.

This is a one-time deal - you can't repeat it, because the entities they killed off aren't around anymore to pillage, and that which they stole has not been maintained properly because like a lot of lefties, they have the shit-midas touch.

Conservatives can start up a new web search, or a free email client, or a video hosting service. Nobody is going to successfully launch a new panopticon under Google's watch.

Messing did not read the article, thought Sarandon was giving Trump positive credit for something related to women. Which caused her mind and her Twitter to explode in silly hate.
