Broward County Sheriff's Mantra: Got To Put In That 20 Without Actually Doing The Job!

Here is the Leviathan at work. These fat and happy deputies couldn't be bothered to do their jobs, and simply sat back, ate donuts, harassed soccer moms and let a bunch of kids die.
Deputies faulted over Parkland shooter tips, but neither one is fired

Two sheriff’s deputies will keep their jobs and avoid serious consequences after an investigation into how they handled tips about Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz.

Their only mistake, according to an internal investigation, was failing to write official reports.

Of course they weren't fired...the point of these bloated government entities is not to do the job, it is to perpetuate the organism, which exists to serve its parts. And holding itself accountable for its failures too often means an internal investigation and a few slapped wrists.

There were far too many breakdowns in this sordid mess to convince me that they were a result of individual failures. It is an institutional problem, and requires wholesale changes, which will never happen.

And it is assured when the entire county apparatus is controlled by the Demoncrap Party. That is what is wrong with this Hell hole. And the voters asked for it. The entire county is populated by locusts who migrated down from the NE. The original FL residents moved out.

80 "Deep State" is tied to the oligarchs and mafia (mostly one and the same, as with Ford selling the trucks to the Nazis for WW2) -- and they run the money to their players (currently running the coup, and clever enough to have taxpayers fund it).

But their army -- "The Broad State" -- is made up of the bureaucracy and all the public unions. Retire early after having a job for life, regardless of not actually doing the job (Johnny can't read, or Johnny's got a Gun). And they are the foundation for campaigning and funding the Dem/Commies, bravely teaching our kids how terrible America is.

An (county) EMT was talking to me a couple weeks ago, complaining he'd have to work 25 to get his golden retirement, others only had to put in 20. The concept that maybe they should save like the private sector does is foreign. And quite often the public sector pays more, even without figuring job security and early golden retirement.

Consider the scenario. Her key doesn't work, a guy opens the door, she assumes he's a burglar and blows him away.

Now I'm no expert, but I rather doubt that burglars change the locks on apartments they are burgling. Asking him what he's doing there would seem to be a good first thing to do in this situation, assuming you didn't look around to make sure that your key didn't work because you were in the wrong goddamned place.

And by threatened, well, use your imagination.

Watched some of the Fed Ex playoffs 3 rd round and they literally showed Tiger on the practice range and practice putting green multiple times in between showing other players playing their round. If you know how golf coverage is sans Tiger, you would know this is beyond normal. They actually show him standing at the tee box for an extended period waiting for his turn. 255 To me, nothing could be less interesting than tennis or the people who play it. The disturbing part of it is the USTA blatantly siding with one player over another. They can't see how immoral and inappropriate that is. And this explains what's wrong with so many institutions today.

I got sent a Letter from the Draft Board for not Registering for the draft...

They sent it to Petty Officer X, at my Fleet Post Office Address.

Whole ship had a laugh about that one.

259 Well I guess the horses should be safe from flooding then. The international ones might have delays to get flights home. Prayers for all the folks about to get slammed with rain. Colorado was majorly flooded by 12-18 inches of rain over 2-3 days. Lots of rock and way less vegetation to help absorb water here but 3 feet of water has to bad news anywhere.

It's a funny thing about trees. People think they're all perfectly balanced and stuff. If you cut them down for a living, or just occasionally, and wish to escape death, you know that's just not true. They're actually completely unbalanced, and weigh multiple tons. They all have a direction they 'want to fall' that you have to figure out before firing up the chainsaw. If the ground gets soggy enough, there is absolutely nothing preventing them from tipping over in the direction they 'want to fall'.

I do annual inspections and log the results in a database.

I'll let the Felon offer the prayers, but 36 to 48 inches of rain in that area is gonna be really bad.

Neither Seles nor Hingis were great. Good, yes, but not great.
You may argue that they just didn't SEEM great because Stefi was around. Doesn't matter.

Fair or not, there was no sense of great vs great competition, of triumph over a truly worthy opponent.

268 Well, driveway status now 95% weeded and raked. There is an ornamental bush (that bears purple flowers) and a couple of agave plants that need pruned/dead leaves culled. And a rotten hunk of railroad tie that needs to be cut up and trashed. But it looks as good as it ever looked since I have owned the place.

She sounds like an idiot. Or a drunk. Maybe both. Either way, Dallas taxpayers can look forward to a multi-million dollar payout on the civil suit.

The Minnesota case, where the Somali cop shot dead the white Australian woman who'd called 911, has produced evidence that two different PD psychiatrists red-flagged this Somali as unfit to serve during his evaluation period. The shrinks said he responded poorly to stress, and had poor people skills. There was also evidence that he was intentionally avoiding responding to calls near him during his training period. Instead of taking the call, he would drive around in circles. He was obviously a nervous, cowardly bitch, but they still hired him as a cop. Gee, I wonder why?

272 How is Sessions FL FBI investigation coming along?--the one PDT charged him with completing ASAP.

Posted by: Under Fire at September 09, 2018 02:12 PM (r9UYA)

THIS is all the evidence we need in order to demonstrate that Jeff Sessions is a terrible, passive Attorney General. All this dude had to do was impose a deadline of, say 60 - 90 days, for an initial report on the FBI/local LEO failures and recommendations for follow-up. If the top law dawg says it's a priority, then it's supposed to be a priority.

This incident occured almost a year ago; it doesn't take that long to sort-out who screwed up and how since it's ALL internal failures. The investigators know where to find the deadwood that fvkced up and said deadwood have to give the investigators full cooperation if they want to remain employed.

Other than being decent on illegal alien enforcement policy, Sessions has been pretty conspicuous in his absence. But even there, he has apparently not stirred himself to defend his subordinates in ICE that have been accused of being "thugs" and threatened by Donk politicians.

Jeff Sessions est fututio ignominiam et non moralis fragmen merda

273 13 It could be worse.
It could Dallas' affirmative action hire cop gets off the elevator of her apartment complex, puts her key in what she thinks is her apartment door, it doesn't work, guy comes to the door, opens it, she shoots him dead.
The cop has an IQ of a bean bag chair.
She draws on and shoots an unarmed legal resident of his own apartment.
He dies.
She still has her job.

278 Ginger. Today I made sweet ginger refrigerator pickles for the first time. The syrup is sugar:vinegar 5:3 with 1/2 jar allspice berries and two big fat ginger hands sliced paper thin on the mandolin. As the syrup boiled, the ginger shriveled to nearly nothing. Just wisps of evanescent ghostly super thin tissue floating around all over the place.

Wanna see 'em? They belong in a pickle museum.
