Washington Post, Hit Piece 1: Kavanaugh Is So Poor His Debts Exceed His Savings!
Washington Post Hit Piece 2: "The Elite World of Brett Kavanaugh"

Two, two, two dying newspapers in one!!!

Hit Piece One: LOL, Brett Kavanaugh can't manage his paltry finances and sometimes gets short on money!!!

The Washington Post breathlessly reported this major news:

White House spokesman Raj Shah told The Washington Post that Kavanaugh built up the debt by buying Washington Nationals season tickets and tickets for playoff games for himself and a "handful" of friends. Shah said some of the debts were also for home improvements.

In 2016, Kavanaugh reported having between $60,000 and $200,000 in debt accrued over three credit cards and a loan. Each credit card held between $15,000 and $50,000 in debt, and a Thrift Savings Plan loan was between $15,000 and $50,000.

The credit card debts and loan were either paid off or fell below the reporting requirements in 2017, according to the filings, which do not require details on the nature or source of such payments. Shah told The Post that Kavanaugh's friends reimbursed him for their share of the baseball tickets and that the judge has since stopped purchasing the season tickets.

So he ran up, briefly, a bunch of credit card debt buying season tickets on behalf of friends and then had most of that debt paid off when his friends paid him back.

Wow.

But what can you expect when you're living in, as another Washington Post article has it, The Elite World of Brett Kavanaugh.

If they only knew how elite -- look at Brett Kavanaugh getting off as he lords it over the homeless, showing off all the food he has!

That's what refined my opinion of PDT. I noticed that the same people who hated him also hated me, and in some cases were even so bold as to call me "deplorable" because I dared believe in American Principles like equal justice before the law, hard work, honesty and stuff like that there.

He was a superior court judge in NJ for eight years before he resigned to go to private practice, which is pretty strange. Fox hired him more as a celebrity than anything, but treats him like he is a judicial expert and star. He's not. He's more like some hack judge in backwater USA you hear about that gets caught with his third DUI, or like the judge in Detroit that was finally impeached after it was discovered he was in a sexual affair with a plaintiff that began after he was assigned her case.. against her former husband.

I mostly laugh at his opinions on Fox and don't believe any of what he declares legally. He's wrong more often than not.

257 Congress can rest now - they've been advertising their impotence so loudly and for so long, that it's pretty clear DOJ, FBI, and many others have received the message. Wray, Rosie, and now even this ridiculous dipshit Strzok defy them, in public, with impunity.

Goodlatte says this ain't over. It's pretty close to over. Didn't start this year, or over this case, but the erosion of congressional authority is now pretty much an open secret - paired with derision for people like Goodlatte - among those that matter (hint: not the voters, since they've been indifferent during the entire long process).

It's a black parody. Strzok's ridiculous, arrogant performance (his explanations are idiotic, his knowledge and attitudes sadly about what you'd expect from "elite" Beltway operatives these days) is perhaps a tie with Wray's post-IG press conference, wherein he smacked all the doubters down with the incredible fact that the FBI's intern program receives lots of applications.

For the NATO Trip it was "Trump's Chaotic Trip to London"

The next story was, literally, captioned "Trump White House Chaos..."

And they run it under the story the whole freakin time, like some kind of Clockwork Orange subliminal conditioning for retards.

I watched a bit of it at dinnertime. Every Dem started their five minutes with totally off topic criticism of the Trump administration , that ranged from children being separated from their parents to Trump is insulting our allies. Then they would reiterate that Strozk served in the military and thank him for his service. Then some trite comments about how grateful they are to the courageous men and women of the FBI who work tirelessly ever day to keep the USA and especially the Congress members safe. Finally, after Goodlatte would start chiding them to ask a question of the witness, they would ask some nonsensical thing about how James Comey should have not come out with his statement about Hilary Clinton's investigation being reopened before the election and did Strozk believe that cost her the win?

There was a female Rep. representative from GA, who was direct and sabre like in her questions who made Strozk answer about what he was doing in HR today , how would he handle an agent whom he discovered was having an affair or was a lead investigator and had a series of work phone texts.

His answers were that he would do nothing basically, that those situations were no ones business. She was incredulous.

"Say what you want about Gowdy.

That was the only time all day that Strozk was damn close to shitting his pants. "

I'll add a brief, professional aside. I'm a trial lawyer (ducks) and without excessive horn blowing say that I've won more than I've lost. IMO Gowdy is a classic, second-rate trial lawyer. Flashy "liah!" lines of questioning generate a momentary level of interest, but don't reinforce your theme. You need to pick a theme, tell a story, and tell it through your witness.
Here: "Sztrok is a bad man! I liar! Biased!" is not much of a story.

A better questioner, IMHO would develop the theme that Sztrok found no evidence of collusion. Started an investigation without any evidence. And still has no evidence of Trump Russia collusion.
His "bias" is (should be) secondary to showing the American people that the whole investigation is a sham.
With Gowdy's style of questioning, too many ill informed people would just end up confused: "OK Sztrok is a little out of control, but that doesn't change whether Trump colluded with the Russians..."

I can understand your point and agree with it, but the FBI and DOJ were instructing Sztrok NOT to answer any questions that have to do with the Mueller investigation. That was evident from this morning's testimony and into this evenings. He would get a paper from the FBI lawyer behind him and he would simply say he couldn't answer the question.

So you might as well impugn the witness as much as you can so nothing he's produced has value to a court.

354 when they forensically examined Hillary's 30,000 "lost emails" they found an anomaly in all but four of them. The anomaly was a hacking mark from a foreign entity(not Russia) and Comey and Sztrok were told this by the IG and they did nothing about it. Then Sztrok testified today to Gohmert that he had no knowledge of Hillary's emails being hacked.

Whoa. That's huge. Yes, that would have been better. We all get outraged and say things we wish we hadn't. Not that Strokeboy didn't deserve it, but that other info is HUGE. sonofabitch. What fvcking country was reading ALL her e-mails. From other people too. Unfvcking believable.

Now, back to trans bathrooms and inclusion.

357 Kavanaugh is the Pope's man.
The pope is a Commie.
Commie leader is Putin.
Putin owns Kavanaugh.
Trump appointed Kavanaugh.
Ergo, Putin controls Trump. QED.

Sucks that the interior-decorating field is so overcrowded, and the fellows (heh) have to take on such demeaning work.

Good locations! So much could be done there! Maybe a presidential library, but I'm planning on using the UN building in NYC for mine.
