Hillary Aides Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin Lied In Interviews With Peter Strzok But, Get This, Neither of Them Were Charged With Any Crime

Thumbs firmly placed on the scales, and into the eyesockets, of justice.

The FBI agent who was fired from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation team for sending anti-Donald Trump text messages conducted the interviews with two Hillary Clinton aides accused of giving false statements about what they knew of the former secretary of state’s private email server.

Neither of the Clinton associates, Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, faced legal consequences for their misleading statements, which they made in interviews last year with former FBI section chief Peter Strzok.

Specifically, both women claimed to not have learned about Hillary's secret server until after she left State -- but there are emails from both of them dating from as early as 2010 talking about the server they claimed they didn't know about.

The starkly different outcomes from Strzok's interviews -- a felony charge against Flynn and a free pass to Mills and Abedin -- are sure to raise questions from Republicans about double-standards in the FBI’s two most prominent political investigations. FBI Director Christopher Wray will likely be pressed on the Strzok scandal on Thursday when he attends an oversight hearing before the House Judiciary Committee.

Despite clear evidence that they lied, straight-shooting lawman James Comey defended them to the hilt and claimed that these were just mere inconsistencies that didn't suggest any kind of deliberate lie.

Former FBI Director James Comey defended the Clinton aides' inconsistent statements in a House Judiciary Committee hearing held on Sept. 28, 2016.

"Having done many investigations myself, there's always conflicting recollections of facts, some of which are central [to the investigation], some of which are peripheral," Comey told Jason Chaffetz, a former Utah congressman who served on the committee last year.

Fire Mueller, fire Rosenstein, and impeach Comey retroactively to strip him of his pension.

81 "How did classified Hillary Clinton emails get on Hillary's girlfriend's husband's computer?"

Repost from August 2016:

Repost from last August on point:
Here's a post mortem. Comey and the FBI acted on a narrow investigation order. It was Hillary and her e-mails only. This was purposeful and hamstrung the investigation from the start.
e.g., The FBI did not investigate the "air gap" of how secure content on the government system got moved to Hillary's home brew. This almost certainly had to involve some combination of Huma, Cheryl or Jake. With none of them made a target -- nor their actions tied to Hillary -- much of the case was lost. No intent, no conspiracy. No leverage on Hillary's minions. Importantly, I thought this could be proven without any minion flipping, just with time logs of who accessed what and when. This should have been a relatively easy case to make. Had it been, there's no way that Comey couldn't find requisite intent no matter how he read the applicable statutes.
Nor did the FBI investigate Clinton Cash Corruption. I thought they would, based on leaks to Fox News'' Catherine Herridge. She got played. So did I. Related to this, the FBI ignored that "Hillary's lawyers permanently put 30,000 e-mails beyond forensic recovery." This is the true Holy Shit Headline.

"They want to see if the jury based the conviction on the split-second that he had the gun after it fired and he realized what it was, because if that is the case, the jury should have been instructed on momentary possession."

Jurors did not speak with the media following the verdict, so the reasons behind the decision are unknown.

Under the momentary possession jury instruction, a defendant cannot be found guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm if they held the gun only for a moment and only to dispose of the weapon.

In the case of Garcia Zarate, Gonzalez has argued he threw the gun off the pier in shock.

There seems to be several strata in the Swamp. It's like the Mafia. As the level of trust that something happens certain way the strata moves up and you find an increasingly smaller circle of criminals that are engaged.

It's the Obama and Clinton Crime Families working in cahoots to overthrow the People's Elected Representative and to thwart the will of the people.

CLINTON CRIME FAMILY:

Hillary and Bill
Huma
Cheryl Mills
John Podesta
Sandy Berger
Terry McAlliffe
James Comey
Andrew McCabe
Strzok
Jamey Gorelic

Obama Crime Family

Barack and Michelle
Valery Jarrett
Holder
Lynch
Susan Rice
Samantha Power
Mueller
Rosenstein
Yates
Various Judges sprinkled through the system

Hired Guns:

Bois
Fusion GPS

Notice that the same names pop up over and over to grift, scam and fix the system for the benefit of these crime families.

Two other crime families were more powerful in the past, the Kennedys and the Bushes, but are starting to lose their juice..

We need to start referring to Clinton / Obama associates with Mafia terms ("he's a capo in the Clinton syndicate"). The DNC is a sit-down of the Five Families, with the chairman of the DNC being the capo di tutti capi.

There seems to be several strata in the Swamp. It's like the Mafia. As the level of trust that something happens certain way the strata moves up and you find an increasingly smaller circle of criminals that are engaged.

It's the Obama and Clinton Crime Families working in cahoots to overthrow the People's Elected Representative and to thwart the will of the people.

CLINTON CRIME FAMILY:

Hillary and Bill
Huma
Cheryl Mills
John Podesta
Sandy Berger
Terry McAlliffe
James Comey
Andrew McCabe
Strzok
Jamey Gorelic

Obama Crime Family

Barack and Michelle
Valery Jarrett
Holder
Lynch
Susan Rice
Samantha Power
Mueller
Rosenstein
Yates
Various Judges sprinkled through the system

Hired Guns:

Bois
Fusion GPS

Notice that the same names pop up over and over to grift, scam and fix the system for the benefit of these crime families.

Two other crime families were more powerful in the past, the Kennedys and the Bushes, but are starting to lose their juice..

Gonzalez is the same sleaze that said that Trump and others in DC should be worried about their own ongoing investigations and hope that justice works for them. This was his response after Trump tweeted about how awful the verdict was. I can't even imagine how Kate's family felt sitting in that courtroom.

What about those of us who are exempt from NICS?

.It didn't address that. Just got the revised email from the CMP and the notes specify that you will have to undergo two NICS checks. I guess they don't care about the 24 States who waive the check for our LTC permits.

Note: 1911
type pistols purchased from CMP cannot be transferred to 03 FFL (curio
and relic) license. BATF and the United States Army prefer the second
background check be performed by a "store front" FFL dealer. Each
customer purchasing a 1911 type pistol from CMP will be subjected to two
NICS background checks, one performed by CMP and the other performed by
the FFL dealer the pistol is being shipped to.

Now I want pizza.

I used to love Morning Joe. Joe was never the rock ribbed conservative he claimed to be, but he was an interesting voice and did work as a foil for the otherwise lockstep MSNBC viewpoint.

I liked the format (also since abandoned) of people sitting around a desk talking about current events, and I liked most of the stable of regular guests (including Mark Halperin, also since abandoned). And I liked Mika's sweater puppies.

It's turned into a complete shriek show with everything Trump is the awfulest thing ever to be awful and he has to be impeached NOW!

I blame the mish. Joe was sliding down, being slowly absorbed by the Borg all along, but he fell of the cliff when he and Mika became a public thing and engaged.
