So... the site is so dangerous it must be destroyed before trial, and a judge decided these men posed no threat and should be released on signature bond?

My guess is that the prosecutor and cops had no case, which is why the charges they brought against the guys were lame, to begin with. If I were the judge I would probably hold those responsible for the destruction of the crime scene in contempt for a few years.

If any of these jihadis are illegals or green card holders then they should just be deported. If they are naturalized citizens then find if they kept citizenship in the countries they came from (against their Oath of Renunciation) and strip their citizenship and deport them.

And move these cops and prosecutors to other jobs ... jobs that don't require much competence ...

201 Heartbreaking story here in CO. A man killed his wife and two young daughters. The mom was also 15 weeks pregnant so 3 children. They went missing and he denied any involvement. Following clues, they discovered the mom's body buried at place where the husband worked - some petroleum/oil field. They are now looking for the little girls. They're lucky it's not CA, where back rent and current rent are different things, legally. The guy in my brother's place was six months behind, and he finally cut my brother a check for a single month. That makes him current on the rent as far as eviction goes, and the back rent is a separate civil matter.

I'm with ya. That said, judges can overrule DAs, and can make decisions on their own. In fact, in certain types of trials they can ser aside jury verdicts. So this judge is either an idiot...or...no, she's an idiot.
