Supreme Court To Review California Law That Forces Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers to Advertise for Abortion Providers

I think I botched this yesterday when I said the Supreme Court was reviewing a law that said abortion centers had to provide information about pre-natal care centers.

Nope. It looks like this law, in California and California's prison bitch Hawaii, forces pro-life pregnancy counseling centers to talk up the benefits of abortion.

n 2015, California passed a law forcing privately funded pro-life pregnancy centers to promote taxpayer-funded abortions, threatening crippling fines for noncompliance. That edict is now under review by the Supreme Court.

The Monday announcement that SCOTUS will hear pro-lifers’ challenge to the so-called "Reproductive FACT Act" comes just two weeks after a California superior court judge granted an injunction against the law on grounds that it violates the state's Declaration of Rights.

Now, a long-fought battle to keep the Golden State from forcing its pro-life citizens to choose between obeying conscience or the law of the land is on its way to Washington DC for a final decision in National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) v. Becerra.

Oh, but the 9th Circus said it passed muster.

I don't think the Supreme Court will agree.

5 They are only doing it to set up a case against Trump, but it's been fantastic to see Lib feminists admit they were on the Wrong Side of History about Billy Clinton and toss him under the bus. Jones, Broaddrick, et al vindicated.

ONE DAY this will happen for pro lifers too, we will be proven to be on the right side of history. The science of life is an inconvenient truth, Moloch cannot win forever. It will take discovering a gay gene or something like that, but I have faith it will happen!

6 This issue is the one that rocked my world personally. We have supported a pregnancy counseling center (100% privately funded throughout its existence) for many years. This represents many thousands of dollars from us personally--a big deal since we are middle class and live in California. A bill proposed by 2 democrats, signed into law by Democrat Jerry Brown was then chosen to be enforced by our Democrat DA here in Los Angeles who sent out an undercover detective to ascertain whether this center was obeying the law. They were served with a notice to appear in court the next day and be closed down. Their board voted to follow the dictates of the law--namely providing abortion information to every person walking through the door in 11 languages. Mind you this privately funded center was one of 2 in the state not observing this law and these types of centers account for less than 5 per cent of all crisis pregnancy centers. Totalitarian Democrats--former Catholics, many of them, up-ending our country. It took me a while to get past the anger.

Also fight that abortion clinics aren't required to have access to hospitals and surgeries, even though abortions, especially late term ones, are the very definition of surgery. What could possibly go wrong?! *rolls eyes*

And on the Moore thing, about contact with Nelson via the divorce case - doesn't "contact" in this case normally mean social, physical, talking, something like that? Obviously know nothing about how AL divorce proceedings work, but was Moore just a signature on a document, or did the two spend time in court together? Not to quibble, but the jaw-dropping sloppiness/stupidity/intentional conflation of stuff by anti-Moore lynch mob types - and their AOSHQ running dogs - should be contained, mocked, and debunked, not imitated.

41 OK, never mind, saw what I presume is the Ivanka thing.

Really stupid. There is zero/zilch/nada of a factual nature on the table. Merely uncorroborated claims and counter-claims (the counter-claims being by definition unprovable negatives, mostly).

So you've got a measly FOUR DECADES during which Moore is a contentious public figure and candidate, and during which these allegations remained magically hidden and unspoken. Then, wondrously, they appear a day after the ballot cannot be changed.

To an intelligent person, that is plenty of reason to doubt any allegations lacking evidence.
