The Morning Report 6/6/18

johnnyb.jpg

Good morning kids. Midweek and on this 74th anniversary of the Invasion of France, there's lots to talk about so let us commence. First up, in the Mueller witch hunt, the President's Tweet late yesterday stating that the spy operation against him had been going on since at least 2015 sent the usual gang of momzers and deviants into convulsions of rage, it's been determined that a large number of documents seized during the Gestapo-like raid on the President's personal attorney Michael Cohen were, in fact, protected under attorney-client privilege (shocking, right?), the Manafort defense team is firing back at Mueller for smearing them with the accusation of witness tampering, the good Roger Simon wants the freakin' IG report released already before the Deep State hacks can alter it (FYI - anyone mentioned in the report evidently has the right to read it before its release, which begs the question WHY?), and the great Daniel Greenfield and J.R. Dunn with some analysis on what this whole damn thing means. Too bad they didn't consult with Johnny Isakson (R)-Uminant, who has reassured us that Mueller's appointment and investigation is totally kosher. Somewhere, a flaming sack of dung is longing to be applied to his countenance...

Actually, Rush had a chilling but altogether sober observation and prediction. Along with attempting to overthrow the election as well as protect those who engineered the entire Russian collusion smear after it failed and was exposed, if the GOP wins in November and if PDT is in fact reelected in 2020, the Democrat-Left-Media complex will continue to cry foul and cast aspersions on our entire electoral process. They did it in 2000 and again in 2004 with Dubya and of course in 2016. How could the exit polls been so wrong? The election had to have been rigged. So for the sake of our democracy we have to either do away with the electoral college or just do away with elections entirely. I know that sounds crazy but I am stating that from the perspective of the Left; those that drink the Kool Aid and especially those that brew it.

Meanwhile, Deep State conspirator Andrew McCabe is insisting on immunity before he testifies in the Clinton e-mail investigation inquiry lest he take the Fifth, while Gennifer Flowers has a suggestion vis a vis Bill Clinton and his decades long trail of tears and other bodily fluids.

Moving along, yesterday was a Super Tuesday primary election and some of the more noteworthy races include the gubernatorial contest in California where the free-for-all has resulted in GOP candidate John Cox squaring off against Gavin Newsom, while populist and conservative Matt Rosendale will challenge John Tester in Montana. Rosendale is among a growing number of PDT inspired/backed candidates that have advanced yesterday. Breitbart has a good roundup of all the action so I suggest going there for more details.

In the Guns 'n Poseurs department, someone "swatted" the home of Little Shitler Camera Hogg. As much as I detest him and everything his controllers stand for, what happened is completely unacceptable for a host of reasons that should be obvious to all. And in a related story the Broward Coward insists he's not a coward. Maybe he's right; after all, he's got a nice pension that proves he's no coward, right?

Skipping back an amendment, more analysis of the Masterpiece Cake Shop decision from SCOTUS, the media continues to push this Melania Trump conspiracy theory and the blathering, bloated, blithering boob April Ryan blathers, bloats and blithers as is her wont.

Mitch McCoCbrother has cancelled the August recess to push more nominees through, Medicaid is in ruins, Social Security is not far behind and yet we are mortgaging our grandkids' futures to see if sex with condoms is enjoyable. On a positive note, the Trump economy continues to show that black lives really do matter; their unemployment rate is at another all time low.

Looking beyond our borders, a volcano in Guatemala has erupted killing dozens, interesting analysis on China and trade wars and how what's going on in Italy could be the beginning of the end for the EU.

From hither and yon, handbag magnate Kate Spade committed suicide yesterday and evidently was battling depression for years, a contractor and wanted criminal with access to the White House was arrested there, Mark Levin goes off on the Eagles' management for their stunt, and finally as mentioned above, today is the 74th anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy. For that, we have a link to the remarkable speech given by then President Reagan during the 40th anniversary commemoration, his ode to the Boys of Pointe du Hoc. Get out your hankies.

Anyway, links from around the world, across the nation and up your street. Have a better one and remain blessed.

Sorry, JJ, but I must respectfully disagree. Beyond the rancid stink of a hoax attached to this oh-so-convenient attempt, Hogg is treading dangerous ground with his desire for confiscation and his demonization of those who wish to protect our constitutional rights. He needs to understand - and if this is not a hoax, it might serve as a wake-up call - that there may be a price to pay for agitation and calls for insurrection. He needs to step back from the brink.

And that is all I will say.

Considering the history of what happened to people like R.S. McCain, Ace and others, it's not acceptable. I get your point, but still that's not cool.

As I've been saying, its the Inspector General rules. McCabe was also given access to a smaller version of the IG report that dealt with his firing. His lawyer was able to read it but couldn't really rebut anything and McCabe was fired and is still around.

This is the big reason for the delay in the final report. Everyone involved is given a copy and a chance to rebut. It seems like AG Sleepy Head is watching them cause none of them have disappeared.

49 With respect to Trump, the Culture Wars, and Republicans, I have my doubts whether the Republicans can replicate Trump's success. Not because of the Republicans being Republicans but because Trump is Trump. His foes are on an automatic rejection of anything he says. For example, when Trump says that MS-13 are animals, his foes come out in support of MS-13. All Trump needs to do is say something any normal person would say and watch his opponents take the extreme position. Trump wins by letting his foes commit suicide. I do not think there are that many Republicans that will get that sort of useful reaction from the Democrats and their media masters.

81 I don't care about the Miss America Pageant as an event. But it is another case of ridding society of standards and esthtics. We must not judge! Who is any individual to have an opinion about beauty?

And this isn't new. CS Lewis wrote about society denying anything that would provide a means of standards to make judgements. That led to his "Abolition of Man" essay in the 1940s and his 'men without chests' line. A generation earlier Kipling wrote "Gods of the Copybook Headings" about the dangers, and futility, of denying norms and only using wishful thinking. Both men saw the perils and results of that approach. And they decried that this abbrogation was imposed by our elites and betters.

I hope the Pageant dies an ignominious death to be replaced by physical standards. It is anorher version of the NFL blaming its decline on people who dare to use standards to judge the actions of the players and owners.

Mini rant off.

128 2021

The Democratic Party splits in two.

2018 was a disappointment for Democrats. They had started the cycle a full two years before convinced that opposition to Trump and his policies would be enough to lead the party to great gains in Congress. Unfortunately, Trump's personal unpopularity ended up not being a huge factor for the electorate and his policies (especially his tax cuts and deregulatory sweep) ended up being far more popular than anticipated.

Licking their wounds from a disappointing midterm where they failed to win the House as predicted and had steeper losses in the Senate than anticipated, the activist base of the party, still bitter from the way their preferred nominee in 2016 was shut out of winning due to a biased DNC, made sure to win with their preferred candidate. The more centrist members of the party saw the writing on the wall that Trump would be nearly impossible to beat, so they stepped back and let the activist left win with Kamala Harris.

The 2020 election cycle was a nasty one. The split between Democrats and Republicans were pronounced, but, more importantly, the splits within the Democratic Party itself became so large that only a victory in the presidential race could hope to bandage over it. Unfortunately for the party, Harris proved generally unlikable and lost the race against Trump who won the first popular vote for a Republican since 2004.

The incriminations began almost immediately following the 8:00 call of the race for the incumbent. Faced with another four years out of control of the federal government, the Democrats started to fight each other more forcefully than they had ever fought Republicans.

The latest news is that the centrist Democrats have secured control of the DNC, shutting out personnel from the activist Left. The activist Left, in turn, have departed the party and flocked to the long existing, but also long impotent, Socialist Party of America.

Election prognosticators sees this event as completely destructive for the entire Left coalition in America. If the two sides do not come together soon, they will split votes throughout the country, leading to greater Republican gains and a firmer control of the federal government than the GOP has had since Reconstruction.

134 This is actually big news. Kind of huge news.

AP reports the Obama administration tried to persuade two United States banks to trade currency for the Iranian government, allowing Iran to buy dollars so they could then buy Euros. Ultimately the money was going to be used to buy unnamed European goods (and we all know what that means!). This was a secret effort to skirt Iran sanctions imposed by American law.

The American banks refused the Obama administration secret request they participate, obviously worried about being left hanging out to dry when, inevitably, the illegalities came to light. No one outside of government wants to be the next Marc Rich.

Nope, the Eagles team (most of them) decided to use a WH event to make a statement, so Trump decided to not allow his event to be hijacked for their statements.

Yes, it's controversial and upsets people - but this is fighting back on behalf of all the people who were offended that those Eagles tools were dissing the WH invite.

He's also put the NBA (and other athletes) on notice that there will be no shenanigans with the team that wins the championship: you declare you won't attend then I won't invite you. I am sure the message was received, and the NBA coaches/owners are now figuring out how they'll deal. This is #WINNING - he's making *them* scramble instead of dictating the terms of their oh-so-special presence at the WH.

I'm wondering how Treasury thought it could skirt banking regulations. The OCC is under Treasury, but career examiners do take their jobs seriously and aren't ones for just turning a blind eye to the regs. It would have taken a lot more than a wink and a nod for this.

Swatting is a standard tactic of the left. I am not aware of any swatting occurring targeting the left and being tied directly to the right.
Swatting is bad all around, and should be prosecuted vigorously.Of course if the swatties, swatters and LEO are putting on an organized show.... then it gets weird. Cause that bunch down there needs to pin all this on "right wing extremists" to get the garbage reputation back. Get the narrative back on track.
I am not suggesting that that is what happened, but if a Witless fellow can conceive of it, then it's already be kicked around the table somewhere else.

I don't see where the democrats go from here. They know well that they lose only when they give up, and they won't do that, even if it takes a hundred years.

They have escalated the confrontation to threat level, and to retreat from that is defeat. They can't back down and remain credible. This is why they are doxing their political opponents. That tactic is an overt threat in the same way that organized crime comes into your place of business and offers you fire insurance. "Nice business you have. It would be a shame to see it burn down."

Posted by: Skandia Recluse - Alt-Ctrl at June 06, 2018 08:30 AM (roQNm)

158 "So for the sake of our democracy we have to either do away with the electoral college or just do away with elections entirely. I know that sounds crazy but I am stating that from the perspective of the Left; those that drink the Kool Aid and especially those that brew it."

They're not quite dumb enough to try to abolish elections. What I DO see coming (and have for some years now) is doing away with secret ballots. I'm serious about this. They've already gotten a wedge in with secret ballots, for which those using them often need "assistance". There was also a unionization proposal beaten a few years back trying to side step this.

It's only a matter of time - and not much time at that - before we start seeing the "think pieces" in NYT etc, and interviews with the "controversial" (but always respectfully heard) advocates of open balloting. I can see the solemn nods Brianna Seltzer will give.

It would be nice, if just this once, our side got ahead of them. Propose an amendment to the Constitution guaranteeing the inviolability of the secret ballot. DO IT NOW, while the populace thinks it unarguable. If we don't, we'll see the same-sex-marriage / trannie / girls in the boy scouts game played over, once again.

On another topic, while I don't wish to diminish the honor given to the Normandy invasion, I must - in honor of my father, and all the other Pacific vets I knew* - point out that it is the 76th anniversary of the end of the Battle of Midway.

*For some reason most of the men I knew in my youth, most of my friends' fathers, had fought in the Pacific. Maybe because it was a coastal town, and they were disproportionately Navy or Marines.

I think the thing to take away from this is that depression is real, it's serious, and it is not something that can be fixed by simply saying "look at everything you have to live for." Kate Spade was very successful and had a good life, but depression didn't allow her to see it. Telling her that she's wonderful is not only ineffective, but actually harmful.

Strzok, the guy who needed an insurance policy in case Trump got elected, was involved in

1) the Hillary investigation. He was the FBI guy who interviewed her. After Paramour Page texted him that Lynch "knows no charges will be brought."

2) the Flynn Frame. He was the FBI guy Sally Yates sent to interview Flynn. Where Strzok changed his 302 report at McCabe's behest to claim that Flynn had lied.

3) the Russian collusion investigation. Strzok opened the counterintelligence investigation of Russian collusion based on Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos, and oversaw the investigation.

4) the Weiner laptop cover-up. Comey sent Strzok to look at the laptop so they could say "nothing to see here, move along."

5) the Mueller investigation. Strzok joined the team, presumably to co-ordinate things like the Flynn Frame and carry messages to the rest of the cabal.

Also, Page and Strzok texted that "[President Obama] wants to know everything we're doing."

Strzok can roll up the whole thing. With Page and Priestap and lots of documents corroborating.

One feckin guy sings, and it all comes out.

Mehtinks Trump knows this, and it informs his recent tweet storm.

Fashion designer, incredibly wealthy, sister in law to David Spade, had been having marriage problems (probably a breakup) and had suffered clinical depression for years.

The following are NOT my thoughts on people in general who depressed and suicidal, but only on that small subset of millionaires with huge houses and a stable of automobiles in the best neighborhoods who kill themselves anyway:

What I suspect in these cases where someone who's a millionaire and has the best of everything offs themselves, it's what happens when you live a life totally focused on yourself and your own happiness. What happens when life gets shitty and you're not happy any more, and you can't see how it gets better? Most everyone hits that point sometime in their lives, but if you are not totally focused on yourself you can have the resilience to hang on until things *do* get better, in ways that you were not able to foresee. Faith in God more than anything else is what gives people the inner strength to hang on through these times, at least in my experience.

But if you believe in nothing but yourself, then in that view, it's logical to end it all rather than go on in unhappiness. No matter how it affects anyone else.

Medicaid was used to backdoor single payer via Bhusseincare. 19 million people have been added to Medicaid at the state level. The states portion of the BOATLOAD of money is now about $120 B thru 2023 and in actual state combined budgets is the #2 expense. It will break many state!

Cops did, and that led to the need for for more aggressive techniques when the same urban activists complained about all the crime in their neighborhoods because the racist cops' hands-off approach wasn't preventing crimes in their sh*tholes.

Tie in whatever connection to federal funding and the feds having their hands in everything because of civil rights whatevers, and here we are with Ed and John from church riding into a crime scene in an armored humvee and carrying MP5s.

Think this all goes back to Trump's "Art of the Deal" chapter on revenge: it's absolutely necessary as a way to signal to others not to mess with you.

Every winning athlete - and others, such as Democrats - will have to consider things getting ugly if they try to grandstand by publicly declining a good faith, non-political event invitation. He killed the WHCD, he didn't invite any Democrats to the first State dinner, he may well kill the winning team WH celebration - they are all on notice to not take anything for granted. Doormat days are gone.

Let me clue you in on how one depressive, yrs. trly., understands the matter.

It ain't the material things. I don't have a lot and I'm scrambling to keep it. But that's not the worst of it, not by far.

It's the isolation.

I can be all alone in a crowded room. I don't hear from friends or family in a long time and feel like a leper. I feel unloved and unwanted quite frequently.

No huge mansions, no Scrooge McDuck-style swims through vaults full of money, no collections of art will fill that void.

It's just my experience, mind you, but...I'd be willing to be that's what gets us, in the end.

224 There is a Brexit ongoing. Threats of an Italian exIT. I'll bet on a Grexit.

Britain is wealthy and was never a member of the common currency. It got tired of EU restrictions on self-rule and paying huge monies to Brussels for onward distribution to poorer European nations.

By contrast, Greece collects enormous welfare from the EU and will never leave for that one reason alone. Italy, though a very large economy (Euro-speaking), has trouble finding agreement on what day of the week it is, and will likely never figure a way out of the EU or the common currency (which are two different arrangements/treaties).

I'd bet hard against either Italy or Greece leaving both the EU and the common currency.

Well I hope you are right. However, the track record of the immunities lately is pretty poor. I know that we have a different sheriff in town now, but the last one was giving away immunity as a way of securing silence of conspirators and putting pillows on the face of the investigations.

So when I hear a player "begging" for immunity, I get a bit of a jaundiced eye. It will be nice when honest prosecutors star giving immunity for testimony that lands bigger fish in jail, not protecting them.

255 207 Tom servo I guess you do not have daughters? Or they are Tom boys?"

I do have a daughter, and yes, she has dealt with depression a lot. I'm more familiar with it than you might think. In our society, we are taught from birth to be self centered, and most of us have forgotten how strengthening it is to have a view that the needs and well being of those around us - children, family - is much more important than our own needs are. If Kate Spade would have been able to focus on how it was important for her to stay alive for her daughters sake, she would not have taken that way out. But that would mean accepting personal suffering in order to help someone else, without any promise of reward. Not many people in our society can accept that proposition anymore.

I would say it is complicated. Some do not want to get their hopes up, others are just waiting on events. But I don't think those folks say much because those aren't really vocal stances.

There are others that have taken a very vocal stance that nothing will happen to anyone. It is a very cynical stance, but easy to get into as over the last eight years you would see a lot of bad behavior by the Obama Administration not punished by the, err, Obama Administration. To reverse the view that things are going to happen means an admission that a very vocal stand was wrong. For a lot of people to do that there will have to be public indictments, and some will never do that unless Obama himself ends up in handcuffs.

Sorry for the bad news, that's just my observation.

Yes, but the March election results were like the Shot Heard Round the world: two parties that are both anti EU and anti migrant got a combined 80% of the votes AND then they combined forces to create a government. The euro destroyed the Italian economy back in 2000 and the EU ( Germany!) has created laws that hamstring Italy's economy at every turn - bizarre regulations that make business impossible and flood the market with foreign goods subsidized by the EU! Add in the waves of migrants tucked into towns everywhere, sitting around and being paid for by the Italian government and Italy is now a powder keg. How would you feel if your children had to immigrate because decent jobs are scarce, yet your town is hosting 40 migrants in a shelter and your government is supporting them? Italy got duped when France and Germany invited the migrants in to Europe and then France and Germany just about closed their borders So the Italians are stuck with the migrants and the Italians are hopping mad. Let's hope they use their anger as motivation to fix this mess.

There is no reason to give immunity to McCabe, either the OIG report and DOJ investigations, if any, will be used as the basis for possible indictments or it won't

But it would be hilarious if Congress grants immunity to this putz and he pulls a Lois Lerner, reads a self aggrandizing statement and then proceeds to plead the 5th to every question.

I don't know your situation, but having family/loved ones who are depressive, I have no doubt there are people in your life who love you and are not just being polite.

The Kate Spade suicide is so sad because it's an example of how suicide is so destructive to the loved ones left behind. I have a relative who is bi-polar and had been an alcoholic (like Spade). She joined AA, got serious about medication, remarried. She deals with her challenges head on and is so happy, and her family loves and supports her. I think people who really have never experienced clinical depression
can't really understand what it feels like. My husband-like everybody
else- has down time-but he didn't come from a family that had depression
and suicide for generations, so he just knows when I feel better or
not. He hasn't lived it. I really think that there is genetic component
to it and my sister who's a scientist says premature babies-which i
was-are more at risk for it.

Posted by: FenelonSpoke at June 06, 2018 08:53 AM (vw6r3)

The brain is complex system that runs on a fine chemical and electrical balance. Stress and circumstance can cause clinical depression, the brain break or misfire from it (not a Dr. just a sufferer). If you are lucky, get help and can hang on through it, sometimes it stays in the rear view mirror. It may linger there getting closer sometimes and then drop back into the distance, but you always have to be on guard to not let it catch up.

Been there. Don't want to go back. It's like being in a hole and seeing the light at the top, you scramble up the hole just to see that the top of the hole you are in is at the bottom of another, bigger hole, over and over and over, pretty soon you stop climbing, not good.

No, I actually quite agree with you. The self-centered life is inherently a self-isolating one; the results are inevitable in a way few things in life are. One focused on others will obviously keep you involved in others, and results in, well, the opposite of isolation.

It helps fend it off...until it doesn't. Which is a bad sign right there. The interaction that is so vital can sometimes become quite tiring. It can easily become a vicious circle, if you don't have a good support network. That's the key I'd balance your assertion with: The interactions can't be one-way. You have to be receiving as well as giving. Otherwise you feel used as well as isolated.

Again, YMMV.

I'm with ya Jack. But after seeing how the "immunity" for Hillary's staff went with the email thing, I don't hold out much hope.

Second, say McCabe starts singing. This would essentially be 1) Hillary's email investigation more of a "process" crime by the FBI/Comey than really criminal. 2) A "he said/he said " unless McCabe's got some other stuff. 3) Given the reluctance of the DOJ/FBI to redact anything remotely embarrassing, let alone NatSec wise, this would not go very far (IMHO) because at some point very real NatSec docs/methods/etc would need to be revealed in discovery and that's not going to happen.

I say let McCabe squirm. Put him in front of the committee on national television and ask him a host of questions for the sole purpose of embarrassing the shit out of him. Do you have knowledge that Comey asked you to change 302s ion the email investigation. I plead the 5th. Stop beating your wife? I plead the 5th. Say, didn't you go with BillyJeff to Pedo Island? I plead the 5th. Perhaps not actual questions, but you get my drift.

Make it nationally known and televised. Because nobody really knows what he has be we all know what the headlines would be this morning if Trump's attorney Cohen had had his lawyer ask for immunity. That's why this (Senate event) as much of a show trial beginning that would make Papa Joe happy.

I know he's told you that I've got major surgery coming up soon. Next Thursday (6-14), I'll have a total laryngectomy. My coughing (starting after the radiation in 2012) is getting worse and adversely affecting my breathing. It also seems to be adding more damage to my poor vocal cords, since my voice is going downhill. I'll be in the hospital for 10-14 days after the operation.

Although I won't be able to talk, there's e-mail, texting, blogging, old-fashioned writing, plus I'm working on learning some sign language. Although I've been provided with an electrolarynx, I'm unable to understand almost all of what I say with it, so I can't expect to use it for communication unless I can improve tremendously. They may be able to provide me with a voice prosthesis later, which would restore my ability to communicate verbally.

That hasn't materialized yet, perhaps it will.

All we have gotten is gross speculation and heresay on what this latest IG reports or Wet Fart Part Deux - Deep State Boogaloo

We already have the first McCabe IG report or Wet Fart Part One, that was used primarily as the basis of his firing, naming five instances of policy violations, Lack of Candor, but so far they have not been converted to indictments.

So far the tote board reads..

Firings - 3, McCabe, Yates, Comey
Demotions/Transfers - perhaps a dozenResignation - 2, Page, Baker

And that's it....

In my estimation that is not enough justice by a long shot.

323 I want to add that I blame our current societal setup as being the root cause of so much depression and isolation - we, as a society, have offhandedly done away with social structures that supported and nurtured all of us for millenia.

As human beings, our psyches are designed to live in closeknit, multi-generational groups of 10 - 30 members who are all related, and who care about and support each other. We forget how recent the change we've made is - until the Great Depression, most of those living in America, outside the major cities, still lived this way. I know my grandparents and great grandparents in the midwest did.

We've thrown all of that social structure out, and replaced it with bureaucracy and television, and a world that blatantly lets everyone in it know that it does not give one damn about them individually.

This is not a stable basis for a society, and a society built on this foundation will not survive very long at all.

immunity.

Posted by: JackStraw at June 06, 2018 08:18 AM (KPGoK)

What? No one ever doubted Horowitz' report would be impactful, ifand when issued, but lets not count our chickens before they hatch either. The report isn't out and release has been delayed five different times, and Byron York said yesterday he thinks it might be delayed again into the summertime.
As far as McCabe goes, your inclusion of him in the paragraph talking about the upcoming report is curious: his criminal referral was known in late February, that investigation is fully finished, the facts are fully established and, yet, despite all that and the passage of three months, the Virginia federal Attorney has yet to indict. #TwoWeeks.

As far as his "immunity" request goes, McCabe's thinly veiled plea to his Senate buddies to bail him out might yet work but I think the political pressure from Trump is so great they'll abandon him.

In other words, it's no different today than it was yesterday or a month ago. Or six months ago. Mueller keeps marching, trying to destroy people in hopes they will flip. He filed new charges against Manafort just this week and the Flynn sentencing hearing has been scheduled. Trump is carrying the battle, ably assisted by a couple of amazing people in the Congress (looking at you Devin Nunes), while the GOPe hides under a rock and the DOJ is literally not heard from. Not in the battle at all. Horowitz might someday enter the battle, but the rest of the DOJ is in the shadows.

How this situation doesn't absolutely infuriate anyone who believes in the rule of law amazes me.

Not just that, but social media too. Everyone puts on a mask for their friends on Facebook. Look how much fun I'm having! See how good my life is!

I'm sure that this makes things worse for the people who are already feeling down.

I think there is a ton that hasn't leaked. We've only seen a fraction of the texts but the broad scope of what happened seems to become more clear everyday.

And it is no clear beyond any doubt that charges are indeed going to be filed against senior people in the Obama intel community. Innocent people don't ask for immunity deals.

With regards to McCabe, perhaps Jeff "5 Minutes to Wopner" Sessions is having trouble finding a reasonable prosecutor to move forward?

I kid. There are no reasonable prosecutors at the DOJ.

I have no idea what's going on behind the scenes maybe one day there will be a huge press conference by Sessions, there will be a splitscreen of him announcing dozens and dozens of indictments and on the other screen will be shots of all of these people being arrested and perp walked..
Or maybe Jeff Sessions will just let out a smelly wet fart and roll over and go back to bed dreaming of busting pot heads and Automotive executives.

I know which one I think is more likely.

I pray for each and every one of you, especially those who have shared their challenges, surgeries and medical issues. I personally doubt the effectiveness of those charges, when juries and even judges prove to be wholly lawless, as seen from the Cohen scandal to the Inauguration rioters. But I don't doubt that the President knows that, and will make sure it doesn't remain an issue.

1) One reason one is to eliminate potential mistakes in fact, which could hurt the credibility of the whole report (you know the MSM will spend 100 % of the time talking about the one fact that is incorrect).

2) It's also nice to be fair, but mostly 1.
