FusionGPS Is Still "Researching" RUSSIA Collusion, and a Former Dianne Feinstein Aide Might Be Working for Them
Sean Davis of the Federalist reports:
New evidence suggests that a former top staffer for Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) may be directing the post-election efforts of Fusion GPS, a Democrat-linked political opposition research firm, to vindicate a series of memos alleging illegal collusion between the Donald Trump campaign and Russian officials. Congressional documents and recently leaked texts between Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) and a registered foreign agent for a Russian aluminum oligarch indicate that Daniel J. Jones is intimately involved with ongoing efforts to retroactively validate a series of salacious and unverified memos produced by Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence agent, and Fusion GPS. The dossier, which declassified documents show was used as a basis for securing secret wiretaps on Trump campaign affiliates, was reportedly jointly funded by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. ... Jones did not respond to requests by The Federalist to describe the extent of his work with Fusion GPS or Steele. Representatives of Fusion GPS also refused to respond to requests for information on the firm's work with Jones and Penn Quarter Group [Jones' own firm-- ace]. ... Prior to founding Penn Quarter group, Jones spent nearly nine years working on Capitol Hill, where he was one of Feinstein's top investigators on the Senate Intelligence Committee. He also worked at the FBI from 2003 to 2007 and did a short stint working for a lobbying firm run by former Democratic Senate leader Tom Daschle, according to his LinkedIn profile.Sean Davis wants to know if Jones had any contact with Feinstein about Fusion's work through the past year and a half and, if so, if she disclosed that to the committee as a possible conflict of interest. And remember: It was Feinstein who unilaterally leaked a transcript of Simpson's testimony in the Senate, which, for some reason I couldn't possibly guess at, had the names of Fusion employees all redacted even though that information is easily discoverable by public searches.

A January 8 New York Times profile of Glenn Simpson, the Fusion GPS exec who ran the dossier operation during the 2016 campaign, confirmed that the secretive research company’' dossier-related work continued after the election and was ongoing through 2018. "But the work has not stopped," the paper noted in the profile. "Fusion continues to look into ties between Mr. Trump and Russia, according to several people briefed on the research. Mr. Simpson's specific areas of focus, and information about any current benefactors, are closely guarded." When asked point-blank by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) last November whether he was still being paid to work on anything related to the dossier, Simpson refused to answer.

This helped them to coordinate their own negative campaigning with investigation leaks and what they knew were some piddling indictments and old Ukranian dealings with Manaforte etc.
I really hope that aspect of the story gets investigated and developed further, to show how this entire conspiracy began at the DNC/Hillary Inc and reported back to the DNC /Hillary Inc every step of the way.

A spokesman for the U.S. Army told Fox News on Tuesday that Cadet Command approved Junior ROTC Heroism Medals for cadets Alaina Petty, Peter Wang and Martin Duque.
The family of Petty, 14, were presented the medal during her funeral service Monday, at which more than 1,500 people attended to pay their respects.
Wangs family received his medal at his service Tuesday morning.
According to students and teachers, Wang, 15, died in his junior ROTC uniform while helping students, teachers and staff escape from the shooting rampage.
An online petition to the White House sought to give Wang military honors at his funeral. It had more than 43,700 signatures as of Tuesday.
His selfless and heroic actions have led to the survival of dozens in the area. Wang died a hero, and deserves to be treated as such, and deserves a full honors military burial, the petition said.
The Army spokesman said the family has requested Wang be buried in his junior ROTC uniform.
The JROTC Heroism medal will be on his uniform, but a second keepsake medal will be given to his family, Michael Maddox, told Fox News in an email.

They got had by Steele - or so they will claim - as even Comey and FISA warrants inferred that due to his "credibility" they went forward.This is strictly an issue of future money to be made, but less opportunity for money to be made, because Fusion's credibility will be shot. Manafort has not been convicted of anything. I think a bit of DuckDucking will get you the full text of his challenge to the basis of the indictment, his lawyers made it very public. There has been no ruling yet, and won't be for months at best, assuming the indictment is not withdrawn.

They local police agreed with the school administration to not treat certain crimes as criminal matters but to let the school handle them as disciplinary. THis was done in large part due to Fed guidelines re racial disparity of arrests in schools. Broward cty schools had hundreds of arrests a year for brown kids. dropped down to next to nothing. . . the more you know, the more you realize the federal government is not your friend.

This took place in a matter of days. How? Because there is a re-polarized and pre-organized cadre of agitators waiting to stir the soup, just looking for a suitable pretext to do so.
Once something happens that will suffice as a vehicle, they swing into action. All they have to do is have the appropriate signs (preferably yellow on black) printed, and they're ready to rock. Hence my comment.

He's 19 but had (I assume) graduated from that school. When I don't know, but I'm guessing within the last year or so.
He was apparently in the separate special ed program until he wasn't, and nobody is sure / will say why he was mainstreamed. Mental illness, medications, speculation of fetal alcohol syndrome, separation whatever, and who knows what else.
PLUS his dad died when he was very young and his mom died of the flu last year, so that couldn't help his mental problems. I think that's where the other family came in, too. They took him in after his mom died.
He'd told everyone he was going to shoot up a school, and people told the cops and FBI.
They did nothing.
He shot up the school.

It was not a wise move for Trump to put any members of his family on his transition team or in the White House. If there is nothing there then great! But how can you go after Soros and international players trying to bring down our country when yiour son in law owes them money and has some less than above board financial dealings with them.
Trump will just have to cut anybody lose who has broken the law including family members for MAGA.

And it probably was a typical teenage emotional outburst but now those two teens will have a criminal/behavioral mark that will follow them the rest of their lives.
There are 330 million people in the US and some tiny percentage of that large number will fit the behavioral pattern and that would mean some tens of thousands and out of that tens of thousands only one or two would actually go into the school and shoot the place up.
And that doesn't even consider the shy quiet guy who doesn't fit the profile, the one in a million guy who no one would ever suspect, who snaps one day.
Trying to focus on prevention will never work.

That's the problem. The FBI was contacted (twice IIRC) and apparently didn't do jack to coordinate with local police who had been called out nearly 40 times and/or the school where he had lots of disciplinary history.

I think this is pretty much true. However, think if you run down such an outburst and you find a kid with priors, or things that should have been priors but were handled administratively, plus his parents are dead, or on drugs and incapable of monitoring his behavior and that kid has access to guns. It would be nice to get some structure in that kids life, do something about his access to guns. You aren't wrong. There would be an awful lot of effort involved in relatively small theoretical gains.
We should have armed guards/teachers and metal detectors in every single high school at least if not middle schools as well. Today. Next week at the latest.
