Police Arrest Male American Bridge Operative for Assaulting Female Department of the Interior Official
U.S. Capitol Police have arrested a male Democratic operative for assaulting a female Interior Department communications official following a House budget hearing Thursday. The assault happened after Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke finished testifying on the department's 2019 budget proposal before the House Committee on Natural Resources. The suspect identified himself as a reporter with American Bridge and pushed a female Interior Department communications official to the floor, chasing after Zinke, The Daily Caller News Foundation learned. Interior communications director Laura Rigas was "greatly alarmed and extremely irate that a female senior member of my DOI Communications team was physically assaulted today by a Democrat staffer from the PAC American Bridge," she told Politico.
A lot of these "people" think they're morally and intellectually superior. This delusion has now extended to the physical realm. I expect a lot of pain for these "people" in the future as citizens start meeting force with force.

I think if you had anyone else in that slot, you'd have equal or better ratings. So much of TV is just being on TV.
Fox News has a big viewership from middle America, therefore any show that's on that' supposed to just be "news" is going to get decent ratings.
I don't believe for a minute he has a "following".

As for the larger question, if McCabe (and, obviously, others) don't face prosecution, then the crisis will reach breaking point.
But not following the reco of an internal review board, who surely just made the highest level reco for dismissal for cause in US history, will be a pretty audacious thing all by itself. And with just days left until retirement, hard to see any investigative or other motive to not adopt the reco.

* strict (and mouthy) reciprocity on law enforcement cooperation (feds should put all "sanctuary" jurisdiction business at bottom of the pile)
* civil rights and/or criminal charges against officials involved
* suffocating attention from ICE; courthouses staked out 24/7, adding social welfare offices, schools, etc. as time goes on
Absent these sorts of things, impossible to describe Trump and his admin. as serious, or at least as serious and competent. Federal courts have successfully usurped power over admissions to the US, even in the national security sphere; "sanctuary" jurisdictions are now usurping much of the internal enforcement power, in effect, or negating it.
And the administration has barely even made a head-fake towards getting serious about targeting major employment abusers, or getting a handle on the disastrous farce of the H-1B program.

Ironically, it's like the vile stuff Peter Jennings was insinuating about George W. Bush during September 11...some people are up to the moment, and some aren't.
It very much is becoming impossible to suggest that Sessions has much more to offer other than being a lippy senator from a state where his reelection is assured. It sure is easy to look phony tough and crazy brave when you don't have to actually DO something.

What has he gotten done? And are those accomplishments appropriately prioritized? The DNC rigged the primary with help from the media, then attempted to rig the election. When that effort failed, the DNC provided manufactured evidence to a FISA court in an attempt to implicate the duly elected president.
What should take priority over that?

I admire your dedication and what you're saying. I think we're gonna find out how that all works out pretty soon in the near future. When the left gets their revenge on us for daring to elect Trump instead of Auntie Keg, which I guarantee they will, we will get to learn a lot about ourselves and how far we will be willing to go to protect our country.
