Thing is, they are not a real network. A network is an organization of many nodes which are linked together in some manner to transmit information in both directions. In the broadcast industry lots of local affiliates linked together. CNN is, as I understand it, one single producing node that sends content over infrastructure owned and operated by others. One might argue that Hannity is as far over the top pro-Trump as 90% of these hacks were over the top for Obama. But Fox overall has not been some sort of pro-Trump bandwagon (Shep Smith is certainly a lefty POV) and Trump deals just fine with that.
Maybe if CNN or MSNBC were even remotely objective in their coverage of Trump, they might not find him so difficult to deal with.

That data is inconclusive. Files could have been hacked and transferred to a local computer, then transferred at USB speeds, before being disseminated.
There is no conclusive link from that data, that I have seen, that says that grouping of files studied were the first instance of them lifted from the DNC servers.

There's a TV show called Botched that follows two very well regarded plastic surgeons. One specializes more on noses, the other on breasts. They get the horror story cases.
Apparently, at least for a while, you didn't need to be board certified to do elective plastic surgery. So there were doctors who didn't specialize in surgery at all who were doing nose jobs and boob jobs and etc.
So these guys would get cases where some dentist just sort of winged it and didn't follow any sort of best practices.
Even worse would be the people who traveled to Mexico or Brazil to get things done that even American dentists refused to do.
So yeah, if you're looking to get plastic surgery done, look for someone who is ABMS certified and be prepared to pay a bit more.
