Because everyone who did was knowledgeable of her secret server and those people - the president, staffs of the House and Senate Foreign Affairs Committees, high up people in the intelligence and defense communities, probably important media people - all knew what she was doing. There was no way there was going to be an indictment of Hillary without bringing all of those others into the mud and that is too many very important people.

Yep. That's why the NY AG filed a criminal lawsuit against Trump and his family in CIVIL Court the day before the IG report came out. They were trying to take the oomph out of the report's release.
One other thing people are missing is this report does not cover the FISA abuses or anything about spying on the Trump campaign, that is still ongoing. All this covered was the hillary email gate stuff.

I read the section headings. 1-9 are not new. I had already seen 10 and 11 but only since yesterday. It does look like a good analysis but it's TL;DR. First couple of sections, on process, are important and not well understood.
I agree that it's a good analysis but it relies on people taking the time to read it.

Comey may have sent government-business-related e-mails through his google or whatever account, but did those e-mails contain classified or top secret information? If they did, then hell yes, he should have been criminally prosecuted and he should never have been anywhere near the Hillary investigation . . . oops, the Hillary "matter." But if Comey's e-mails didn't contain classified or top secret material, then he didn't commit the same crimes that Hillary clearly did. That's not to say Comey didn't do anything wrong. The rules about using only government e-mail servers to conduct government business exist for very good reason. Comey, (and Obama and Lynch and apparently pretty much everybody else in the crooked Obama administration) were violating the e-mails rules and they should be held accountable for those violations. But none of that in any way excuses the failure to charge Hillary criminally for her crimes, which were blatant, and inexcusable.

One other sidenote on #IGReport. Anyone notice there are only FBI texts? No doubt Horowitz would have included DOJ texts if he had them. Which leads to conclusion that DOJ didn't retain them. Convenient for DOJ. And unfortunate for FBI, which takes the bigger hit.

threw a big end of school party every year on the farm. Got bigger every year - he had older brothers who did it before him. He charged a cover and started selling shirts even (kid's last name Fest) printed on it. rented carnival rides. So yep, one year it got shut down.
State liquor was like, so you got a license to vend sonny? It got ugly.
